Bought this truck from Ram of the West the largest truck dealer in the US. I have bought all Ford trucks for the past 30 years and have been great. All of them. When the time came I could not touch an F150 anywhere near this price. Sorry Ford. But this truck rides like a car pulls like a freight train and options are awesome. It’s tight and fit and finish are second to none. Only a couple of things I would change. The window switches are too far forward. I constantly roll down the rear windows instead of the front. It idles a little too high when cold. Rolls about 10-15 mph. When I leave my Corgi in the truck he locks the doors the way the switches are designed or rolls the windows down. Look these are the only flaws in my opinion. It’s a perfect truck. The 5.7 hemi does not get 21 mpg overall not even on the highway but you don’t buy a V8 and expect much more. If your on the fence jump off on the RAM side.

It took a bit because they had to build it but Leeann kept me in the loop the whole way and as soon as it arrived she let me know and I was onsite in no time. Have mostly owned Fords my whole live shopped prices on Fords and Rams prior to buying. Ram offered more for the money. So far I am pleased with my purchase.

Sales staff professional. All questions answered. History of interest vehicle reviewed. Nice experience. But, a better price was not offered to me. So I lost some interest. This visit was the initial phase of my research, so everything was expected.

Overall great experience in and out experience was great. They got me in and out paperwork didn?t take more than an hour overall great experience.

Not real good on communication, the managers are a little self indulged. They made me feel as though I should be a little more grateful that they would allow me to purchase a vehicle from them. There is no better dealership honestly. Dan ordered what I wanted, Ray made sure to stay on it and it came in 18 days! Ozzie is so quick smart and helpful in finance and there is no better delivery specialist than Ashley. It is so rare to find a place that has such incredible staff in every area of their business but Ray CDJR just does. HIGHLY recommend you go there.

This truck has everything I wanted in a 4x4 and then some. Comfortable ride with feeling like a car, great handling, strong v6 engine. The layout of the dash is customizable and intuitive.

It wasn't the best, but not the worst. Mamagement is a little self indulged, they gave me the impression that they were doing me a favor by selling me a vehicle. Even thought I had the check the day after my initial visit, it took a week for deluvery, they didn't appear to care if it was delivered or not. The salesman, Arnulfo, was top notch!
