We went to Hillsboro Ford on a beautiful Spring morning and were quickly greeted by Chrystal as we started to walk the lot. I told her what I wanted to look at and she hustled to the office to grab the keys. Within minutes of arriving my son was getting to test drive the car he wanted. Once we got back and into the office, we quickly got down to business. Chrystal explained how they did things there, drew up an offer sheet, and after some quick back and forth, we made a deal. Within 30 minutes we were in the finance office, where Rachel did a great job of explaining things, and quickly processed the paperwork. While my teenage son stated that he had no idea it would "take so long", I knew from lots of previous experience that they were very efficient and did not waste our entire Saturday, like others I have experienced in the past. I appreciated Chrystal's honesty and efficiency and the fact that she really knew the inventory on the lot and also had extensive knowledge about the cars she is selling. What I most appreciated was that she spoke to my teenage son like he was a customer, not just some kid dragged along by his dad. After they brought the car back from detailing, I caught her outside cleaning it up some more. It was not that they did a bad job, more so that she clearly just wanted it to be perfect. Talk about great customer service! When I get ready to buy a car for my wife, or buy company vehicles, Chrystal will be my first call. She is an excellent representative for a great car dealership.

Ask for BRAD!! He’s not the traditional sales guy. We worked really well together. I requested to have a 3rd party inspection for my future Porsche with Garagisti and the Everest Team handled all the picking and dropping. I flew in from DFW and Brad arranged an Uber to pick me up. I had plenty of time with my Porsche with no rush from any Everest Team Member. Then the power went out. We waited patiently hoping it would come back. But it didn’t. Brad and the Everest Team attempted using their generators, iPads, Laptops but couldn't properly connect to their dealership server/ software. It just wasn’t working. Then finally one of the associates left to bring in their personal Ford Lightning which made all the difference. Within a few moments they were back online and keys were in my hand. I had a wonderful experience with my local Park Place dealerships here in DFW and now hold Everest Motors to the same standards. Top level service focused solely on their customers. The dedication and customer service at Everest Motors seem to truly set them apart. Overcoming obstacles like power outages with quick thinking and resourcefulness, the team demonstrates a commitment to ensuring a seamless experience. The personal touch of staying in contact post-purchase shows a level of care that goes beyond the sale, fostering trust and setting a high standard for customer satisfaction. As the car was being completed and delivered to the dealership we were kept informed at every step. As we were in NW Montana we had to fly down to Denver to pick up the car. Once there we were able to complete the transaction seamlessly. Less than two hours in and out.
