I have a 2022 2500 diesel Longhorn, that has had numerous problems with the DEF SOFTWARE. After 3 to 4 trips (50,000 miles) to the Dealership, they replaced the DEF tank and it seemed to fix the problem. I currently have 56,000+ miles with no further problems. Other than that I am extremely pleased with my 2500 Longhorn.

I am writing this review so late because I wanted to make sure Sunnyside Chevrolet followed all their promises and were satisfactory. If I could give greater than a five star I would! I was searching for a vehicle that met my wants since April of this year. Prices on vehicles were outrageous and every dealership I went to wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. On November 18, 2022 I came across a beautiful certified pre-owned 2018 Chevrolet Equinox with all the equipment and accessories I wanted. I decided to drive up to the dealership an hour before the store closed and met a very friendly individual by the name of David Wrice. I came in knowing what vehicle I wanted, had the stock number in hand, and discussed what price range I wanted as well as the fact I had my trade in that I wanted to turn in. David and the used car sales manager offered me over what I owed left on my trade. THANK GOD! Then I sat down and went over prices and was able to feel at home being offered a hot chocolate or other beverage of my choice. David and the manager allowed me to take the vehicle overnight to test drive and show my family as well as give time for other banks to offer the abilities to finance through them for a lower rate. The team made sure to listen and understood I was concerned of other financial responsibilities outside of purchasing a car. As I took the car overnight I noticed one thing wrong with the vehicle and as soon as I brought it back the following morning, David and his sales manager stated that if I purchased the vehicle my car would be promised to be taken care of! David even set up my service appointment and made sure to work around my work schedule without being reminded or asked! I was offered a lower rate through the banks and got to trade in my vehicle in order to get the perfect car that will last me an appropriate amount of time for my future, room for my friends, space for the dogs, and safety for myself. My service was done two weeks later, my vehicle was fixed fast and efficient. When I pulled in, I notified the service writer of the time frame I had available before I was to be at work. She was sure to make sure I was out of the service department on time. I even had time to spare to go to work. My vehicle drives like a brand new car now! Now fast forward to December 6, 2022 and my salesmen David text me to let me know that my license plate was ready for pickup and how much I owed at my arrival. The following day I picked up my plates and a salesmen immediately got my new plate and installed it on my car. I was even able to get my car washed afterwards by a lovely woman named Colleen. I am so grateful for Sunnyside Chevrolet. They worry about you and your safety. They appreciate their customers and clients and don't just try to take your money. I was even able to ask questions over the phone after my first time trading in a vehicle. I have never seen a car dealership so on top of their game. This is one of the last good places to buy a vehicle and be treated like a family member/friend with all the possible benefits. Not once did I feel stressed or overwhelmed with my purchase and I 10/10 recommend and plan to send my family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers to Sunnyside because Sunny does save you money! :) THANK YOU SUNNYSIDE I APPRECIATE YOUR HARD WORK AND DEDICATION!!! :)

I've now had 3 2015 or newer Ram 1500's. I tend to out between 30k to 35k per year on my trucks, and I have had almost no issues with any of my Ram 1500 pickups. The first one and the one I am currently driving both had 5.7 liter Hemis, and the middle one had the 3liter turbo Eco Diesel. The last 2 have been Laramie editions with the first being a Big Horn edition. I have nothing but high marks to give these trucks across the board. Power-great Exterior styling- great Interior (especially the Laramies) - Stellar Reliability - great I think they are easily the best value and best looking trucks on the market.

There is no stress buying a car at Joyce Buick. There is NO hard selling. You are treated like family. I know I got a great deal and would recommend to anyone.

I bought a 2021 classic 1500 4x2 quad cab with 5.7 Gas engine. There were 2 rear differential axle gear ratio options, mine has the “hiway gear” but the truck pulls with plenty of power, I think most had that gear for fuel economy. I don’t like the idea that if I open the drivers door while in motion , a transmission brake applies and abruptly stops the vehicle. I was parking in a very tight spot and cracked. The door open and to my surprise, , the truck jerked to a sudden stop. I personally do not care for the dash knob to select the gear, it’s another electronic component that can fail, which in fact has failed . in other trucks. The 5.7 Liter engine was designed with the oil filter to be very difficult to reach , almost as if designed ‘outside ‘ the chassis without realizing once ‘in’ the chassis, the oil filter became extremely difficult to reach to replace .

Bought it new and have not had any warranty claims 40 k miles today. Family enjoys the comfort of the interior. Performance and fuel economy exceeded my expectation. I definitely would purchase again.

I purchased a 2017 Rebel from the show room floor and haven't been disappointed. We've put 115k miles on it in 7 years and have no issues or complaints. I use it for light towing at times and have had no issues but mostly it's a daily driver. Great power, spacious and comfortable interior. Only a couple things I don't like, 1. the door hinges are junk and squeak most all the time. 2. the tiny led light that shines down on the center console cannot be turned off or dimmed. 3. Mopar service departments are the worst!! I can tell SOOO many stories of how our local Mopar service department in Brownsburg, Indiana should be run out of business!! Estes Dodge...don't waste your time!

I bought the truck new in 2015, I remember it had 7 miles on it.. like others, I've owned Fords and Chevys. This has been hands down the best truck I've ever had.. A few small mantaince pieces but nothing bad.. unless this truck gets wrecked or stolen, I will have this truck till it or I Die...

Service on my Chrysler 200. Problem was diagnosed & repaired quickly. Team was very knowledgable. Explained exactly what the problem was. Extremely happy with the service.

Bought a 2020 Ram 1500 Limited new and owned for 4 years. The starter went out twice under !00,000 miles so replaced 2 starters, had spark plug miss fire that had to get fixed, had exhaust manifold crack making the clicking sound upon startup, gas mileage got bad around 80,000 miles. I loved my truck but was stuck 2 where truck wouldn't start because the starter Ram uses is too small and not enough power for the start/stop and this size of engine. Also, heated seats are not hot at all. Coming from a F150 where the heated seats were incredibly hot which felt great, Ram not so much.

I had Holly who took care of me when I came in for an oil change. She was kind and professional and took excellent care of me. I also needed new wiper blades and she took care of seeing I got those too. She cared about helping you and was hard working and made my experience easy and enjoyable. She deserves a big raise and you need more workers like her!

This is about my 7th Ram, and it does not disappoint. Excellent fuel economy, quiet, very smooth and comfortable. I have 60,000km and zero issues.

I bought mine used. It had about 40k miles on it. I got a steal of a deal price wise. That being said. It drives smooth. Has all the power i need to haul and tow for work and life. Also plenty of room for hauling around family. I have had no complaints. It’s everything i was looking for in a vehicle. Ironically it is not the color I normally would buy. But even my particular wife loves the color and looks combination. She drives it as much as I do. I can’t say the same about her car. But, i am not a huge car person. One final thing. I am thoroughly impressed with the fuel consumption. Would recommend this vehicle (the big horn edition) to anyone.

I bought my 2020 Ram 1500 Limited Edition used with 15,000 miles. The leather dash was coming unglued and the back window was leaking but both were replaced under warranty. My 4th Ram and this one rides like a Cadillac with the 4 corner air suspension which isn't recommended for cold climates. Great truck so far.

Spend the extra money for leather and heated and cooled seats . It’s well worth it . Have loved my Ram after upgrading to a Laramie from a 2008 Ram st . Back seat has plenty of room . Seats fold up to allow you to put groceries in .

I bought this truck with 100000 miles already. Beautiful truck! I only have a couple of complaints. The ride, one can feel every pebble in the road! Shocks and better tires may help. 2x4. Need to add more things like memory seats and adjustable pedals, to the Lonestar truck and it would be perfect.

Bought my 2022 RAM Limited in November of 2021. It currently has 15,450K miles so far. Had it into the shop 3 times for the back window leaking and open-close window not operating. U-connect issues is every time it updates OTA, some of the profile functions reset (like keeping the radio on after key-off). Nothing else were issues, and my mentality is every mechanical machine has quirks and if RAM only has this after 3 years, I can accept that better than having transmission/engine issues in this timeline. The ride is comfortable and having a good set of tires on it makes the ride so much better. I think any of the big three truck companies makes a great product, as I have had all of them plus a few imports. Keep up on the maintenance and it will be reliable for as long as you need it.

Great dealer. Located vehicle on cars.com after selecting the year, make, model, ideal mileage and was able to find a good deal with Brunswick automart. The original car we had inquired about sold before we had the chance to look at it, but we were able to find another one that we loved even more! Bought it at 40k miles no issues so far. Over 100k now. I have the ram boxes on the sides for my everyday tools, spacey crew cab seats. 4wd, loud alpine speakers. I average 17 mpg. I recently had a base model 2014 ram that went over 170k miles and all I ever did was change the oil (synthetic) every 5k miles. Not 1 issue. Never had any problems with my ram trucks.

I have loved this truck since we bought it.. I really hated to let it go.. but our needs changed to something a little smaller, with 3rd row seats.. I even refused to trade it in when I bought the new vehicle.. ( trying to hold on a little longer lol) i have driven mine from tbe beach to the mountains with no issues!

We bought the Laramie with the sports package and just love it! Also got the etorque, did not think we would like but love it too! The gas mileage has averaged around 20. Love the comfort, the amenities, everything about it, has been a pleasure.

Even though I had to wait over a month for a gear shift part, once the part was installed I was happy. The time for installation went quicker than I had anticipated. Kelly Buchner in the Service Department was very attentive to my needs.

Bought this truck brand new, got the Big Horn with the 5.7L Hemi (which is now extinct) and I cannot say enough on how much this vehicle wowed me. The pickup and power are great, the 4wd auto is very responsive and has been very useful in wet, and off road conditions. We stay in cabins in the mountains and the truck has no issues getting up hard to climb hills and racks terrain. I drive it daily to work and although I have had a few issues with the uconnect, nothing that has required dealership trips. I've had the truck 2 years now and 20000 miles with no problems. The interior is comfortable although I wish I would have sprung for the leather. The large screen is great and the interior design is the best of the big 3 American brands in comparable models. Also the price while too high, was still better than Chevy and most Fords. I'm a Ram guy now. Hopefully it stays this reliable for the price I paid.

We bought a Camero that we had been checking out for some time and he made the process very easy. As a result, we were willing to go the extra mile for him as well.
