I bought my vehicle site unseen as I was 6 hours away. I knew that's the one I wanted. They delivered it to a meeting place which was great all with in 36 hours. Got it home and looked it over good, I was disappointed that I had no service records at all. No vehicle booklet(this is a 2016), the old owners info still in the glove compartment and it was dirty. I mean not detailed or cleaned at all. Very disappointed in that. This vehicle comes factory with luxury floor mats, this one has 3 cheap ones and missing the drivers floor one. More than just small details where missed. Makes me wonder if it was looked over at all while there.
This is the 3rd Jeep I have bought from Champion and they are the best. After being hit by a lady that ran a red light and rolled my Jeep Patriot that I walked away without a scratch the sales staff and finance dept went above and beyond and helped me find my replacement. Great Job too all the staff
I went into Champion to buy a new Jeep. While I am always on guard when I car shop, this time it was a completely different experience. I was greeted by Loren and from the start, was at ease with him. He told me that it was important that we found the right car and had fun doing that. He was right, it was fun and I did find the car I wanted. Everybody made sure that I was taken care of and I felt that they really appreciated me purchasing my car from them. My wife and I went into Champion Chrysler Jeep to look at and gather information about the Jeep Grand Cherokee. Loren was the salesperson that waited on us and we were so fortunate. He didn't act like a salesperson but more of a friend who wanted to help us make an informed decision. It really helped when he told us that he not only owned a Grand Cherokee but it was his third one. We drove the Grand Cherokee and what really sold us was that he found a model that suited us. The model we came into see, that we thought was the right one, wasn't what we bought. Loren showed us a model that saved us several thousand dollars and still had the equipment we needed. That is what we call service and looking out for us. Thank you, Loren, for making this the most enjoyable experience ever! To the Champion management, you have a gem of a salesperson.
Champion Chrysler's service department is making an excellent attempt to provide a better customer service experience. It IS noticeable compared to other dealer experiences I have had over the past 40 years.
Keep up the good work. Many dealers don't realize how important after-sales treatment is for future purchases. Champion is getting it right.
I found the car on cars.Com and i had a great experience in dealing with the staff at champion. They didn't hassle me on my email and served me well when i came in. Great place i would buy another car there.

Since my previous vehicle needed service work in an amount far beyond what it was worth, a replacement was needed right away. Explained to the sales staff what I was looking for, and was presented with several options, given the time and space to decide and was not given any hassle nor was I tried to be "steered" towards something else.
Very satisfied with this car buying experience.

We recently bought a used vehicle form K&M. We experienced a few hiccups during the buying process (several issues with the vehicle) but K&M made everything right. We worked with Dan and he was great (very fair and honest). He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell us over our budget.

He will give you the best deal possible to work within your budget. Not only was the vehicle cleaned/washed/waxed, scratches on exterior were removed. He also made sure we left with a full tank of gas, DVD headsets for each of our kids, and 2 key fobs. Would definitely recommend!
We had been looking for a certain version of a used vehicle, our initial search was on the internet. We stopped at several dealers. From our initial phone call, to the initial visit and test drive, the sales staff was timely and knowledgeable. As we progressed through the purchase they were very accommodating, was amazed that they detailed the car, topped off the gas tank and we were able to take the vehicle home that night. We had purchased a vehicle from K&M several years ago, that is why we went back this time and would again in the future.
The service was Awesome. Friendly, Courteous and very helpful. They were busy but made time to take car of my vehicle. When I forgot a personal item there and they were kind enough to bring it to my house! What dealership does that? WATSONS.
