2024 Subaru Impreza review
Bought the car 3-4 weeks ago after 16 years with Nissans, and this is heads and tails above the Nissan, and i loved my Sentra's But the body lines are better on the Impreza, i like the Hatchback over the sedan, i have the base model and frankly i prefer the 2 screens over the 1 huge one, i do wish they had the android play wireless in the base but i still have it, just have to plug in, People say the 2.0 boxer is slow, they never owned a 1.8 sentra lol, this car feels smoother, it is a tad noisier on the highway but a better ride over all, as to dependability full discloser i was once a Subaru mechanic at a dealership, but always assumed i couldn't afford a subaru and i was wrong, but they are as if not more dependable than a Toyota and a lot less money.

CarMax Kenosha review
I would highly recommend Carmax Kenosha. We setup an appt and test drive on their website, and Sergio reached out right away and put the vehicle on hold for us. When we arrived the car was ready for us to test drive, and while we were test driving they looked over our current trade in. We got a fair value on our trade in, a fair price on our new vehicle, and we were in and out in under 2 hours. Thanks Carmax and Sergio for the awesome experience!!

Purchased my 2025 Bronco today and the process couldn’t have been more easy. Dylan was our sales rep. He was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The manager came over to introduce himself and was very personable. The gentleman who did our financing was the absolute BEST! I have never had a car buying experience as easy and as fun as I did with Kunes. I rang the bell and they added a big red bow at my request. We were treated like family. I was overjoyed. Didn’t feel like a car buying experience felt more like a gathering of family and friends. Thank you Kunes

Al, the owner, is hands on and provides amazing customer service. They sell quality vehicles at a great price and stand by their work. There were some minor issues with my car, and they were addressed promptly and professionally. My dad is a cynical old mechanic and even he was impressed with their work and professionalism.

Brayden our Salesman took great care of us at Subaru City. We went there for a specific car and the true professional Brayden is he brought another car out for us to look at in the color we were looking for and that is the one we bought. He knew exactly what we were looking for and in our price range. 2026 Subaru Outback Limited XT Emerald Green. I look forward to working with Brayden in the future. Exceptional service!! My wife and I have worked exclusively with Ed Wrathall at Subaru City. Always a first rate experience, rarely any unexpected glitches. All the stereotypes about car salespeople , many of which are deserved, do not apply to Ed Wrathall. He does what he says, and is a true class act all the way around. A tip of the hat to Ed's sales manager Brianna for alerting me to this special deal which got us" out from under " as far as the mileage on our 2024 Subaru lease. Great teamwork Subaru City Milwaukee!

I went to this location after totaling my brand new car and I was in need of a used car. I went in and enjoyed the process from start to finish. After meeting with a salesman for a little bit, I was able to walk around and check out the lot without someone hovering over my shoulder. Once I decided on my choice, all of the paperwork from start to finish was run right in front of me without any disappearing to a back room or talking to the manager. When I am in need of another used vehicle, this will definitely be my first stop!!

After speaking with the General Manager, Jeff Mazer, it wasn't the dealership so much as it was the finance manager (who is no longer employed there). While this practice was done, it was NOT the dealership that employed the tactic. The dealership took measures to rectify the situation by terminating the employee and sending a check for the whole amount of the protection plan ($3,250) to my lien holder. It took some work and yes, I am still a bit butt hurt, but I will continue to be a customer here.

Great service again. I have always had great service at Janesville Subaru. A little heavy handed on trying to get me into a new car.

Napleton's Palatine Subaru review
I recently purchased a 2021 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited and had a great experience at this dealership. Mario was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. Austin was professional and fair, and together they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

Napleton's Schaumburg Subaru review
I had a genuinely great experience at Napleton Subaru. From the moment I walked in, the dealership felt welcoming, professional, and low-pressure — which is not always easy to find when car shopping. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and transparent throughout the entire process. What really stood out was the individual attention and care I received. I never felt rushed or pushed into decisions, and every question I had was answered honestly and thoroughly. The team made the experience smooth, organized, and surprisingly stress-free. It’s clear that customer experience matters here, and that made all the difference. I left feeling confident in my purchase and appreciated as a customer. Highly recommend Napleton Subaru to anyone looking for a dealership that treats people with respect and professionalism.
