2019 RAM 1500 review
I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

Palmen Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of RacineReviews
Palmen Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Racine review
The part i really appreciated about it was the fact that of the fine gentleman i worked with, Tim, Matt and Teddy, they understood that the 1 truck they had on the lot I liked but had one feature that I did not want to have on a truck I would buy for the future. I had said feature, Ramboxes, on the truck I traded and I think they was a great creation by Ram. I like the Ramboxes and the way they create extra storage on the outside of the truck for ease of access. However with my current and expanding family situation, I was going to need a standard bed. After I explained this to all 3 of them, they were polite and receptive of my request and worked hard to find a truck they could do a truck for truck swap that was on my wheelhouse of options. They were able to accomplish just that and I am very appreciative as the truck I purchased will hopefully be a lifelong vehicle turned into a collector's item since it is a special edition truck.

I love the Napleton-Libertyville guys! Rich was our sales guy. He was so easy going, listened to what we wanted and made suggestions without being pushy. He helped us get the best deal! Bob made the finance process run smoothly and took the time to walk through all our questions and concerns while also being mindful of our time. Exclusive Auto HausReviews
Exclusive Auto Haus review
We recently purchased a 2021 BMW X7 from Exclusive, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience. From start to finish, they took exceptional care of me, my wife, and our kids, which truly meant a lot to us. The entire team was professional, honest, patient, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. They answered all of our questions clearly, made the process smooth, and treated us like family—not just another sale. The vehicle was exactly as described, in excellent condition, and the whole buying experience was stress-free. It’s rare these days to find a place that genuinely cares about its customers, especially families, but Exclusive went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a quality vehicle and an amazing customer experience, this is the place to go. We are extremely happy with our BMW X7 and will definitely be coming back in the future.

The best truck I’ve ever owned! I’ve been a proud owner of five Ram 1500s over the years — a 1998, a 2005, a 2009, and two 2019s. It has always been a pleasure owning a Ram truck. They’ve been reliable, powerful, and just an overall great truck. I’ll always be a Ram fan!

I purchased from here from out of state and the process was effortless, the price was fair and delivery was immediate. I worked with Rick as the sales person and Peter and finance and they made the process as smooth as can be.

Best experience I've had when purchasing a vehicle. Everything was handled quicky and professionally with no pressure to consider anything other than what I had asked for. I was completely satisfied and would recommend this dealer and my sales associate Larry.

5 stars – Honest, efficient, and the reason I came back This was my second time working with Josh Hendrix, and I specifically came back because of how straightforward he is. We were buying a car for my daughter, and I appreciated that Josh didn’t push, didn’t upsell, and didn’t waste our time. He gave us a fair offer from the start and made the process easy. After dealing with salespeople at other dealerships who overtalk or dodge questions, Josh is someone I trust. If you’re buying a car, especially for family, he’s the one to work with.
