Jack in sales made our purchase a quick, easy and fun experience. We test drove a couple of trucks and a car, which were all beautiful. The process was pretty painless because they all worked together as a team to help get us into our new Truck! Jack was very knowledgeable and thorough when explaining how all the vehicle systems and accessories worked. While we were in the dealership the staff we spoke with were courteous and acted in a professional manner towards us.

I signed for a 2018 transit connect. Most banks refused to give me a loan. They found a bank that said yes for $385 a month. Progressive gave a 179$ a month insurance. Total came to 564$. The car drives like a luxury car with nice space in it. I made it a camper. Price is reasonable. Car runs well. Back light was out. The mechanic there fixed it right away when I brought it in. They did a great job. I give them 4 stars.

Super dependable. I paid 26.4k cash 2 years ago for mine is as good as my old 1979 custom100 Ranger. Power is excellent too 5.7 495hp 8 speed automatic with selectable gears on the steering wheel. 190k miles still drives like new.

my car was totaled and my insurance company didnt pay out alot to even pay off old vehicle. I didnt have much to put down but Franciso and Eugene worked tirelessly to get me into a vehicle. They treated us like family!!!! all the vehicles they showed us were pristine and mechanically sound. I got my first Jeep!!! Thank you Franciso and Eugene

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

The best truck I’ve ever owned! I’ve been a proud owner of five Ram 1500s over the years — a 1998, a 2005, a 2009, and two 2019s. It has always been a pleasure owning a Ram truck. They’ve been reliable, powerful, and just an overall great truck. I’ll always be a Ram fan!

2019 RAM 1500 review
I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamReviews
Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
I recently purchased a 2023 BMW X5 from Island Auto Group, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I’ve bought and leased several vehicles over the years, and this was easily one of the smoothest, most transparent car-buying processes I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. There was no pressure, no games, and no hidden fees, which is something I really appreciated. They walked me through the details of the BMW X5, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure I understood every option before moving forward. The pricing was fair and competitive, and they were upfront about everything — trade-in value, financing, and next steps. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition, exactly as advertised, and the delivery process was seamless. What really stood out was the customer-first approach. It felt like they genuinely wanted to earn my business, not just close a deal. The entire process was efficient, professional, and stress-free. If you’re looking to buy a pre-owned luxury vehicle like a BMW X5, or honestly any car, I highly recommend Island Auto Group. They made what can be a complicated process feel easy and straightforward. I would absolutely buy from them again.
2019 RAM 1500 review
Oil cooler leaks bad when tempatures drop below 32 degrees. This happens on yhe 3.6 l engines. Lots of rams leak due to oil cooler being plastic having to replace it with s metal oil cooler..$1300 to repair at shop

Jen was extremely helpful and worked with me for my sale. This was definitely the best experience I?ve had in any dealership. So much so my father came a few days after me and purchased a truck as well.
