AutoSavvy GilbertReviews
AutoSavvy Gilbert review
Being my first time buying a car I was absolutely terrified, but my experience at Autosavvy was surprisingly stress-free. Elijah was fantastic over the phone, answering all my questions promptly and making sure I had everything I needed before I even stepped onto the lot. When I arrived, the car I was looking for was sadly sold. But Austin jumped in to help me find another car that was even better than the one I originally saw, the whole team from the sales people to the financing people made the transition to my new vehicle super simple and fast. I wasn't even expecting to drive off with the car that day till they pulled it around and handed me the keys. It is rare to find a dealership that values transparency and customer service this much. Especially after hearing all the horror stories that my family would tell me about them buying cars. I am so happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a hassle-free deal.

Zachary and Sam were absolutely awesome from start to finish! They helped us get into our brand-new 2026 Kia K4 and somehow managed to make the whole car-buying process actually enjoyable, which I’m pretty sure deserves an award by itself. Zachary was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured or rushed. He answered every question we threw at him, kept everything straightforward, and made sure we were comfortable with the entire deal before we drove off. Buying a car can sometimes feel like you’re preparing for battle, but with Zachary it felt more like hanging out with someone who just happened to know everything about cars and paperwork. 😂 We absolutely love our new K4, and Sam and Zachary played a huge part in making the experience such a good one. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, ask for them. Give these guys a raise before another dealership steals them! 10/10 experience. Would absolutely buy from here again!

Needed a replacement Kia Sedona for work and needed it fast. They were the first to contact me back and setup nearly everything over the phone and email as I live in Tucson and had to keep working during the process. Once I was pre-approved all that was left was to head up, test drive, and sign. Super friendly and helpful every step of the way even to a Wildcat fan like myself. Do yourself a favor and shop with these guys. They will get you what you need at the price you are looking for. Good to know there are still trustworthy family owned businesses still out there even if they are Sundevil fans. These guys are quality people.

Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in .

My experience purchasing a 2021 Ford Ranger from AutoSavvy in Gilbert was outstanding! Jonathan's friendly and knowledgeable guidance made everything smooth and stress-free. He took time to answer all my questions. I felt completely satisfied with the entire experience. The financing part of my experience was also stress-free. The price was right. I got a great deal on my trade-in. I highly recommend visiting AutoSavvy if you're in search of a car and excellent customer service!
2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

If you are in need of a new or used vehicle ask for Mike Jackson! Our car suddenly stopped working and it was permanently broken. We were in a jam because we needed at least one car to share to get to work. Mike was able to get us not one but two vehicles by the same afternoon after telling him our situation just that morning. He is amazing and he helped my family in so many ways. Thank you Mike! I highly recommend this dealership and Mike for your vehicle needs.

Colton is absolutely the best salesman. Very knowledgeable and took care of our needs. It's hard for senior citizens to find trusting people. He was able to get me in a low mileage affordable car. Steve the store manager also made sure we had all the information I needed . Financing was smooth. I appreciate the care and thoughtfulness given

2021 RAM 1500 review
I bought the 2021 Ram with an 5.7 Hemi new and I have never experienced any issues with the Ram. 2 recalls witch were taken care of while I waited. I have owned Chevy and Ford pickups in the past 50 years and I have had issues with the Fords and will not buy another Ford truck again. I would buy a Ram again as long as it has a V8 engine.

Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAMReviews
Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
I would like to sincerely thank Tank Wallace at Bill Luke in Phoenix, Arizona, for his exceptional customer service. From start to finish, Tank truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. His professionalism, product knowledge, and willingness to help made a lasting impression. We especially appreciated him arranging delivery of the van all the way to California—an extra step that meant a lot to us. This level of service is exactly why we continue to return to Bill Luke for our work vans. Every experience makes us feel valued as customers, not just another sale. I’d also like to recognize Mike Wallace in the finance department, who was equally outstanding. He was clear, helpful, and highly professional throughout the process. It’s evident that Bill Luke has an exceptional team that works seamlessly and truly cares about their customers. Overall, Bill Luke consistently delivers top-notch service, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent vehicle-buying experience.
