This is a well-designed and solidly built car. It is just what we needed for road trips, recreation exploration and zipping around town. Plenty of room for the size we were looking for. The front console is a little busy, but this is our first Volvo so we just need to adapt to the new layout.

First Volvo I have owned and I love it, it is the best car I have owned. I previously had Mercedes and BMW, this beats both hands down in looks, equipment and performance. I went for the Ultimate trim level, the dealership had a Plus and the Ultimate available. The plus is great, but the Ultimate has so much more, HUD, 360 degree camera etc. Touches like the fog lights activating at night when you turn the wheel so whichever direction you're turning has extra lighting and the headlight washers that pop up out of the bumper to help keep your lights bright just add to the overall feeling of quality. The exterior styling is striking, and in storm grey with the bright finish it catches the eye and gets compliments on looks. Mine has the Polestar engineering extra which makes performance very entertaining, I have yet to put it in Polestar mode (sport mode) but in normal mode this thing takes off like a rocket.

Chris was very easy to work with and especially responsive over email. That is really appreciated in general and especially in times like these when you prefer for most exchanges to be virtual and not in person.

I have now driven the Volvo V60 CC for three weeks and I'm very happy with my purchase. It is very comfortable and has a number of safety features. The gas mileage is exactly as advertised, 25 mpg of mixed driving.

This is my second Volvo C70, the last one I bought is the T5 Polestar Engineered with only 35.000 miles on the counter. The first C70 I swapped with my Mustang convertible. This is the best car I have ever driven! Every time we go to France the holiday starts with the beginning of the journey! It drives smooth, not the fastest car but just enough and it cruises likes it's made for it!

We had a problem with the horn not working. The tech found a bad connection in a splice somewhere in the harness. It was very difficult to find, so it took many hours, but Melanie was very fair with the charges. They also took care of some other issues. And delivered the car back to us. Fantastic service!

I'm surprised by the review that said there was no follow through. We too were an out of state buyer. The internet based salesperson emailed me regularly, responded quickly, set up a visit and confirmed the visit over the course of the week. She lined us up with a gracious salesperson and he and the sales manager worked hard to make sure they met our numbers.

I normally buy cars from Porsche, Mercedes and Audi and own several SUVs and sports cars from theses mfrs. I did not want another SUV but wanted the utility and comfort in a sedan sized vehicle. I saw a V60 on the road and thought it was very stylish. I confess to being a fan of station wagons and owned Volvo wagons back in the 80’s and always found them to be safe, practical but dull and under-powered. I was hesitant to test drive one asking myself “ how much change could they have designed into their four cylinder engines.” Within the first 5 minutes of the test drive I thought WOW! What a difference! Decent power. Great ride quality that is at least comparable to my Mercedes wagon and extremely comfortable seats. Build quality equal to or better than my Mercedes and a great price in comparison. I bought it and, so far, think it was a great decision. I also like the fact I don’t see lots of them so it has a unique presence.p on the road. I would call it “ruggedly stylish” like a well broken-in suede sports coat. The pine gray exterior color combined with the the chestnut colored leather interior is gorgeous. Most of my cars are black or dark silver so this color combo really stands out. I’ve received compliments from people about the color and style of the car which I don’t often get in my Mercedes or Audi. Can’t wait to take it on a road trip!

Just bought a 2013 S60 T5 with same options a month ago. Very happy with it. Was Single owner, 113k miles. Couple of dings around the car. Solid Car (Tank like). Great turn radius. Interior is comfortable, almost roomie considering the outside profile. Headlight assemblies on mine had to be replaced (I insisted, broken seal and yellowed/browned inside). Did it myself it was that easy. Car looks almost new. FIXD ODB2 Scan shows car is in great shape after a month.

I traveled 400 miles to purchase a XC 60 from this dealership. It was worth it. Dishen, John, and Danny Y. were fantastic to deal with. No hassles or pressure. Would recommend anyone interested in a Volvo to check this dealership out.

Bought a 2021 XC60 last week from Volvo cars of Queens. Our sales advisor Dishen was awesome! He was very knowledgeable about the cars and functions and very honest and transparent on the price, program, incentives, and etc. He was always friendly, patient, and very responsive on our questions. Attractive styling both exterior and interior (for me). Bought a 2021 T-5 R design with Polestar enhanced performance package. It has been trouble free so far and handles and performs very well for a compact SUV. routine service dept. with Volvo has been excellent. Seats are comfortable and the interior space is surprisingly roomy. It took a little bit to get use to the tech, but I was coming from a Tundra, so it was to be expected. The only thing that is subpar is the Navigation system, but I understand that they have now contracted with google maps to provide this service. AWD makes me not worry about the weather. Terrific all around car!

We have owned various cars in past to include Chevrolet (Monte Carlo), Cadillac’s Deville/Eldorado), BMW’s (740i/740IL) and Volvo’s (240/244/V70) and now 2018 Volvo SUV XC90 T5. So far the XC90 out performs all of them with respect to comfort, ride, safety features and even gas economy is very good for size/weight of vehicle. Only draw back is premium gas required for this car but I have used mid range on/off and no noticeable loss of performance. Also most people that have seen our XC 90 make positive comments on color, wheels, interior, storage space, etc. Also purchased the T5 model with 7 seats for the family and three grandkids. Excellent SUV for the past 4 yrs (35k road miles). Recently purchased an Endurance extended warranty to 133k/5 yrs. We expect to drive this SUV like other Volvo’s 150k miles or more.
