I always use Steve's Hometown Toyota for service on my Toyota Tacoma. I recently took it in for noise issues and they were able to locate and fix, plus they found an additional issue that was like a recall that was also taken care of. The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.

We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

I flew in to pick it up, and Corey made the logistics effortless. He was communicative, handled the paperwork remotely, and was waiting promptly at the airport to pick me up. We discovered a potentially serious PDI issue right at delivery. Instead of making me wait or delaying my trip home, Brad (Manager) and Corey treated it with absolute urgency. They immediately rushed the truck into service and, incredibly, pulled parts off another unit on the lot just to ensure I could get on the road that same day. That level of problem-solving is rare. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Tim in Finance. I walked in as a "hard no" on all insurance products. Tim was patient, honest, and explained the benefits without being pushy. I left with zero pressure and two separate deal sheets to consider at my own pace. It’s easy to see why their rating is so high. If you want a dealer that honors their pricing and fixes problems immediately, ask for Corey. And I know Kendall already has a 4.8-star rating, so they probably don't need another review, but the team here—specifically Corey, Brad, and Tim—earned this one.

Car has an excellent ride. It is quiet. The comfort, interior quality is very good including leather seats. Fit and finish is very good. I enjoy the quality.
