Outstanding Customer Service

I first came to Show Me Auto Mall at the beginning of the month for an oil change and I asked Dillion to have them take a look at my trunk as well to see if they could possibly see what's up with my trunk not popping, I told him I only had $100 on me to spend for the visit so he cut me a deal. I made an appointment for the next day to get my trunk fixed! Later on that Tuesday afternoon before I left town I discovered that I had $100 missing out of my car that was in it prior to my visit. I went right back up there and spoke with Dillion who apologized and with the owner(didnt catch his name) of course nobody fessed up to taking the money but I still kept my appoinment for Wednesday anyways because it's been over a year since Ive used my trunk! They fixed my trunk that Wednesday and it was only a $20 little rubber piece part and they charged me $100 for labor that seemed unfair because theres no way it took an hour to install that simple piece! But I was just happy to have my trunk fixed! A week and a half later my trunk quit working... I called up there and I spoke with Bryce I believe and explained about what happened with my money on the Tuesday and how I felt being over charged for the labor on Wednesday so I just wanted to get my trunk looked at again and not be over charged he told me to bring it right in! So today(Tuesday) i took it in and Dillion told me what they did to help me out. They cut me a deal on diagnosing it again and let me have a loaner for free for a few hours so I could take my boy to go see the Easter Bunny because it was going to take them a few hours to fix the croading I had going on with my trunk. My experience didnt start out the greatest with my money coming up missing but Dillion did everything he could to keep a customer happy! I work where customer service is a huge thing and Dillion and Bryce went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I will be back!
