Absolutely the best overall buying experience. Jason Yorker is not a "used car sales," rather a professional automotive concierge. He located that exact vehicle I was looking for, was patient with my questions, but especially negotiated a more than reasonable and fare offer. I can't say enough positive things about my experience from Rob Hassan (General Manager) to Jason Yorker. They all provided an excellent buying experience and attention to detail. From one who hates buying cars, these guys are outstanding and far exceeded my expectations.

An individual i spoke to on the phone when scheduling was not very helpful at all. I was able to later speak to another individual who provided the information the first person was unwilling to provide in the service department. The first person gave the impression that they didn't want to help.

AutoNation Honda Costa Mesa review
I had a great experience with Autonation Honda Costa Mesa. I worked with Aiden who was able to provide me a solid quote over the phone/text for the Honda Pilot I was looking to purchase. When I arrived, Aiden had the vehicle out front to look over and to test drive. With a fair price in hand, I reviewed my financing options and then completed the paperwork with Omar who thoroughly reviewed additional options with me. The sales manager Jacob even came by to say congrats. It was late so Aiden washed the vehicle for us. I really felt like the dealership cherished my business!

I have been coming to the same dealership since 2018 and have zero complaints. I don't feel like I am being "sold" too and my service rep is upmost and honest about what is required for general maintenance. I choose whether to have it serviced there or pass. I will continue to tell others to go there and hope they experience the same quality of service as I do.

Dorina Gonzalez at Lexus of Cerritos was amazing to work with. We told her exactly what we wanted, including a very specific exterior and interior color combination that was hard to find. She checked with other dealerships and kept in touch with me daily until she found the exact car we wanted. We purchased an RX 450h+ and love it so far! This is the fourth Lexus in our family, but our first brand-new purchase. We had an excellent experience with our previous certified pre-owned Lexus, and this experience was just as wonderful. Thank you, Dorina and the Lexus of Cerritos team!

We settled on the price advertised on the internet which I thought was fair; everyone at the dealership was very professional especially Kellie from sales, Z from finance and Tre’ the manager. Thanks!!

Anthony Lisica was extremely helpful in the buying process. He helped make the buying process as easy as possible. We showed up with an appointment for a specific vehicle on the lot. We test drove it and moved to start the buying process. We got a discount off the sticker price and made a deal. From there we did the paperwork and purchased a new Tacoma. Anthony helped make the deal happen and we could not be happier with the purchase. Thank you Anthony Lisica and DCH Toyota of Torrance!

This was the most relaxed and efficient purchase my wife and I have ever made. We were in and out with a RAV4 in less than two hours, including a test drive. The salesman, Joshua, was fantastic. There was zero pressure to buy but lots of information and help in making our decision.
