This was my first time purchasing from a big dealership and it was an awesome experience. I dealt with Tony Patrizzio for about two months until I found exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. He was beyond grateful, I told him what I wanted, he took notes, and most importantly he had great communication. This experience went super smooth all because of him. I will definitely recommend anyone wanting to purchase a car to go to Tony! He even gave some life advice lol. The day I purchased my car was awesome! I met Luis Arce and I told him I really wanted that car and he made it happened. He listened and was a great help. Now when I had to hand over my money to you guys, lol I spoke with Edwin Acevedo and another great help! He was patient and explained everything perfectly. He did would he could to get me in that car and I really appreciate it. So thank you Tony, Luis, and Edwin for helping me get the exact car that I wanted! I really appreciate their help and will always be thankful for this experience. They all deserve a raise. lol. :)

Dustin in sales & Thad in the business office were both excellent. Eric, the internet manager had too much attitude. Was not impressed with him. The showroom was like a Club 54. The music was SO LOUD you could not hear the person next to you. I had to yell twice to get them to turn it down. I paid cash for my vehicle and I feel that the transaction process took twice as long as it should have. So, pleased with my vehicle, pleased with my salesman,Dustin, pleased with business office person That. NOT pleased with manager Eric. NOT pleased with the obnoxiously LOUD music in the showroom.

Not happy with the craftsmanship of my Jeep but dealer has been very accommodating with repairs. They did not charge me exorbitant fees to repair craftsmanship issues that should not have occured with a late Grand Cherokee Limited that cost $45,000.
The experience was excellent; Pete was by far the best salesman we've experienced when buying a vehicle. He was honest, kept his word, and answered our questions and more. The manager also was a true professional. We will be back if and when we need another vehicle.
