Next Time; I will shop at Cascade FIRST

After weeks of test drives (and tests of character) I found the car I wanted at the price I wanted and was treated with respect and honesty throughout the entire process at Audi of Cuyahoga Falls, Cascade Auto Group.
Over a month long process I drove cars that were advertised as perfect specimens, listed at full book value but then drove crooked at thirty miles per hour. One car I drove had a ruined transmission so the sales person tried to drive me around in residential neighborhoods with 25 mph speed limits. After several blocks and drives around cul de sacs I persuaded him to get to a real road he started in about how silky smooth the shifting was. I should not notice, or feel, the shifting in his nice new condition car, he said. It was smooth because it did not work and just kept slushing into gears. This car was also advertised as a great car at the high end of the book listings. I had some cars go full Christmas tree with engine codes and walked away from other dealerships over outright misrepresentation or false claims. One sales manager and I agreed to price and terms on a car I was interested in, but when I was handed a paper to sign the price went up by thousands of dollars. I am not talking about document fees, taxes or delivery. It was thousands added as the team attempted to sell me a car based on payments and not on the verbally agreed upon price.
I arrived at Cascade on a Saturday road weary and slightly beat up from the full gamut of sales tactics. It was clear to me within minutes that this was a fair chance at a good safe car purchase.
I worked with Chris Hawkins (Sales Consultant) and Nick Corlett (Business Advisor). This car; at book value was exactly what it should have been for the price in addition to some extras that are above and beyond the usual used car inventory standards. This car received a full service at Cascade Audi. This car had brakes and rotors replaced at Cascade and they even added the second key fob that did not come back to them with the trade in. I did not haggle with the price due to the professional treatment and respect they gave me, the overall condition and quality of the vehicle and the extras that had not been added to the asking price in the first place.
With the help of the service department, Chris Hawkins was able to get the car prepared the same day, which I know was difficult for a busy Saturday.
Cascade was able to get the financing approved within a few minutes and when I sat down with Nick Corlett the numbers on paper matched the numbers discussed. He was even able to go over all of my options before final signatures so the loan would be arranged at the best possible terms for my financial priorities. Any questions I had were answered clearly and directly with all of the staff. Thank You all for the best overall major purchase experience I have had to date. I will return for servicing my new-to-me Audi, and for my next vehicle purchase.
