I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have to write, if you are someone who wants to deal with an honest dealership who truly cares about providing great customer service then Honda in Tarrytown is the dealership for you! I really like this car, my favorite thus far. You do not see many on the road and I get a lot of compliments. Plenty of power when you need it.

From the moment I walked into the showroom I felt comfortable. Morgan was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at and made the whole process super easy. His team was fluid and efficient. He called me at 11:00am to tell me about a Chevy Cruze that was available. He asked if I could be there by 1:00pm and I was home in my driveway at 2:55pm with my new car. Perfect experience.

This F 250 the most powerful diesel I have ever driven, and I have driven a new diesel every two years since 1999. The truck is a platinum which has all the lastest features and very comfortable. the performance is incredible with great fuel milage on the highway.

Kelly Garvin was extremely helpful with helping me find the perfect car. He did not push the car on me or try to convince me to stick to a certain vehicle. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

I went to Penn Toyota with high hopes from the feedback I got from friends. Luis welcomed me and we went though the inventory and got the RAV4 I was looking for. The team there is friendly and helpful. There is no change of deal that happens in other dealerships. In general I got this feeling that I am in good hands. We sealed the deal in two hours and I left with an excellent car. Luis called two weeks later to make sure that everything is working well. I highly recommend this dealership.

Bought this car after much research and found it had been on the market for 2 years in Europe as an Opel Astra. Would normally not buy a new model first year. Other than regular maintenance and some known issues, I’ve been extremely pleased. Today at 55k miles, it still feels an drives just as solid as it did many years ago. The oils burning issue has been a known problem of which I have not experienced. Overall I’m very satisfied with this vehicle and look forward to running it for many more years!

Just purchased my 2nd Jeep from them. Salesman (Frank) was great. Not too pushy with warranty stuff. Used my credit union for a great rate on financing but dealership said they would have matched it, so shop around for the loan as well as the car itself.

It’s a wonderful car from all sides and i just have some notes regarding the headlights it’s not enough for this size and the engine sound not smooth I wish it was quieter than that

Marty does the necessary repairs and never tries to sell you any additional services. He'll even tell you well in advance if a more major maintenance repair is coming due so you can plan for it - from both a timing and budget perspective. His honesty and integrity are what keep me coming back time and time again.

Only had this a week and love all of the bells and whistles it has. Burgundy Velvet is a show stopper color. So many features that are very impressive. To mention a few are the key fobs abilities to not only start the car, but open and close windows including the moonroof. Very comfortable interior with everything you can possibly think of and a really smooth ride. The app that you can use from cell phone to do many things like start the car, lock & unlock, and check mechanical health status. Ford really setup the maximum on this 2018 Lincoln MKZ.

This is the second time I have delt with Greg and his crew and it just get better 7 years ago i bought a 2003 trail blazer from them and if It didnt get totaled in a pileup it would still be on the road but I came back to LA Sales and got a great 2013 Traverse low miles for a 10 year old car but new to me. Greg is a stand up guy his word is his bond hard to find nowadays, dont waste your time and gas just go to la sales you wont be sorry if i ever need another car this is the place to go. Just bought this car and I'm in love! I've had a few Hyundais and each one I get impresses me more than the last. The car really feels like a high-end sports car for a very modest price. It's very fun and engaging between the driving and design. The customization and drive options are definitely made for enthusiasts. I can't say I have any complaints so far. Let's hope it holds up over time!

I recently bought a vehicle from sales representative Lauren. This is my second Infiniti. I still own my 1st one which presently has 312,500 plus mile. It was very reliable. I wanted a vehicle that had everything I wanted in it. So, I purchased it. I love it is all I can say.

It has been about a month since I purchased my low mileage crv from Precision Auto. I bought it sight unseen and had it delivered to my house. The guys over at the dealer were great and sent me videos all around the vehicle. They handled everything from the beginning to the end. It was a great experience. I recently gave Darcars a one star rating. I was very frustrated having a hard time getting a response from them. Ironically my wife seeing my frustration today also called them and got through to Andreas. He was very professional, apologetic and very helpful in getting our questions answered. I now have a renewed appreciation and recant the one star review to now a FIVE STAR. Not sure if there is a way to delete the bad review from the site which I am willing to do

I had this car for the 4 months now. The acceleration is amazing on Sport Mode. It becomes a sports car, not a Prius. I caught up easily to a Tesla Model 3 on the freeway. The gas engine and the electric engine team up and creates a lot of torque when you are full throttle. The overall design of the 2015 Lexus CT200h is truly a timeless design. Very aerodynamic, aggressive and yet a classy design. Today's Hyundai and Kia car designs looks like they are trying too hard, and it comes across cheap and doesn't look good. The Lexus team did a great job for the 2015 Lexus CT 200h- "CT" stands for Creative Touring. Sporty and Luxury!

I sold Honda for years and I always loved driving the Civic SI. I prefer a manual tranny and this car offers that plus a lot more. It’s spacious and the front “racing” style seats hug you! The display is quite large in comparison to other makes in its class. This car performs seamlessly as it always has.

Has a big engine who sound great, low miles in perfect condition interiors, it look nice, really clean, good tires, cute leather, nice to drive

Before meeting Mr. Abert Salib we went to various car dealers. Not one of those sales consultants gave us the marvelous treatment Mr. Salib did. Albert Salib is an excellent sales consultant. He goes above and beyond to find what you need. Initially we went to buy a specific SUV and he ended finding us a better and nicer car that suited our needs. Mr. Salib was extremely helpful. Albert is also an excellent person. Mr. Salib was kind and extremely nice to us. After we met him, we decided no matter what car we got, we would buy it with Albert Salib at Mercedes-Benz of Massapequa.

ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE SMALL GAS TANK..... otherwise, the best vehicle I have owned as a daily driver. I had traded my 2014 for a 2017 and went back to a 2015....

Car is typical BMW M, plenty of power great brakes high end interior, it was difficult to find one with a 3 pedal manual and sunroof, this M3 did NOT come with cockpit adjustable suspension and it was scary to drive at the limit, I put fully adjustable coil over suspension on which lowered the center of gravity, improved the stance and made it handle more like an e46M3, still not perfect but much better than stock!
