I previously left Executive Chevy a terrible review; I should note that the advisor who dropped the ball was NOT Steve in the Service Dept. He's actually right now trying to resolve this issue, which was unbeknownst to me. I believe in calling "xxxxx and strikes", and Steve is making an attempt to resolve which at this point is all we can ask for, as the previous Service Advisor did nothing. Understand there's a lot of red tape for him to deal with and we're keeping our fingers crossed he can work something out. I normally don't like to have to "MF" a business, but it was warranted because of past advisor ineptitude. Still not completely sold on Chevy's, but if Steve comes through it'll restore my faith in USA cars which I love, especially Chevy trucks.

Several months ago I started the search for my next car. After doing my homework I decided on a 2008 - 2012 Honda Accord with a 2.4 L engine. After visiting dealerships in the Springfield area as well those along RT 5 in CT I found Ful Line’s website. I was impressed that there were 4 Honda Accords available for sale with one more coming in. Mariah was very professional and helpful with answering my questions, making the Car Fax reports available and getting cars ready for test drives. I was given plenty of time to check over the cars, take test drives and think things over before deciding on which car to go with. I was also able have a pre buy inspection done by a local mechanic.
