We recently started to do a deal for my daughter, for her first brand new car! Absolute smooth sailing thanks to Pat Sylver. The attentiveness and knowledge of the vehicles on the lot, have made the experience all that much better. Buying a car can be a time consuming process, but Pat made it feel as if we were visiting with a friend. Great personality!!!

Joe in Sales was great to work with. He and his supervisor Matt helped my wife and I purchase a used 2025 Nissan Sentra that was in immaculate condition with just over 3000 miles. The Finance Team put no pressure to purchase add-ons we did not need. Overall this will be the dealer we work with to obtain a car in the future.

I was extremely pleased and impressed with the process of purchasing my new vehicle. Our salesman was Jose Gaston. Soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff. Jose was dedicated from the start. I was pleased with how he went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. I purchased a previous car from a different dealer year ago and it is nothing like i experienced today. He made the whole experience super easy, Communicated EVERYTHING so we were informed about everything. He made sure any questions we had were answered. He was friendly, Professional, and very helpful. Thank You to Darlene Janora in the finance department that went over all the paperwork to also making sure he knew what we were signing beforehand. She was very friendly, professional and made sure everything was understood and made sure any and all questions were answered as well. She made sure to offer us any extra services we may want to add. She was great. She made the last finishing touches to our new vehicle very smoothly and easy. Thank You Darlene Janora! I have never had such a smooth process on purchasing a vehicle before until today. On a Wednesday I went to Germain Toyota, after checking in I went to see Chris. As we walked up to each other I was greeted with a smile and hey what’s up . I bought the car in I think there maybe a leak in the cooling system. We say down and talk about the Portal in front of my car in the garage. Chris immediately wrote it up gave it over to service and said Jim it’s gonna be about an hour hour and a half when it comes back. I’ll make sure that we will find out what’s going on sure enough in a hour and half Chris good news they could not find anything wrong with your. Chris show me the video of what the Tech took and I was well satisfied with Chris and the service tech that did all the fine work thanks, Chris

Mercedes-Benz of Bonita Springs review
I purchased two new Mercedes from Mercedes Benz in Bonita Springs, FL. I purchased a S-Class and a E-Class. The experience for buying both cars was excellent. They are very focused on customer satisfaction and met all of my requirements for the new cars I was looking to purchase. The process from agreeing to the purchase price to the financial management was outstanding. Delivery of the vehicle was very good with the expert they provided to explain all the features of the new car. I highly recommend this dealership.
