Used Subaru Forester for sale near Delafield, WI

Brad did an excellent job going thru my Rogue after I had problems with it. I bought it at the Oak Creek Dealership a few days b4. I was having problems withe the front end lower plate being broken partially off. We took it to the Good Hope Dealership for service. Brad said it needed to have the bottom plate replaced and he would steam clean all the filthy mud stuck under the car. It was even wet in the spare tire compartment. Im told it now was a flood car which I just found out about. I m happy that Brad took care of the problems that should have been taken care of b4 it left the lot in Oak Creek. Thank you Brad.

Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !

This was THE BEST experience I've ever had. Their new salesman Brian was fantastic. He helped us understand what we wanted. what I mean is we thought we needed to spened more money and Brian help us understand that we didn't. He also help us set ower finances and better order. Ron Stroli the owner is a flat out, straight up, stand up guy. Thank you both so much for your help. Thanks to you guys my wife and I are saving and extra $390.00 EVERY MONTH....... This is a follow up review, I did have to change the head gaskets out on my 2010 forester. I've seen this is common, once again, the work is able to be done by a DIY mechanic. Since 2020 Ive had to change the ignition coil, spark plug wires, head gaskets in February of 2024, and also the crankshaft position sensor. The car had 165,000 miles when the head gaskets needed changed. So far it has 173,000 miles and still runs well. Also changed were the clutch and throwout beairng, and another timing belt change. It still runs very well, the exhaust is getting rusty and have had to fix that, overall its been a good car. I've owned it for 12 years and the ability to work on it yourself is what I really like about it, it isn't fast, but its quite utilitarian and my dog loves it as well. So if you don't mind working on your own stuff its one of the easiest cars to work on with the way the engine is oriented in the longitudinal position. I've always changed the oil every 4-5000 miles since I've had it, the heads and valves were completely clean. I'd say if one keeps up the servicing on these they are good vehicles to own. Not looking forward to when it blows, they don't make plain cars like this now adays.

Contacted this dealership about a Buick Lacrosse was paired with salesman Nubar. After explaining my bad experience with previous dealership he assured me he would do everything he could to make this a better experience. After about a week of negotiations we finally came to terms we could both live with. He went above & beyond and He was very patient and answered all my questions. Between Nubar,Gunner & kiefer They really went out of their way from start to shipping. Once I received the car two days later it was as advertised. This dealership was spot on. I had to make a 5 1/2 hour drive recently and loved how smoothly my car drove, especially using cruise control with “eyesight” so it slowed when I was too close to the car in front of me. I couldn’t even feel it; I watched the speedometer. Love the safety features and extras like seat warmers and large sunroof.

Most reviews are often written right after purchase, or within a period of time where the new owner is still in the Honeymoon phase of ownership. I’m writing this as a Lexus customer after 7 years of ownership and over 100k of miles on the NX300 MY2019. The purchase process working with Dale was exceptional on many levels, and have not found any other salesman or dealership that comes close. I visit the showroom occasionally when my NX is in for routine service and I’m always greeted warmly and respectfully. Dale supports the sale throughout ownership by staying “connected” to the sale, meaning he finds solutions to issues, and follows through to completion. This 5 star customer support is not found in car salespeople! I Highly Recommend Dale Roeglin for your next Lexus purchase. The Brookfield Lexus dealership is also 5 star, the showroom is spotless year round, several models on showroom floor all meticulously parked and aligned to the polished tile floor. And have you seen a cleaner customer restroom? These details do matter, and all the support staff, above and below sales have always shown high class on every visit. The 2019 Lexus NX300 F Sport Ultrasonic Blue has been without question the BEST vehicle I’ve ever purchased! You often hear of Lexus reputation regarding quality and I’m writing to say it is true, without question! In 100k mi & 7 years of ownership, not one major or minor repair! The cost of ownership was general maintenance as recommended every 5k or 10k miles. Brakes, Tires and Oil changes, that’s it! I can’t recommend another Brand that even comes close, and I’ve owned several over 45years.

Great value considering the superior safety features, low maintenance and reliability. Rear wheel bearings have been replaced twice and just had the AC compressor and serpentine belt replaced. Albeit expensive repairs, all cars need something after the first 3 years. It's been 8 years and the car still run and drives like new.

I have leased many vehicles from Subaru City and recently purchased my last leased vehicle. I commend them for being consistently fair and friendly. Very professional!

I’ve owned this car for about 18 months. It has I bought it new and it now has about 17,000 miles on it. I love driving it. The safety features are excellent! The performance is good. I’m getting around 32 MPG for all around driving. I have the car maintained at the dealership and haven’t had any mechanical issues. I would definitely recommend this car.

Next to top rating in Consumer Reports. Lives up to its rating 100%. Only concerns thus far, after three weeks of use. 1) takes time to learn use of various electrical and mechanical controls -- after 20+plus years of VW Jetta ownership, "a lot is different." Just have to be patient learning all the new features. 2) Auto-safety features (staying in lanes, braking distance warning, etc.) are helpful to some less-attentive drivers but annoying to this long-experienced user. Fortunately, they can be turned off and stop the chirping.

Malvin and Brandon and all we interacted with were extremely nice. Malvin, our sales agent was helpful with information about the car and getting us through the process. Brandon was able to help with financing. Our 6-month-old was with us the entire time, which took about 4.5 hours, so if I have any negative feedback, it is that the process took a VERY long time. We were extremely happy with our service, and give your boy Malvin a raise!

This is my third Subaru Forrester. I like the newer safety features and ease of handling. The size is perfect for me, not too small or too big! I would recommend if you’re looking for a midsize vehicle.

Bought one in 2010 with 32k miles on it. Head gasket failed at 110k. Thwy are known for this failure. $1000 repair including timing belt and water pump. Used an after market gasket. Car continued another 124k miles with regular service/oil changes/tires/brakes. Best car ever. Would still have it if it hadn't been rear ended and totaled on the highway. Car saved my life.

I have purchased two cars here and have never had any trouble. Sean F was my service advisor, and keeps me aware of what warranty services I will need. I feel secure getting my Subaru car serviced here and knowing work was completed correctly. The waiting room has really great coffee and there is a shuttle service that will take me home and pick me up when service is done

I purchased the 2023 Wilderness trim in August and I chose it because I live in a very snowy and mountainous area. I certainly needed an upgrade from my trusty 2wd, low-clearance hatchback. I can watch the season change with more peace of mind with its high clearance, AWD and features like Starlink and X-mode ready to step in when called upon. I’m a huge fan of the vehicle’s exterior styling and the interior feels luxurious and durable. The cabin is well-insulated from engine and road noise. One drawback is that the sound system lacks depth even with the base turned all the way up (I don’t have the Harmon Kardon stereo option). I’ve never owned a car with a sunroof before and I love letting in extra daylight and looking up at the cliffs and trees during stops so I can’t imagine life without it, now. Even the low beam headlights provide clear-as-day visibility on the darkest nights, but I’d be worried about blinding other drivers so I’d give more follow distance. Many reviewers seem dissatisfied with its acceleration, but it hasn’t felt underpowered to me and I drive a Chevy Suburban for work. It feels like I’m barely touching the accelerator to cruise up steep grades, but I’m a leisurely driver so my expectations differ. :)

LOVE this car, maybe a little biased since this is my 5th Forester, my 2nd Wilderness. My first Wilderness was totaled in a head-on collision when a young driver spilled coffee and veered into my lane and struck me head-on. That was my 1st Subaru Forester Wilderness and IT SAVED MY LIFE. Full curtain all-around airbag deployment with a roll, the Wilderness coming to rest on it's right side, me still strapped into seatbelt, and the Subaru automatic crash notification with a live person on the speakers asking me if I was ok and needed 911! Smoke still coming from the airbag deployments, and there is a live person coming over the speakers asking me if I'm ok. It was surreal. SUBARU FORESTER WILDERNESS SAVED MY LIFE! TYVM Subaru! LOVE this car! Gets 25+ MPG with conservative driving, a great ride and suspension, superior traction in mud and snow, load-out practically anything/rack bikes (or whatever on the roof racks), sleep in the back with ample room, superior rear-gate lift mechanism with memory, seats super-comfortable and easily adjustable, solid rear-seat leg-room, easy rear-seat fold-downs for massive cargo area that takes my full HVAC tool load-out for servicing ice baths all over the NorthEast US. A great value, especially CPO with +10K mileage (vs. new) MONEY WELL SPENT! SUBARU FOR LIFE

Likes: spacious interior despite modest exterior dimensions, easy to maneuver, great visibility all around, comfortable ride, good traction, handling, and braking, nice interior finish on sport model, strong steering responsive headlights yet they don't blind opposing traffic, very good optional Harmon sound system, numerous effective safety features, low insurance premiums, adequate acceleration..a few cons: actual economy slightly under EPA estimates, seat may be a bit too firm for some but easy to address by adding a thin seat cushion, mandatory sunroof on all but the base model..I wish Subaru would just make that a single option..rough engine start-stop ..however I disable it each time I start engine so it can be a non issue...no reliability issues yet but since this has a cvt and fairly complex safety features, long term reliability is unknown..

John and I went to JUST LOOK at two trucks for John as he needed to get a new vechicle, as his truck he bought 7years ago from Jim O’Connor was rusting out and the air quit. I've never owned a Subaru before but after purchasing the Forester, I may never own anything but a Subaru again! I love the Eyesight Drivers Assistant that it came equipped with. I can see why this car has one of the best safety ratings out there. The interior is very open, spacious, & comfortable and the panoramic sunroof is amazing! It drives and handles like a dream. I would recommend this car to anyone. You won't be disappointed!

I bought my 2025 Subaru Forester the middle of August and two weeks later took it on a 1500 mile road trip. My only complaints are the funky steering (extremely sensitive) and the 11.6" Infotainment screen occasionally freezing. That's not a good thing when driving in traffic. I wished it was AWD versus continuous four wheel drive. Overall, I do like the Forester better than the CR-V I had before.

This is our second Forester. Our first was a 2011 Premium we bought as a CPO in 2014 and unfortunately went through the headache of excessive oil consumption within months of buying it. Subaru did eventually replace the engine short block on their dime, but only after repeated oil consumption tests and being told by the dealer service department that it was within normal limits. Calling Subaru of America was the only way we got it resolved. I was impressed that they approved the service, and that's the reason we bought another Subaru. We also have a 2018 Outback Premium in our garage--no oil consumption, and no major issues except replacing the radio for failed lighting behind the volume knob and a minor leak in the oil pan (no dripping underneath the car though) at about 42k miles. We like our 2023 Forester Sport overall, and first and foremost we like its excellent safety ratings and features. I will say the ride is much firmer than our Outback which is only a couple hundred pounds heavier. Wish it had a little more storage in the center console and beneath the climate controls. We look forward to many years of driving with the Forester (and our Outback). Based on our experience, I do feel getting a Subaru-backed extended warranty is worth it for peace of mind (we bought them for our first Forester and now our Outback and both eventually paid for themselves). You DON'T have to buy the warranty when you purchase the vehicle. Call different dealers in your state and ask for their price on an extended warranty for your vehicle--we saved hundreds of dollars by doing this. You have until your manufacturer warranty expires to add an extended warranty.

I got the 2025 Subaru Forester Touring. I stayed with Subaru because I loved my 2017 Touring. I'm familiar with the layout. Hybrid was not available, but I heard the battery cuts into the cargo space.

My only complaints are, it could use a little more power and a little less road noise. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with my Subaru Forester Touring.

Great value! The ride is so smooth and the Forester holds the road really well on turns and curves. I got the base model and it still had great safety and comfort features. Very happy!

I've had my 2025 Subaru Forester for a little less than a month. Pros: Smooth ride, comfortable seats, good sight lines out the windows, spare tire. Cons: Cost of extras already installed that I didn't want, duplicate control options for some items .

I love my forester!! The only complaint is the driving assist sensors don't work with a steering wheel cover (leather), and the adaptive cruise control is too sensitive. Other than those 2 things literally everything else is perfect.

The radio and the heat settings leave a lot to be desired. If you’re looking for a heater setting, you won’t find it. Nothing annoys me more than unrequested updates on flood watch/warning. it just can’t be tailored to exactly where you live. But every 6 minutes is a bit of overkill. And our previous Forester had a tray in the middle storage (glove box). Even though we asked our salesman about that, we have heard nothing. Missing the change tray a lot.
