Spitzer Kia ClevelandReviews
Spitzer Kia Cleveland review
Just a note I posted on Reddit concerning dealerships: Almost all of my dealership experiences have been awful. But my latest experience with Spitzer KIA in Cleveland was exactly the opposite. I traveled from Buffalo to look at 2 2024 and 2 2025 Tellurides. I wanted a V6 so 27s were out. All 4 vehicles were extremely clean. I was treated wonderful by a non commission salesman (Andrew). I decided on 1 vehicle, it was a great price to begin with, EX-XLINE, with trailer hitch and wiring, 18k miles, super clean for just about $41k. I was searching on line and a pop-up kept coming up for $500 off a purchase so I grabbed it, and when I presented it, no issues at all, they dropped the price. I flew back a couple days later, they picked me up with no wait. I got a tutorial about all the electronics and got an additional 3000 points in KIA VIP points good at any dealership. They followed up a week later to see if I had any issues. Easily my best dealership experience ever. It's a shame they are to far to travel for anything because I would stay loyal. Alexis the internet liason was really helpful. Spitzer has a bunch of dealerships in Ohio and I believe PA, none in NY.
2021 RAM 2500 review
Needed a 2500 with Diesel towing power. So far this truck has lived up to all of my expectations... comfort, performance and style all meet my expectations thus far.

Spitzer Chevrolet NorthfieldReviews
Spitzer Chevrolet Northfield review
I and my wife have always had EXCELLENT service and respect for Andrew and his team members. We first got introduced to Spitzer Northfield by Darrell Zasnuskie a salesman and friend. Andrew was doing service appointments and repairs when we first met him some 12-13 years ago. We had issues with our 2010 Buick that he painstakingly birddogged and resolved our vehicles issue, after a ridiculous amount of effort corrected our issue. Moving forward Andrew and his Service/Mechanical team have been GREAT partners. I have been Vice President of several companies. People skills and compassion is something that is hard to teach. BUT comes natural to people that really want to take care of each individual they encounter. If I could CLON the passion and real concern that Andrew and his team have for customers it would be incredible. Thank you for all that Spitzer NORTHFIELD and the service team does for me and my family. Stay Well God Bless... Chuck Montgomery

Don Sitts Auto Sales review
Thank you, Don Sitts, for being a honest, caring, no pressure dealership. Today 12-6-25 my husband, and I went to your dealership to look at a car online. What amazing customer service. Todd Brazelton sealed the deal. John in finance was amazing. I've never been treated so kind. They were so patient with us. I was kind of nervous at first, but they calmed my fears. My husband, and I prayed before we went there, because, other dealerships have treated us so poorly in the past. Make this your 1st stop people, you'll come back, I know we will. God Bless all of you, for your kindness, Phillip & Mary Wallace PS: We love our new car
2022 RAM 2500 review
We wound up taking our 22 ram 2500 cummins over Sonora Pass due to a computer routing error(no signs either). This was while hauling a 13,000lb. 5th wheel. Tranny got hot pulling up the east side but cooled right back down after 15 minute stop.. Brakes overheated coming down west side but able to get stopped and let them cool for 45 minutes. we made it using 4 low. do not recommend trying this but the truck performed amazingly.... wont buy another brand after this adventure. Sonora Pass is a 26% grade up and down btw

2016 RAM 2500 review
I have had my truck going on 5 years I bought it used. It’s my work truck, office and recreational vehicle. The issues that I have had are regular maintenance and wear tear. The truck has a firm ride so if you hit a pothole or bump you will feel it. I pull trailers 6 days out of the week and the truck is a work horse. Gas mileage is good considering what you are driving. In pulling a trailer I usually get 12-13 mpg. When not pulling a trailer highway mpg is usually 16-18. I bought my 2016 RAM with 30,000 miles and now have 112,568 miles on it. I due regular maintenance on it. My opinion I started getting better gas mileage when I changed to K&N cold air intake also added better torque.

2021 RAM 2500 review
I bought this truck from Herritage DJC in Brigham City a year ago and it is without a doubt the best truck I have ever owned. It is a beautiful black color and has everything you could ever ask for in a truck. And speaking of that big 6.4 Hemi engine, it’s without a doubt a real neck snapper. It pulls my ‘26 foot toy hauler trailer like it was nothing. I can recommend this truck for anything you might want to pull. See Bret Davis for a deal on your new Ram.

Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of the FallsReviews
Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of the Falls review
Was in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. After searching for a few days, ended up at Valley Motor. My salesman, Kevin, was very congenial and gregarious. Walked me through a few vehicles with a test drive in each. He wasn't pushy but was very eager to meet me where I wanted to go price and model wise. We struck a deal and signed some paperwork. I had unfortunately ran out of time that day, so had to pick up the vehicle the following day. Kevin was not working that day, but set me up with Kyle the previousday, who also did a fantastic job of taking care of me and my disabled father. I'll always remember a dealership, whether they treated me well or dropped the ball. Because of both Kevin and Kyle treating me so well, as well as my disabled father, I will definitely shop there when I need another vehicle.

2016 RAM 2500 review
In 2020 of July I purchased a 2016 Ram 2500 Longhorn 4X4 Cummings 6.7. This was my 3rd Dodge 2500 I've owned. The increase in power was impressive. It’s has a smother ride than previous trucks I’ve owned. Suspension improvements make for a very comfortable ride. Safety upgrades helped reduce insurance costs. The negatives are factory’s mpg projections are higher than real life by a couple of mpg. Engine oil filter is a royal pain to change. There is a lag in response when accelerating from a dead start. I do like how this truck responds pulling my 6000 pound boat up hill at the same speed as if it’s on a level road.

2014 RAM 2500 review
After some long thought, I traded my 2000 Ram 2500 diesel for a like new 2014 Ram 2500 diesel longbed 4X4 last March. The truck averaged 20MPG which was nice, but my only wish was for some payload capacity. Since Ram went to coil springs this truck was rated at only 1970 lbs, which meant it could not haul a slide in camper or a fifth wheel safely. I should of done a little more research. So after 10 months of ownership, I traded it in on a 2018 Ram Dually so i can haul. So basically these new 2500 Rams are a mini van, unless you pull a trailer.

I had the linkage recall replaced May 2019. Jan 2021 I replace the tires and as a part of the package, it had an alignment for the Trk. It was slightly off and it has always pulled to the right slightly. The Mechanic stated he could not finish the alignment as the recall required the linkage to have the nuts welded.... If you are going to have the recall fixed, make sure you do an alignment 1st .....

We recently bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had a problem with it when we got home. Took it back next morning.Spoke with John May the manager, he assured us he would resolve the problem gave us a loaner car. After a couple days called said the found the problem and it was corrected. So far haven’t had any more problems. Very hard to find service after the sale like that, he told us they were there for us and they were.John is a stand up guy.
2024 RAM 2500 review
I bought this truck used from the dealer. It was used as a rental and had 49,000 miles. The interior was like new. The exterior had normal wear as a truck would. The dealer did paint touch-ups for me, which was extremely nice of them. We had been working together for months to get me into the right truck. The first week I had it, I drove it a few hundred miles over the weekend to pick up my 30-ft travel trailer, and it pulled it home with no issues. Great power, everything worked as it should with no problems whatsoever. It is still working and running great. No matter what vehicle you buy, used or brand-new, it's not perfect. Sometimes you get lucky. I have had vehicles that are lemons, and one like my Ford Explorer Sport that ran great for over 20 years. Hopefully, this RAM will do the same.

2023 RAM 2500 review
I have had other trucks “gas” and BMW’s ! With gas prices soaring and extremely expensive I traded in the gas for the New Turbo Diesel Cummins 6.7 ! On the highway this motor gets 20-21 miles per gallon with a range of 400-450 miles per fill up! Verified with my own eyes! This Ram 2500 gets better gas mileage than any vehicle I have ever owned ! A bit more expensive, but you’re going to make up for it in fuel! Extremely happy with this Truck! Feels powerful , sounds great, comfortable with a lot of options, cameras all around it so you can see everything surrounding you! I haven’t towed anything yet but what I have heard it even gets better with more weight behind it

Looked around for an HD truck and settled on a Tradesman with the 6.4 Hemi. Only have 1k miles on it, but so far so good. Waaayy quieter than my F150 I traded. Also smoother than I expected from a 3/4 ton 4x4. Even though it is a lower model the interior is very nice. So far I'm very happy with my new Ram.

Extremely comfortable for a 6'4" 240 lb. driver, even after hours of driving. Lots of power...good economy for the hp (unless pulling a trailer)...like the upgraded big screen and navigation software on the Big Horn. Good ride for a HD 2500. Great turn radius.

Found the car I was looking for and Brandon was quick straight to the point and we were out the door within the hour. Brandon responded to all the questions I had leading up to me actually getting the time to come see the car. Thanks. Would buy from them again.

We did not end up buying from the dealership, but they were helpful and tried to find us a vehicle we were interested in.
2016 RAM 2500 review
This has been the most wonderful truck. On the frwy when it shifted to the lower cylinder usage, it was so quiet and gas efficient. Johns Trim Shop topped off with a $2500 package. I hate to say goodbye but am retiring.

Mark Thomas Ford, Inc. review
I have had my vehicles serviced at Mark Thomas for the last eight years. I have bought two vehicles there in the last six months from Mark Thomas both the sales and service have been great. I was helped in getting financed which I didn't think I would get. Thanks to Mark Thomas my credit score is going up. The vehicles at Mark Thomas are very, very good as I have not had any issue with them. Mark Thomas is my go-to for sales and service. You will be treated right there.

Wally Armour Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram review
Wally Armour was the only dealership I've ever been to, where there was honesty and professionalism!!! They say what they mean and mean what they say!!! There are no bad surprises such as hidden fees as an example, they are upfront about every aspect of your experience!!! Their prices are the best I've ever, hands down, and im not just saying that!!! Jeff was my salesman, and he was the most professional and knowledgeable I've ever experienced in buying a vehicle!!! Thank you Wally Amour for the exceptional service you provided me on my purchase!!!!!
2022 RAM 2500 review
Power, beauty, and utility! Haul all week and drive to a cotillion on the weekend! I have received more compliments on this vehicle than any other I have owned, including a customized red and black striped ‘73 Mustang convertible and an ‘02 Z06. It can get up off the line or take me safely into work in a snow storm, all while looking great doing it. Only things it’s missing is a blower, a sun roof, and stereo amp. But then, if it had them, I’d never get out of it.
