Came to look at a car I found online. After the test drive, I knew I didn't want that car; seat and armrest weren't comfortable. Salesman found another car--this one didn't even have an armrest. I stated this wasn't what I was looking for and I was looking for a car that I would use until the wheels fell off. I could see him getting irritated and he said, "Can't you just get used to the armrest?" I knew specifically what I wanted and what I didn't. Eventually after showing me many cars that didn't fit what I was looking for, he said, "You're gonna have to sacrifice on some of the things you want."
He seemed very irritated that I did research on cars. He gave me makes and models they had on the lot that might work, and I was using a website to tell him if the cars would be acceptable. After a while of telling him no, he stated, "Not that I think that website is lying but I never hear about any of those complaints." This was the final straw. You are a salesman. People are not going to come in and tell you about how bad their transmission is when they are trying to trade it in for another vehicle.
I bought a car I love a week later with EVERYTHING I was looking for. I didn't have to sacrifice anything and I got it $5000 less than cars they were showing me.
I had a great experience at slimans. At first I didn't think we were going to reach an agreement but Eugene was very patient and persistent and kept me in the loop the whole time I will definitely be back when I'm ready for a new vehicle thank you Eugene for all your time and patience.
Eugene is a great salesman he will not steer you wrong. I bought a car for my daughter and then one month later bought one for my wife. I have had no problem with Slimans even the service is great! I will be back again to get my car next.

I cannot speak highly enough for the attitudes, quality, and experience that my wife and I received at Michael Ray. The car was exactly how the pictures showed it to be, they were generous with letting us drive it around for as long as we wanted, and gave us a very generous trade-in credit for our car. We didn't know if we'd be buying a car that day, but we were thrilled to drive one of their vehicles home. We expressed concerns about one small issue with the car at time of purchase and they happily sent us over to a local mechanic's store to resolve the issue as part of the purchase price. That company was equally as professional and skilled and the whole experience made us feel like we were well taken care of. I would 100% recommend this company to my friends whenever they are in the market for a used vehicle. It's been....3? 4? weeks now since purchase, my wife loves driving it, and it hasn't spontaneously blown up or fallen apart on the road or made me think for one minute that the car is anything less than a stable and comfortable vehicle. When we walked into the Mazda dealership we were immediately greeted by Matthew Radeff. He was very professional and friendly. He patiently listened to our needs and showed us exactly what we wanted. We did not do a lot of research prior to coming but Matt explained all the different models to us. He stayed almost 2 hours past closing to finalize our purchase. We are beyond satisfied with the experience.
Before we walked into Mazda we initially went to Volvo next door and were not even greeted by the sellers. One walked up to us without even saying a word. We had to greet him. After the seller made it clear he had no interest in spending even a minute with us we left and went to Montrose Mazda where we met Matt.
We started the day considering purchasing a Volvo and ended it with purchasing a 2018 Mazda CX-5 Touring with package. Kindness and professionalism goes a long way.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
