Tasca Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of White PlainsReviews
Tasca Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of White Plains review
My honest review of Tasca Jeep in White Plains: Usually, car places are filled with people that just want to sell a car, with little to no regard for the truth/honesty. That is not what we experienced with what I would like to call the dream team (Sofia V, Jeff M, and Joaquin). Sofia V. was phenomenal! She worked diligently to help us find the perfect vehicle for us. She never answered our questions with empty answers. If she didn't know, she would get back to us with the facts, which we truly appreciated. She listened to everything we wanted, and returned with results. I have never heard of a car salesperson (after work and not getting paid), texting a client about a potential fit. It's the little things like that, that shows how much she actually wants to make her clients happy. Jeff M. was amazing! When we initially came in and sat with Sofia V., he was the only one to come over and greet us. We were surprised after reading his business card. Who ever hears of the general manager of any dealership, walking over to potential customers and personally greeting them? Usually, the general manager of a dealership is in their office. Dealing with Jeff, we realized we were spot on when we assessed his character. When there was a hiccup with the sales manager and finance/accountant guy, Jeff corrected everything and was very transparent. He was honest, understanding, available, helpful, transparent, and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. He is a real stand up kind of guy, and we respect him for that. You can tell he loves doing what he does. Joaquin was awesome! He is the finance/accountant we worked with, and he was spot on with the numbers. He knew his stuff, and explained everything that packages/services entailed. He didn't try to rush us along, but rather took his time, so we could be certain about what we wanted. He is such a positive person too. I am big on honesty, respect, and how I am treated, and those three were the best at their craft. We bought a Rubicon, and we will definitely return for our next vehicle. Thank you Sofia V., Jeff M., and Joaquin (the dream team)🙂
2020 RAM 1500 review
Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

All State MotorsReviews
All State Motors review
I am Active Duty Navy stationed in Virginia. That being said, I am very cautious about doing business with any car dealership without the big name. My last vehicle was purchased from a well known dealer and that experience set the standard for customer service. Mark and the All State Motor Team blew that experience out of the water. The car I wanted was particularly hard to find on the East Coast. All State Motors had it. I was skeptical and did as much research as I could on this dealership. They have been in business for over 20yrs. There are no negative complaints and they have an excellent BBB rating. I became even more skeptical but decided to give them a try. From the very first contact by Ruben to the contract with Mark, hands down, best experience ever. I had to drive 340 miles and was even almost 3 hours late. They waited for me. They were able to finance me with a payment that was far to good to be true. I have had the car for less than 24hrs, but have told at least 10 people about All State and that I'll ride with them to buy a car because I am that confident in them. The entire experience felt like I was talking to long time friends. Chances are, if you are reading this review, you have found a car that interest you, but are unsure about them. Please don't be. I am one of those guys that rarely if ever review anything and fill out customer service surveys. I am doing it now because as a Service Member, I know how it feels to be preyed upon and taken advantage of. You will not encounter that here. Mark even called me this morning to make sure my wife and I made it home and were happy with the car. I have never experienced that. If you are reading this because you found a car here, DEFINITELY GO FOR IT! I hope your experience is even better than mine. All State Motors is legit. My only regret is that I've never bought from them before. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I am not an employee nor am I receiving any kind of compensation for this review. I'm just an average guy living on a budget that had a great experience. And I think I owe it to Mark, Ruben, and everyone at All State Motors to spread the word. Thank you All State Motors. Hands down, one of the best dealerships on the East Coast. I purchased my car from them on 07JUL17.

Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of WarwickReviews
Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Warwick review
We are from Hilton ny...5 hours from home when our transmission went. We googled and found Warwick RAM The transmission had to be replaced. Working with Warwick RAM was a blessing. We got a loaner which we ended up having for 4 months while they waited to get a new one. Every one was personable and helpful. It's a small dealership and I'd much rather work them then the bigger guys. . The only thing I would improve on would be communicating with us what was happening over the 4 month wait. Beyond that I highly recommend this Dealership. Steve Speer Fire Service Safety Testing inc.

Mercedes-Benz of Orange County NY review
Scott Bateman, service advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Orange County, has yet again proved to be exceptional in his role and an integral part of the team at this dealership. His customer-focused approach highlights professionalism, attentiveness, communication, and respect for time. Scott goes out of his way to provide thorough and accurate information to his customers, ensuring details are understood every step of the way. The Sales Department is key for getting customers into the dealership; however, the Service Department is crucial in maintaining longevity and sustainability for many years to come. Scott makes this vision a reality. I highly recommend Scott Bateman and the service team at Mercedes-Benz of Orange County/Benzel-Bush in Harriman, New York, near the Woodbury Commons, for all your service needs. I look forward to many more years of working with Scott and his team.

Paul Conte CadillacReviews
Paul Conte Cadillac review
My car was giving warning messages so I called the Cadillac dealership to make an appointment. I caught on that it was the wrong dealership because of the HORRENDOUS, DISCOURTEOUS customer service I received! The woman that answered the phone had no empathy for my situation. I informed her that I was getting “steering assist reduced” messages, my thermostat was not working and my AC was not working - unfortunate for me because we were in the middle of a heatwave!! She told me there were no appointments for two to three weeks and even if I brought the car in then - there was no guarantee as to when it would be attended to. Also, no rentals for another month! She then put me on hold. I was on hold for so long that my call started bouncing all around throughout the dealership. I grew impatient and frustrated, so I hung up and called back. She answered and literally told me she forgot about me! The whole time I was holding I thought she was trying to get me in sooner!! SMH That’s when I realized that something was wrong because I have NEVER EVER encountered such rudeness and disregard at the Freeport location. I asked if it was the Freeport dealership and she said “no - this is the FARMINGDALE location”. I replied “that explains it” and I hung up! When I called my correct dealership - Paul Conte Freeport - the greeting alone by Christine gave me warmth. Initially, I just asked if there were any available appointments that day. Christine informed me that they were swamped. When I told her what was happening with the car, she POLITELY asked me to hold and when she returned shortly after, she told me to bring the car in right away!! At the dealership I spoke with RYAN. He is AMAZING - he is so professional and has such a pleasant personality (like all the others in that office). After checking the car he informed me that I would have to leave it for at least two days because they were so busy. With concern, he asked me if that would be too much of an inconvenience - I replied that it would not be. He explained everything to me thoroughly and arranged for an Uber to pick me up. I felt well taken care of - two days sounded way better than three weeks at Sarant Cadillac. Much to my surprise - after being home for a couple of hours - Ryan called me and told me THE CAR WAS READY!!!! I was shocked and soo thankful. It really made me feel like a valued customer!! I’m not writing this survey because I was taken care of in such a short time frame - I’m writing it because of the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM, TRUE SINCERE CONCERN FOR MY WELL BEING IN MY VEHICLE, THOROUGHNESS, COURTEOUSNESS, THOUGHTFULNESS, (I really could go on and on LOL) that I received. Now that I’ve experienced elsewhere, I know without a doubt that PAUL CONTE FREEPORT/SERVICE DEPARTMENT is truly OUTSTANDING - NO WHERE ELSE CAN COMPARE!!! I will Forever be in Awe of Paul Conte Cadillac in FREEPORT!💖 Extremely Grateful XT5 Owner, PATRICIA JENKINS

Security Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
What a difference buying from a family-owned and operated business makes! I have purchased many vehicles from private sellers to mom and pop shops to mega dealerships...NEVER have I had a better experience than working with Blake and the Security team. They took the time to understand my needs and goals, found the perfect vehicle for me and worked to get me the best price and financing options to fit my budget. I was very specific in what I wanted, and Blake never stopped working to find the ideal match. In the end, the Finance Manager John actually found an additional rebate for me bringing my payment below what I was prepared to sign for! Walking into the dealership with my wife and two kids, felt like we were at a family member's home, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thank you to Blake, John and the Vigorito family for making this an incredible experience, we will ABSOLUTELY be back.
