Adrian is a very warm sales person. I was able to get into my vehicle the same day. Although there was a slight hiccup with my as is used car purchase as the engine light came on two days later which needed immediate attention and after all the emotions and them being able to work with me in getting them done ASAP at least I can say that I am extremely happy with my MoMobile. The suv 2005 Ford Expedition is beautiful.

I bought my 2020 Ram 1500 Limited Edition used with 15,000 miles. The leather dash was coming unglued and the back window was leaking but both were replaced under warranty. My 4th Ram and this one rides like a Cadillac with the 4 corner air suspension which isn't recommended for cold climates. Great truck so far.

I spent 2 days at Blasiusof Bristol, and I feel they dealt with me very fairly. They were welcoming, and provided a good deal on the car I wanted. When it turned out we both misunderstood the capabilities of the car, the first electric car any of us had dealt with, and my spouse, dog and I were effectively stranded at the dealership several hours from home, they were willing to trade me for a Honda Civic that got us all home at a very fair price. I trust the people at Blasius of Bristol to do the right thing, even if it is inconvenient. They did so for me.

A little disapointed in fuel economy. Getting 15 to 16 in the city and 18 to 19 mpg on the road. A great ride and very good interior. The active speed control works excellent, and slows down as needed and then returns back to set speed when available.

Very good communication. Polite, courteous and timely. Sebastian was very respectful of our time. Streamline buying process, and good extended warranty options. Will buy from there again.

I owned either Ford or Chevy trucks in the past this is my first Ram. The Rebel trim package won me over with the panoramic sun roof 12 inch infotainment screen etc. it’s a beautiful truck with every option and well thought out design. Only had it a couple months so far but I’m very pleased with the truck.

If you are in this area, and have a Ram HD with a Cummins diesel, these guys are the best. Ask for Bob to work on your truck and you won't go wrong!

There was a mishap during a transmission service. Artioli took care of all problems and in the end I received an excellent service. Wonderful people, great business!

My Jeep Liberty was brought there by the dealer I bought it from for repair of a coolant pressure problem , they had been working on it prior to the fire they had in the service dept and parts of it were in the fire, they were able to put a replacement engine in it and now it’s back on the road, thanks to Leo and Jen and the guys in the service dept for their effort with the main building gone they are working out of small garages and trailers on the property, not the most ideal conditions but they got it done !

I have purchased a few cars from Blasius North. I check comparable prices, are always at the low end of the spectrum. Staff has always been pleasant.

Although there was a hiccup in the buying process, Raffaella DiPalma went above and beyond the call of duty to rectify the mistake. She made a special trip to me to straighten out the paperwork, instead of me having to drive to Waterbury from Branford and was very apologetic about the hiccup. Kudos

Quick and easy process. I was pre approved through Capital one so I came in, met with Pete, he was patient and allowed me to take multiple test drives to make sure it was the truck I wanted and then took care of financing and signed the paperwork. They even stayed an hour later to wrap everything up which was much appreciated. The truck wasn’t safety checked yet, so they had to keep it another day, which wasn’t ideal, but they were very prompt and apologetic and kept in touch with me to make sure it was ready before the close of business the next day which was more than appreciated. Pick up of the vehicle was quick, easy and painless even though they were extremely busy. Great job there. I took away 1 star for the following reasons; 1. Although they did the safety check, they didn’t have any paperwork for me as service was closed. Pete told me he would send it to me Monday, and I believe he will, but I would have liked to have that readily available. 2. They left me with 40 miles to empty. Every dealership I’ve purchased a car from has always given me a full tank of gas, so I was a little unhappy that I immediately had to put 120 dollars in my tank, I’m not sure if that’s how they do business or it was just looked over 3. The truck needs an alignment which should have been done before delivery of the vehicle, I’m choosing to level it and put new tires on so I’ll have to do it anyway. Not a big deal, but worth noting. Overall I’d recommend going to check them out, they have very aggressive pricing and are not pushy at all which is nice in the car industry.

Customer service is definitely performed at this dealership. Recently purchased a car from them. I was trading in a car that had a lot of mechanical issues pending and unfortunately I hastily made a decision to buy a car that I really didn't like after driving it a week. I called Fernando with this woe and he and Ken Champagne were able to put me in something I truly love. Bottom line....they listened to me and what I wanted and were able to acquire another car within a week or so! I'd like to think I was the only person they were dealing with because of the superior service in finding another car. Thank you Ken and Fernando for listening to my needs in a car and then finding one! In this day of disappearing Customer Service it's nice to know you are still making it happen.

Champagne Motors is a used car dealer with the largest selection of extremely clean used vehicles. From Porsches to classic Corvettes and everything in between. Found a vehicle on cargurus.com they had. Drove an hour and a half to get there. I was very glad I made the trip. In less than four hours I was driving Home in The vehicle I purchased. Fernando was my sales rep. He is extremely professional, was very respectful of my time. He got me the best value for my trade-in and the car I was looking at was priced right. I’ve then met Kevin, the business manager. He had already run my credit, gave me an excellent interest rate and I purchased an extended warranty, at an excellent price to protect my investment. They made buying a new car in this post Covid climate a great experience. We've purchased from another Blasius dealership 10 yrs. ago and had great experience then too. I would definitely recommend the Blasius team.
