Mario is always very helpful, friendly and attentive. Unlike practices at other dealers he never tries to sell services my truck does not need. One of the best in the service industry.
This is such a fun car to drive!

This car is beautiful! We are so happy we got it, and it is so rare (only 500 sent to US). The color combination pf silver and chocolate brown is gorgeous and umique. We can't wait til summer to put the top down.
If you're buying, call Brian Giroux. If you're taking your car in for service, use Alan Solis. I've purchased two cars from BMW of Austin; both of which were great experiences. Brian was knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, and was super polite to me, my wife, and daughter each time. Alan Solis in service is also amazing. He's kept me informed every time I take my car in, made sure I had a loaner if it was a longer appointment, and breaks down what can wait, and what needs to happen now. Both of these guys are phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend them.
Best sporty, compact SUV on the market

I absolutely LOVE this car. I get my AWD SUV that is quick, sporty, and luxurious. The way this car drives is unlike any other SUV I've driven. It's so comfortable and I can't believe the gas mileage this gets with AWD and twin turbos.
The sales process was super simple and painless. No price haggling. I enjoyed not spending all day doing paperwork. Thank you for everything! Happy Holidays.

Wanted to spoil myself and succeeded. Great in town and cross country.
Bought it certified from a dealer in Ohio and that has proved to be beneficial. Just be prepared for maintenance related costs commensurate with the vehicle’s cost. Definitely not for the faint of heart.
We moved to Austin last year and have had our Porsche serviced @ Porsche Central Austin. The service staff has always been superb. Timely, friendly and professionally. When our lease is scheduled to be due next Feb, we decided to look around for other potential cars. We looked at the Alfa Romeo 4 C and also were interested in a Maserati as well. At the end, given the positive experience we have had, we came back to Porsche Austin. Was greeted very warmly by Shaun Jones and decided to get a convertible this time. Shaun and the sales manager, Taylor Amos did a FANTASTIC job to get us a great deal and we walked out with another Porsche.... We can't say enough about how great this dealership and their people are
Simply a Drivers SUV

Love the Macan! You get the utility of a small SUV with the absolute drivability of a Porsche. Holds the road like a small sports car. The 3.0L V6 in my model S has enough power to be crazy fun without getting me too many tickets... Although the 3.6L would be cool. The interior is very comfortable with amazing fit and finish. Leather is nice and soft. Back seats don't have a ton of room for adults, but I don't ride back there!! It is pricey to buy and to maintain, but it IS a Porsche. When I'm ready, I'll buy another one.
I was interested in a CPO’ed Cayenne and the salesman was very responsive and sent me additional coutures and videos. Sadly the car sold before I could put down an offer. My only complaint is the SUV sold 7 days ago and is still on many websites as if it’s still available. It needs to be taken off the market because I’m still searching for a similar car and would like an accurate view of what is actually available to purchase.

This car is great to look at and a joy to drive. Incredible excelleration, fantastic breaks and handling. A superbly balanced sports car that’s comfortable enough to be driven daily.
Chase went beyond his job to make sure he corrected my problem. My Porsche took longer than expected and Chase kept Me in the loop daily on what was being done. The Manager Evan called to check on my satisfaction. Thanks for all the work.

Mark Hakim made our purchase simple all the way from Cali.

Mark Hakim went above and beyond for us and is a great Salesman and a pleasure to work with. We are Texas residents and visiting California and decided to buy a Porsche Cayenne, Mark took videos and pictures of different Cayennes and sent them to us until we found the one we loved. All paperwork was overnighted to us and then we overnighted back, simple process. We bought the car on a Monday and car was shipped Tuesday and to us by Thursday afternoon in California. We will definitely buy our next Vehicle from Mark at Austin Porsche. We buy new cars yearly and this was by far the easiest smoothed transaction, specially for not being in Texas. Go buy a Porsche and ask for Mark you won't be disappointed!!!!
Love love the 2014 911 Carrera

For (long-distance) driving fun, I wanted as close to a classic 911 as I could get while being able to use it as a reliable (short-run) daily driver. Rear wheel drive, naturally aspirated was a must. 2014 991.1 was the perfect blend of price while still coming Porsche-certified.
My first Porsche was stolen from me. Therefore I’d been wanting one for a long time. I’ve been looking st them for about 9 months so I would get alerts from cars.com. Until I found the right one for me.
There is nothing like a mid engine growling right behind your ears at 7,000 RPM. just that noise alone was almost enough to close the deal for this car. The driving experience, fit and finish and engineering closed the deal. if you want a reliable sports car that has great usability, buy the Boxster. It handles better than a 911 at 1/3 the price.
This car gets consistently 33 mpg diesel mileage at 70 mph. Good exceleration. Quiet and comfortable. I have the Pasm air suspension and it lowers for easier entrance and exit. This has the 18 way sport seats which have high sides making exiting more difficult. I find the 14 way seats more comfortable. This is my 3rd diesel Porsche Cayenne. I would keep buying the same one. These are expensive with the desired accessories.
Got this to replace my aging Porsche Boxster. Love it- use it as our daily driver for our family of 4; and yes, the back seats are actually very usable for our family with 2 kids under 10. The tech is awesome and easy to master; gas mileage is decent surprisingly (though it has auto-start/stop which can be disabled- helps with the gas consumption but mildly irritating). Comfortable for long distance (2-3 hour) drives, and wind buffeting with top down isn't bad, though with the wind deflector up the back seats are not usable.
Never had an electrical or mechanical issue in two years and 34000 miles. Incredibly comfortable cabin even after 4 hours of driving. Huge curb appeal.
The only issue I have is the base model (Panamera Edition in my case) needs more power for how heavy it is. It isn’t slow, especially when you get the RPMs above 3000, but it is a bit sluggish off the line. A small issue given that it’s a luxury performance 4 door, not a coupe for the track.
My wife bought the cayenne new got into a fender bender . My wife’s in a rental it’s been thirty days and they still don’t know when the parts are going to ship when I talked to dealership and cooperate neither one is willing to help me out with a rental. I feel that if u sell a car here in the United States u should stand behind it and take care of the customer when it’s because u can’t get the parts ... I talked to both of them and they both give the run around thanks Porsche I won’t by another one
The handling is awesome. I couldn't get it to break loose on narrow two lane, 120 degree narrow Appalachian Mtn roads and I tried. Car is bigger than my 2002. I'm way behind on the electronics', still reading the manual over and over. Base model is much faster than old base model. Hell of a car. Not sure why but highway speed,70-80mph, is mid 35mpg for a whole tank, not 28mpg as stated. But I did get to 40+mpg but not on whole tank. Picked it up and drove 4K in three weeks to get home.
I moved up from a BMW 3 series to the Porsche Cayman which is a significant leap. Overall the handling and power are better and the build is solid. I have yet to have any real complaints about the vehicle.
Perhaps you can ding Porsche for the cost of the options but the overall pricetag for a base Cayman considering the performance is very good. A significant percentage of the options are cosmetic in nature so its a path you don't necessarily need to go down. Comparing it with provided options on current 2018 vehicles the gadgets are on the low side but it balances out with the ride and performance which few other manufacturers can equal in a production vehicle.
I prefer a simpler button interface with the instrument panel vs the touch screen complexity that seems to pervade todays cars. I find the touch screen menus distracting and difficult to modify while driving. I guess car manufacturers are reacting to the cell phone society we have become. Porsche has a good balance between digital and analog.
Suspension is stiff like all sports cars so beware of your ride in a major northern city with pot holes.
Good gas mileage for a sports car.
You will be noticed. The engine sound and the incredible styling turn heads if you are into that.
i'm looking forward to a long ownership of my Porsche that rivals the 14 years I had with my BMW 330ci.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.

This car met all my needs before I had a baby. Drives smooth, fun and fast. It’s small enough to feel like a sports car but big enough to bring your friends along for the ride. I have a baby now and since then, the car has become small for what I need.
I did not visit dealership but contacted them about a vehicle found on Cars.com. Response was good and friendly, with more than one followup call. Purchased elsewhere.

So far I love every bit of the car. Amazing look and comfort. The car is exactly what you would expect from a sport car with the size of an suv.
