Chase went above and beyond he asked all the right questions and explained any and everything we didn't understand or had questions on. I'm in awe of this young mans excellence and drive to be the best at what he does. Not only was he a delight but other staff members assisting Mike Terlikowski (Management) and Travis (Finance) both went above and beyond as well to make sure my mother and I were comfortable and happy. I recently bought a used truck from this dealership and I received nothing but the best service! This was the first time I ever bought a car so I was alittle nervous at first. I knew the truck I wanted to look at but Lonnie made everything super easy from there on. He answered any questions I had and gave me his honest opinions which made me feel comfortable moving forward with making a huge purchase. His personality and communication skills made me enjoy the process and downtime I had while waiting. Jake from finance also was wonderful and helped explain in depth all the options I had to ensure my vehicle was going to be protected. Overall my experience was amazing and I will definitely go back to this dealership. They made sure I was happy throughout the entire process and I felt like they were just as excited as I was to be leaving with a new truck!
It was ok every one is very friendly. But my 1500 Rams trans is still not working right, Not Happy with the outcome of the trans service, the truck has 37 k mild on it and is still like new but runs like xxxx( trans) that is . FabioLugo
Nick was very helpful and accommodating with the sales of my Jeep Cherokee, he was very compassionate to my situation I just lost my husband a week ago and then a couple of days later my Jeep Compass was totaled so I was dealing with all this at the same time. Nick was very helpful with the sale of my Cherokee and he wasn???t pushy. He explained all my options and my delivery was awesome and he explained everything about the sale and everything with the new Cherokee and he told me he would follow up later with me to see how things are going and if I have questions or concerns. Loved him.
Code viewed on dash engine was missing turned off restarted ran fine reported to dealership and they corrected problem in wiring under warranty same day no appointment was required and waited for repairs at dealership
The staff was able to get me a appointment on short notice before I took a trip. They got my car in exactly when they said and has it back to me shortly before the time the estimated for the service. I appreciate that my time was not wasted waiting and how friendly they were
First, Jorgen was a good sales rep. Online, the car appear to be exactly what we were looking for with a fantastic price. We showed up in the car had almost 2,000 more miles than what was listed on Cars.com.
We looked over the mileage and had it inspected at the Ford dealership. The car had some issues that indicated that it had been driven pretty rough for the mileage and it was CANANDIAN. Ford does not honor the same warranty for Canadian cars as it does for American cars. The specifications required for each country are different! Prices for Canadian cars are also cheaper and retailers can sell for a higher markup.
Though Anthony seem like a great person to go hang out with at the bar, he wanted to pretend like there was no difference between Canadian and American Ford warranties, would not make any price concessions for the increase in mileage then what was listed online and flatly stated that he was quite excited to be able to drive the car for a few more weeks until it sold.
Bottom line, do some heavy research and make sure that you are prepared to walk away if necessary.
The sales staff and management staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. They combined to make the sale of a new car a prompt and well-organized experience.
