The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Service was performed in the most professional manner. Jason is my service advisor. He always takes care of all my needs. They are building a new building that looks great.

I bought the 1500 Ram with the EcoDiesel engine the second day I had it the engine light came on took it in had exhaust problems had a recall so they fixed it that was.in 2019 since then had other recalls done waited over a year to get the high pressure fuel pump recall done it took almost three day no loaner got it back put about three hundred miles on it local miles one morning got in it it would not start took it back the had it for about three more day then said they found water in the fuel and now I would have to pay 12000 dollars to get the same new fuel pump replaced

Great service writers especially Paloma Perez with Mini of the Woodlands took care of me and my Mini (Scootn 2). The dealership show room and waiting areas is first rate with a myrid of comfortable seats and reading material. This is my 2nd Mini I have bought from them and will buy another one within the year.

This is my first Volvo and although it took a while to get familiar with the controls, I love it! The side and rearview mirrors, warning sounds and lights have taken care of blind spots that are usual in a larger SUV, and have prevented accidents. The ride is still so smooth after 3 years, I can easily read a book on long trips. The front and rear seat adjustments allow everyone to be comfortable. We are glad for the bumper to bumper 5 year coverage we bought at purchase, and they immediately fixed any minor problems we've had over the last 3 years.

Great car! Overpaid a bit; but, bought top of the line with only 23k miles. Loved it and didn't want to dicker over price. Rudes well. Acceleration is good. Roomy, spacious passenger cabin and cargo bay. Amazing technology. I recommend this vehicle highly. Take a serious look at this one. You wont be disappointed.

My car has a name. I named her Felicity. I've owned 2 sports cars before, but only weekend cars. Now Felicity IS my daily driver and I love it! I get compliments and she's surly a head turner! Fiat is overall reliable.. also she's a little four cylinder engine. Specifically, that features a 1.4-liter MultiAir Turbo four cylinder engine. I was told to stick to the 2019 model and to avoid years 2018 AND 2020. Felicity is a 2019 and this year is selected for the best engine experience. But only has 26k miles only! so singers crossed that further expensive repairs don't kick-in in the future lol

This is the 2 nd TC I have owned, I had a great experience with my 2006 it has over 240k miles on it and I just replaced the clutch on it I've had NO other problems . So I bought a newer one. It's a 2015, Ipaid top dollar for it from a used car lot they bought it at an auction. The day after I bought it it started making loud noises and it has been diagnosed with a bad throw out bearing..I bought the car as is and nobody is going to take the responsibility financially or otherwise so I'm really not happy with the situation . However the car has only 60000 miles and I hope it will be the one and only problem that needs fixed. Because of the reliability of my first one I'm counting on it. The car is fun to drive handles excellent, has the cool look of a sports car and gets 25+ miles to the gallon. It has spacious comfort in the cab too , front and back . I will say it's a fun car to drive but only if you have the manual transmission.

Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

I'm not sure any other dealer would have been willing to exchange cars after purchase just to make a very short old lady feel comfortable and save while driving. I have the 2025 Ram 3.6 Crew Cab. I paid $45,000 for it in 2024 August. I traded my 2018 Tundra in that I only had a for a year. Major difference in power is noticable right off the bat. This Ram takes off very strange at times. Sometimes it feels like it has the power other times it doesnt want to move. I have the e-torque 3.6. The 5.7 Tundra had the power but I got rid of it because no dealer would fix it because the Tundra was spewing gas out the tank. The Tundra would only hold 12 gallons at most with a 38 gallon tank but I later found out the ECM was replaced and if I had known that I wouldnt of purchased the Tundra. You are now getring much less for you money with any vehicle. Any half ton with a v8 will cost you around $65,000 at the lowest price. This was 1 ton vehicle pricing pre-covid. These Ram crew cabs with a v6 should not cost any more than $40,000 at most. Its a very slow truck and doesnt feel like 305 HP but 280 HP realistically. The truck is too heavy for a 3.6 so that means more engine strain. The longevity of the engine will be questionable. The Ram definitely gets decent gas mileage but going uphill in this Ram you can feel the engine having to hit high rpm just to up an incline. The ride is smooth no doubt about it but these crew cabs need at least a 4.0 or 4.3 v6 to really get the job done.

Rees was my greeter and was an excellent source of information and sales expediter. Rees explained the CarMax process and then Listened to the car features I required. He did searches of car max inventory, searches of manufacturers’ sites for additional info, and requested transfer of a vehicle from another location. There was no pressure to buy (CarMax has a five day return policy). Paperwork was efficient, and I even got help getting both the car I bought and the car I arrived in home. It was my first solo car buying experience so I especially appreciated that I got a car that suited me at a fair price and no hassle

This has been a solid truck. However, I have only owned it for less than a year. Recently, I have had a BCM problem. Not a cheap fix. There are approximately 8 recalls.
