Excellent experience with BMW of Cincinnati North. I was buying remote and Matt made the process seamless. He made sure everything was perfect before I traveled to get the vehicle. He was going on vacation when I was to pick up the vehicle so he introduced me to Conner who finalized my transaction and supported me through the final steps and helped me get to know my new vehicle. End to end a solid experience!!!

Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Colerain review
Me and my husband came to Superior Huyindai South to buy a new car. Neither of us has bought a brand new car before, and we did not know what to expect. Rick and Nelson did an exceptional job! They made us feel comfortable, explained everything, gave us options and were very professional, yet simple and friendly. While we were waiting, they were offering us drinks and asking whether there is anything else they can help us with. We walked out with a car we wanted, and could not be happier! Thank you, Rick and Nelson!

Over all great! Josh was super easy to deal with and not pushy. We always prefer dealing local if possible, plus it was refreshing to find a dealer that actually inspected and serviced their cars. good cars and good people.
