2024 Subaru Forester review
I’ve owned this car for about 18 months. It has I bought it new and it now has about 17,000 miles on it. I love driving it. The safety features are excellent! The performance is good. I’m getting around 32 MPG for all around driving. I have the car maintained at the dealership and haven’t had any mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend this car.

2024 Subaru Forester review
Next to top rating in Consumer Reports. Lives up to its rating 100%. Only concerns thus far, after three weeks of use. 1) takes time to learn use of various electrical and mechanical controls -- after 20+plus years of VW Jetta ownership, "a lot is different." Just have to be patient learning all the new features. 2) Auto-safety features (staying in lanes, braking distance warning, etc.) are helpful to some less-attentive drivers but annoying to this long-experienced user. Fortunately, they can be turned off and stop the chirping.

2024 Subaru Forester review
the forester sport is very reliable get 26 mpg on most of my daily commutes. Drives great in the winter (even though I have the same tires they came with). Traveling in it on road trips are great, 31 mpg using the cruise control and lane assist. It's not a very fast SUV but it honestly worth it. I tend to speed, but it's not something that actually bothers me. I was worried it would be too sluggish. I picked the forester for my road trips, and extra stuff I drive with.

She was able demonstrate all the features of the car and sat with my daughter for an extended time, after the sale, to familiarize her with all the controls. She was also very professional and knowledgeable about the sales process. All the information was presented succinctly without a lot of distracting side sale pressure for addons or extras. The Buying Experience: I came in looking for a specific Tesla Model Y that was still being processed as a trade-in. Despite the logistical hurdles, Mark worked tirelessly to make the car available for me to buy that same day. He then handed us off to Briana M., and the rest was history! A huge shoutout to the Business Operations Manager, Cherisse O., for her expertise in clearing the paperwork and title issues so I could drive home in the car I wanted. The Trade-In: CarMax made trading in my Jeep Laredo X incredibly easy. While Friendly Ford in Las Vegas tried to lowball me at $25,500, CarMax offered a fair $31,800. They are honest and easily the best to work with. The Service (The True Test): The real 5-star service happened after the sale. My 2025 Tesla Model Y had a minor error, and Vanessa Blaschick in the service department was a total rockstar. She walked me through the entire process, kept me updated constantly, and coordinated a transfer to Tesla to ensure it was repaired correctly and for free. I had my car back within 48 hours! High praises to the management team at this location for hiring such professional, dedicated people like Mark, Briana, Cherisse, and Vanessa. They’ve earned a customer for life!

I TOOK MY 2026 FORESTER HYBRID INTO THE DEALERSHIP FOR A RECALL INSPECTION; I HAD PURCHASED IT FROM ANOTEHER DEALER. I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. I WAS DUMBFOUNDED BY THE FRIENDLY STAFF AND THE NUMBER OF SERVICE ADVISORS AND THE SPEED OF THE SERVICE. I EXPECTED A HASSEL BUT I WAS GREETED BEFORE I SHUT THE ENGINE OFF. THE SERICE ASVISOR WAS AT MY CAR IN <15 SECONDS, AND MY RECALL WAS RESOLVED IN < 45 MINUTES. THE FACILITY WAS SPARKLING CLEAN, THE WAITING AREA WAS EXCEPTIONAL. WITH FREE COFFEE, BREAKFAST BARS AND FREE WI-FI. I HAVE OWNED 4 SUBARU'S AND THIS DEALERSHIP AND STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONAL....
