I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

Somehow the rear window wiper blade cover on my 2019 Buick Encore went missing.... Being a long-time friend and customer of Mike's, I went to his GMC service center for replacement, and was grateful that Bill Haggerty replaced the missing cover without charge! Bought it new and have not had any warranty claims 40 k miles today. Family enjoys the comfort of the interior. Performance and fuel economy exceeded my expectation. I definitely would purchase again.

The service experience was very good. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a recall. It went well but then a few minor things happened with the electronics. They were quickly fixed except I couldn’t then get the AM stations back on the radio. So the Service Dept ordered a new radio for me, which should fix this issue.

The service department has always been quick, especially when I use their Quick Lane service. They told me recently too that they now have a mobile unit that goes to your house or work and they can also pick up your vehicle, so I might try that next time so I don't have to take time off of work to get it fixed.
