We had an excellent experience with this dealership from start to finish. John was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. We were close to walking away when his manager couldn't accommodate our request, but John went the extra mile to find a solution and ultimately made the deal happen. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, dedication, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. John is a tremendous asset to this dealership, and we highly recommend working with him.

Good ! Information on internet wasn’t correct, wrong engine specifications on web sight lead to misleading information.
2019 RAM 1500 review
The best truck I’ve ever owned! I’ve been a proud owner of five Ram 1500s over the years — a 1998, a 2005, a 2009, and two 2019s. It has always been a pleasure owning a Ram truck. They’ve been reliable, powerful, and just an overall great truck. I’ll always be a Ram fan!

I recently purchased a 2020 Chrysler Voyager from this dealership, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. He was professional, honest, and made the process smooth and stress-free. The vehicle is in mint condition — exactly as described — and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I absolutely love the car and will definitely be recommending this dealership to my friends and family. Highly recommend!

I recently purchased my vehicle from AMA Auto Sales, and the experience was exceptional from beginning to end. Their customer service was outstanding, professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle. The quality of the vehicle exceeded my expectations, and after comparing prices across New Jersey, I can confidently say they offered the best value in the market. They truly make things happen. As long as you are open about what you’re looking for and clearly explain your needs, they will work hard to deliver results. I highly recommend AMA Auto Sales to anyone looking for quality vehicles, competitive pricing, and a smooth, professional car-buying experience.

Poppy was great to buy from. Was shopping for my first car. Found an awesome car through cars.com and we called him. Took it for a test drive, before which he had already put new tires and breaks on the vehicle. AC had issues, he got it fixed by a repair shop in 2 days, and picked it up shortly after. Car has a few cosmetic issues but he didn't try to hide them. Car came with a warranty which is great for peace of mind, but keep in mind not all of his cars do. He gave us a great deal, and I couldn't be happier.

2017 RAM 1500 review
I purchased a 2017 Rebel from the show room floor and haven't been disappointed. We've put 115k miles on it in 7 years and have no issues or complaints. I use it for light towing at times and have had no issues but mostly it's a daily driver. Great power, spacious and comfortable interior. Only a couple things I don't like, 1. the door hinges are junk and squeak most all the time. 2. the tiny led light that shines down on the center console cannot be turned off or dimmed. 3. Mopar service departments are the worst!! I can tell SOOO many stories of how our local Mopar service department in Brownsburg, Indiana should be run out of business!! Estes Dodge...don't waste your time!

Bought it at 40k miles no issues so far. Over 100k now. I have the ram boxes on the sides for my everyday tools, spacey crew cab seats. 4wd, loud alpine speakers. I average 17 mpg. I recently had a base model 2014 ram that went over 170k miles and all I ever did was change the oil (synthetic) every 5k miles. Not 1 issue. Never had any problems with my ram trucks.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.
2018 RAM 1500 review
I have about 75K miles on my 2018 RAM SLT FWD, 3.6L V6. It's the first truck I've ever owned, and I'm a big fan now. I've had a couple of very minor issues with the truck but nothing major. The first issue is the backup camera when haywire on me about 50K miles in. It turns out that it wasn't properly affixed in the factory, and I was able to fix this myself by taking off a few screws to remove the tailgate cover and then using a zip tie to hold the connection together. It's been perfect since then. The only other issue was the windshield washer fluid tube disconnected from the sprayer nozzle. I fixed that as well. Again, it was no big deal and it hasn't been a problem since. Everything else has been perfect on the truck. It's either purring like a kitten or roaring like a lion.

2014 RAM 1500 review
Overall it's a decent truck with the 5.7 l hemi . The Goodyear wranglers that came on the truck were junk! pulled them off at 26,000 Miles. On my third battery little over 80,000 MI. Went with a Heavy Duty Duracell Battery, hope it will last better. The brakes on the truck are good and lasted more than 80,000 miles and still had a a little pad left. Had the fuel light sensor light problem. It's approximately over $1,200 to get repaired. This should have been a recalled item. Having new fuel tank straps put on at the same time as the fuel pump replacement.

2015 RAM 1500 review
I bought this truck new in 2015 outdoorsman 3.6 pentstar and immediately the transmission modulator was bad and there was welding spatter on both front doors and the fixed it and a year later the wiring harness for the coolant fan was replaced.I will say the 3rd back cab brake light was leaking and one corner of my headliner got a tiny water stain but I fixed it myself with clear caulk.I have now done the transmission service 3,000 miles ago even though they say lifetime it’s not true but you can’t do it under warranty because it voids it.I have only used 5w20 super tech full synthetic in my truck and it currently has 80,000 miles on it and knock on wood it’s still smooth .I cleaned the throttle body myself last week and going to do plugs in a year.I attempted to do the serpentine belt with the throttle body cleaning but it takes 2 people so I’ll do it later.Truck had some hiccups but I’m happy with it and for those do it yourselfers, I have sprayed the weep holes on the bottom of my doors, fenders, hood and tailgate with wd40 in any hole I could find for years and never had rust problems .A General Motors body shop guy gave me that tip years ago.

I have loved this truck since we bought it.. I really hated to let it go.. but our needs changed to something a little smaller, with 3rd row seats.. I even refused to trade it in when I bought the new vehicle.. ( trying to hold on a little longer lol) i have driven mine from tbe beach to the mountains with no issues!

2019 RAM 1500 review
I'm original owner sence 2018 when I purchased tge 2019 rebel, crew cab, 4wd 5.7 hemi. I now have 35k miles and have to say this truck has been the best truck I've ever owned. I've owned several in 45 years but this is my retirement best truck. The ride is phenomenal on road and off road. Plenty of HP, pulls well and most reliable. The stock tires duratrac by goodyear make a good ride but not as good in wet roads. Leather interior, heated auto seats, large GPS screen are a good touch by dodge. I've been tough on the factory coated bed liner and no ware showing. It's a tough fun to drive truck.

My only problem is changing a headlight bulb you need to be a mechanic. Probably one of the hardest to replace on any vehicle. Half to take apart a lot just to get to it. Completely ridiculous.

Spoke with Bo Accurate Description Great Experience Bought GLK Everyone there was very knowledgeable Great Experience
2018 RAM 1500 review
I bought my 2017 Ecodiesel in April of 2018 at a significant discount from MSRP due to "Dieselgate" with VW and then modified software on these. They were held up for months so that the software could be corrected, so by the time they were available for purchase there was a massive overstock on them. With the complete re-design for the 2019 models, dealers were looking to get these moved out and offered big incentives to do so (up to $20,000 off). There have also been some recalls for a few things, but nothing that has seemed to go wrong on my vehicle, but I took it in to get everything addressed for the recalls. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the truck not working at any time and it is one of the most comfortable riding vehicles I've owned, especially on longer trips. The little diesel engine gets excellent milage on the freeway (about 28 mpg) and about 20 around town. Seats have coolers and heaters, the steering wheel also has a heater, auto start, good lumbar support, a nice sound system, "Millenium Falcon" style ice boxes under the rear passenger floor spots, and a lot of other features that even new trucks don't have. Plus I am not having to "rent" services that came in my truck like a lot of new vehicles force people into. It hauls what I need it to haul, tows what I need it to tow, and drives where I need it to go. Does what a truck should and with comfort to boot.
