This is my second Volvo leased from Prestige and specifically, Ron Landstrom. Nothing but great things to say about the team there and the process - from them trying to find my daughter a Pretige teddy bear - to pricing the XC90 very competitively - to them bending over backwards making sure I???m happy. In my experience, you???ll be hard pressed to find a better dealership to do business with.
Such a great experience! Steve Silverstein thoroughly explained the leasing process and patiently answered all of my questions, especially since I'm new to the leasing process! This is my second experience with Beyer Ford, and both times, everything ran smoothly and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable (not to mention all of the amazing incentives!) I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy or lease!
Through the process of searching for a vehicle, I had become very disheartened and disappointed in the experience. That is, until I met Joe from DeCozen Jeep Dodge. He was respectful of my time, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He took an experience that I had started to dislike more than the dentist and made it fun and pleasant.
11/18, After many visits to other dealerships, I finally found a Bill Vince's "internet preowned SUV" my visit there was welcomed by Domenick Cirianni , he turned out to be the " BEST of salesmen" in my pursuit of a purchase. I can say that I am pleased with both the car and the service with which I was provided during the buying and selling process. Scott is very responsive, very knowledgeable, and he strikes me as someone who takes his job very seriously. He answered all my questions and he did not pressure me in the least. I know it's counter-intuitive with car dealers, but I feel that he was looking out for me. I feel that in my dealings with him and others were on the square and that my concerns were addressed. I think that everyone there truly wanted me to be happy in this purchase. I do not feel that anyone was just trying to make a sale. I can tell you with confidence that I will recommend Bridgewater Acura as a reliable dealer and I will more than likely buy another car from you. Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
Bryce and his team at John Johnson Dodge go above and beyond to provide family like accomodations, comfortable low pressure buying is the way to go! Thanks guys! Big shoutout to Nick Zavros for expediting this whole process and taking the hassle out of the purchasing experience Johns crew is the best around reason why I drive over an hour to get here
Going to the dealership is typically a forlorn experience for many. There’s already so much pressure we put on ourselves as buyers to get the best bargain and not get sold on a car by a slick talking salesman. You won’t find that here at Imperial Auto Mall. I had such a great time working with Edwin and Julia to help me find my perfect car and my every need was met. They explained the process so very clearly and at no point made me feel like they were trying to take advantage of me being a first time buyer. If any of you decide to go to Imperial Auto Mall make sure you ask for Edwin he is well informed on all the vehicles in inventory and is patient and can help you walk away with the best possible purchase. I will be recommending him and Imperial auto to any of my friends and family interested in a car.
