Easiest car buying experience ever. Sheehy offered a fair price upfront that crushed the competition. All fees were disclosed and there were no surprises. They worked diligently to secure the exact vehicle we desired, rather than attempt to push us to buy an on-hand version. Sheehy demonstrated they are not a traditional dealership who always looks for the big kill (roll the consumer). Chris La Porte is an amazing and uncomplicated person. If you want a Subaru, shop the rest to confirm the price, but Sheehy will work to deliver exactly what you want at a fair, extremely competitive price. We will look to use them again.
Is there a reason that people can???t buy volkswagen with cash money but have to finance? At 6% interest , hopefully they didn???t lie to me about paying off early without penalty, I really don???t want to pay over 3000 dollars for finance charges. They emailed me a survey but no follow up, oh well ....we will find out in a couples weeks after BB and T bank contact me .

I went through my Credit Union's TrueCar site to find a new Subaru. Stohlman assigned me to Bernadette through luck of the draw. And what great luck this was! Bernadette was so easy to work with. She provided just the right amount of follow-up, encouragement, and support while I test drove several vehicles and weighed my options. She helped me find the right car for my requirements. It's been a little over a month since I completed my sale, and I'm very pleased with my new car. Thanks to Stohlman and to Bernadette for an awesome car buying experience.
I live in PA and I was up in the area checking out a couple Subaru STI's when driving by Stohlman I saw a blue STI and fell in love with it. It was Greatest Experience I ever had. Thanks to Nick Razak who gave his time and day to help me through the process of purchasing my Blue 2019 wrx sti. Helped deal with the vehicle price, paper work and even answered all my questions and concerns. Definitely was worth driving 3 hours. Bought my Impreza at Paul Brothers in Herndon and have remained a loyal customer thru the changes in ownership. The location in Sterling provides a super-comfortable experience ~ every detail ensures a pleasant wait while the car is being serviced. My husband is also a Subaru owner ~ we both take our cars to Stohlman exclusively. They've always treated us fairly and with respect ~ and the quality of the service is excellent.
This is a dealership with professional business people. I was very pleasantly surprised. My entire car buying experience went very smoothly. I am very pleased that I chose this dealership to get my Outback . Both the General Manager Greg Lewis and the sales person James Richards were exceptional.
We came in on Sunday afternoon, knowing which car we wanted to buy. Mr. Jay had us test drive the car, calmly and clearly presented various options, and had us out of the store with our new car within a few hours. The entire operation was smooth, non-loud, and very efficient.

I recently purchased my fifth car from Fitzgerald, my second from Twain Dooley. The process is always fair and easy, and the Fitz prices and their lifetime protection program are great. I was having a few issues with my previous Subaru, and Greg Lewis worked with me to get me into a new car, while Twain took care of the details of the transaction. My expectations were exceeded. We bought a Subaru Impreza from Farrish in Herdorn. We had an outstanding seller, Mr. Israel Moreno, who was unfainlingly gracious in answering all our questions. We were offered a very good deal and we received extensive help in finalizing the deal since we wanted to register the car in Michigan, our state.
We also received a long lesson from Israel Moreno in all the car's details, a phone call offering his services if we needed further help.
In all our years of buying cars, mostly in Michigan but here too, we had never received such an outstanding service. We would recommend the seller as well as the dealership to anyone who is interested.
