Mark Edwards went out of his way to help us get a good deal! Since we weren???t sure what we wanted, Mark was patient and knowledgeable in helping us look at what options would be best for us! We didn???t purchase the first trip in, but Mark kept in contact with us, as promised, and a few days later, we Purchased our Grand Cherokee. Joey, in finance, and Mark, salesman, made the deal work. I searched the Ron Lewis Automotive website and after contacting Gayle the sales woman it was a great process from there on. I wanted to go up to see Gayle and even though she was scheduled off she met me there . She is the best by far. I also met scott the general manager which was extremely nice to make everything work out . Betty in finance was so awesome to deal with to finalize it all . I am very glad I drove 90 minutes to deal with them because we are so happy with them and how nice they treated us . Thanks For Everything Folks . The Cross’S
This was a great car buying experience! Emails and phone calls were returned. They worked on the price for us. Every person we came into connect with was kind. They weren't just sales people, they were real. Nice people. Oh and the environment in this place is great. You can tell folks love their jobs and awesome music is playing. I would definitely recommend them to a friend, actually I already have.
I had previously spoken with the New Car Sales Manager about some quotes I had received relative to a new vehicle and said I would stop by sometime to let him look at mine. I went in to have my oil changed and tires rotated and had him look at my car while it was there. After all was said and done, he determined it would be better for me to lease a vehicle rather than buy one as I had less than 20000 miles on my old one after 3 years so that is what I did.
I went to Ron Lewis to look for a vehicle I had seen online. I had never heard of them and thought I would go look around. I dread car shopping because I've had a few frustrating experiences where I felt pressured or that I may have been being taken advantage of. So I went in feeling like it would probably be the same thing. I was greeted right away by several employees. I then spoke to a salesman named Steven Hlatky and explained what I was looking for and my financial situation. He went right to work looking for vehicles he thought I might be interested in. After a test drive I found a car I liked and he went to his finance manager to see what he could do. He kept me constantly informed of what was happening and before I knew it I was signing papers. This was the best, easiest car buying experience I ever had. I would recommend this dealership and Steven to everyone and plan to tell my friends and family to go here first when they buy their next vehicle. After the excellent customer service I received here I won't go anywhere else.
NICK was my salesman. I would recommend him all the time. Work with me taking the time to explain everything also going over all the tricks and new stuff the vehicle is capable of doing with it being a new 19 tundra.
The service department was very helpful when my vehicle started making all kinds of noises. I called they scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. They diagnosed the problem explained what was wrong and what needed done. They made the repairs and I was on my way. I have been going to them for years.
Talked about it for months, researched and then went on Life Mart. John contacted me shortly thereafter, of course I didn't answer right away but he kept trying and said they had what I wanted and would I like to stop in and see it. He was great, not pushy but informative and really worked with my budget and trade in.
Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Only downside was having to wait for long periods of time for no reason. We were replacing our recently totaled 2016 Highlander with a 2017. Numbers were discussed and agreed on the day prior so that the next day would be hassle free and quick. Unfortunately, do to waiting for so long we were there for 3.5hrs.
Mitch was very helpful and provided all information I requested. In my opinion he went beyond expectations since I had not bought a new car in over 13 years. In addition he was very patient and paid attention to all my questions.
