Jillian was very responsive and worked hard to be fair and do her job well. Jillian is great! Our only annoyance was the long wait to pick up the car , which is minor in the scheme of things. Thank you Schomp & Jillian.

I had an excellent experience with Shane Monahan and Samantha Leakas at Mike Shaw Subaru. From providing information about available inventory and pricing, to scheduling a test drive and even transferring my Outback from another dealer, they made the entire process easy and seamless. I couldn’t be happier to be a new Subaru Outback owner, and I highly recommend Mike Shaw Subaru and especially Shane and Samantha!

Got an email coupon for an oil change, got an appointment for the next day. Was in right away, got the oil change and a full inspection, it took only a little over an hour. My service guy was helpful, personable and even had a treat for my dog. I feel really taken care of here.
2024 Subaru Outback review
We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

Smoothest and most professional car buying experience I have had over the years. The dealership was transparent as to the pros and cons of the vehicles I was interested in. The sales person made it clear she was not paid on commission and so I knew her input was not motivated to sell me a higher priced vehicle for her self interest. The sales person was a true professional from the very beginning.

I had a great experience at this dealership. Leon was fantastic to work with—fast, thorough, and efficient throughout the entire process. Carlton in Finance was equally great and made that part of the process quick and straightforward. I really appreciated that the entire experience was no-pressure and stress-free. Both were professional, helpful, and made purchasing my vehicle a very easy experience. I would definitely recommend working with Leon and Carlton!

Nick was great to deal with. Direct, knowledgeable and made the buying process efficient. I was direct and clear from the start, and so was he. Very little wasted time.

AutoNation Subaru ArapahoeReviews
AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe review
I had an excellent experience working with Nick Dragan and Matthew Wooldridge at AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe. They were helpful and not pushy at all from the beginning and got me into the car I wanted at the price I wanted including a fair trade for my previous Subaru. The dealership itself is also a great experience- clean, modern and great energy with fun music and friendly people. They have a great selection of cars, and I definitely plan to return for service appointments at their modern, clean and well-organized service department that will make having to wait a little more pleasant with coffee, comfortable chairs and charging/work stations. This is my fourth Subaru, and I'm so glad I decided to switch over to AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe!

Michael Aguirre helped us to finance and He did a fantastic job. As did the other workers as we walked threw.
2024 Subaru Outback review
The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.

The vehicle I purchased was in exceptional condition. I looked at many at other dealers before I purchased. Price was very fair and the price I was offered for my trade was the highest I had been offered anywhere.
