Executive Kia review
My experience at Executive Kia in Wallingford today was nothing short of amazing. To say my expectations were exceeded is truly an understatement. My salesperson, Dylan Bartolo, was everything I could have hoped for—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He had great recommendations and stayed with me every step of the way, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. A huge thank you as well to the rest of the team, from Manager Mike to Carlos in Finance. Because of their teamwork and professionalism, I drove off in the exact car I had been interested in. I couldn’t be happier and am so excited to officially be part of the Kia Fam!

Todd was our salesman. Our car buying experience was handled very professionally and with great care. Todd did not rush us through the process. He was very prompt while we tested the vehicles. His manager closed the deal and showed the same level of care. We will definitely return with our family on future car purchases.

Quality SubaruReviews
Quality Subaru review
I wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for a car, especially a used car, to consider Steve Canada at Quality Subaru. His help was indispensable as I chose a used sedan that would fit my budget and my needs. He never tried to oversell me, was always upfront about helping me to weigh my long-term spending, and most of all, is a car guy himself, and answers questions with comfort. Test driving with him was great because he was able to say what things to pay attention to and made sure the car was absolutely in the shape I was hoping it to be when driving it off the lot. I think the biggest reason, though, that I would recommend him is that he checked in after the fact to make sure everything was going good with the car, and he made sure his service team resolved a noise. I've never had a dealer go this far with providing service--usually once the car is off the lot, they wash their hands of you. But this wasn't the case with Steve at all. Finally, Steve has just been so personable and talks to you like you're a person he's actually interested in talking to, not just a customer. I'd be happy to work with him again on my next purchase and to recommend him to even my closest friends and family.

Had a great experience, staff very helpful and friendly. We were JC’s first customers as he was hired by universal autos as salesman. Although JC already had 10 years experience selling cars, he made us feel like we were his first customer. I can’t say enough about all the staff, very kind and want you to leave feeling great. Great Dealership and awesome staff, I would definitely go here first on my next car purchase. 5 stars !
