I have been a Jeep owner for a few years now but wanted to switch to another brand. Ricky Espino and Lorena Mena were very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. They made sure I was 100% convinced and that the vehicle had everything I was looking for. They took me every step of the way in the purchase of a 2024 Mazda CX50. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend getting a car from this location.

I had a great experience working with Kareem Thomas salesman! He was very professional, patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure all my questions were answered, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident with my decision. He never made me feel pressured and went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. His customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate the time and effort he put into helping me. If you’re looking to buy a car, I highly recommend working with him. I would definitely come back and recommend him to family and friends!

Napleton Palatine Hyundai review
To Hyundai of Palatine : it’s our first time owning a Hyundai an we had such a good experience, especially with our knowledgeable sales representatives name Daniel Merritt. He really made the experience so much better. He explained all the features of the ioniq 9 car that we liked and ended up leasing. He guided us thru the whole process and was very hands on. He is an excellent salesman for Hyundai. He especially worked hard to meet our budget and the car we liked. It was a great pleasure to have Daniel as our salesman.

This was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car! Every single salesperson and supporting staff were amazing. We especially appreciated salespeople who were not pushy! They are attentive and detailed in everything that they did. Ed spent an hour going over every single feature in my new car with us. We also received videos to review that help explain each feature. Highly recommend Brilliance for your next car! If we could give more than 5 stars we would! 10 STARS!

This is the eleventh Subaru I have owned, the third outback; the Outback wilderness is by far the best performer of all of the others I have had. I have been happy with subarus from the first one I bought a 1978 Brat; sure wish i still had it.

Muller was overly responsive to my vehicle inquiry and offer a very competitive price from my 1st call with Matt (Sales Manager) He even answered my call on his day off. No pushy sales approach.

Brilliance SubaruReviews
Brilliance Subaru review
We acquired our first Subaru this week, and the experience was truly exceptional. Working with Ed and Jeremy from the sales team, as well as Jason in financing, was a pleasure, as they were all highly knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable with the information they provided. We traveled from Iowa to make the purchase, having heard numerous positive reviews about Brilliance's commitment to customer satisfaction. Ed's dedication to ensuring I felt comfortable was evident, as he stayed late before we drove home that night. Ed has also checked in and ensured if I had any questions or concerns not to hesitate and call him. It’s apparent that Customer Satisfaction is number one here.

Very courteous team at Service Department. Waiting area was comfortable. Oil change Service was almost 1 1/2 hour, very busy with Chevy, Kia & Subaru vehicles due to construction.

Napleton's Schaumburg SubaruReviews
Napleton's Schaumburg Subaru review
The process to buy a new vehicle at Napleton Schaumburg Subaru was a positive one and I would buy from them again in the future. David and Joshua were great to work with. Everyone I spoke to was very nice. Everything from the test drive to the final signature was quick and efficient. I went in the spur of the moment without making an appointment, and there was no issue with me requesting the test drive. The vehicle that was advertised on their website was there, no games. It’s also worth noting I had an appointment to drive a vehicle at another manufacturer later, and cancelled that because I found the vehicle for me at Napleton Schaumburg Subaru and was happy to give them my business.

Ken Ganley Subaru WickliffeReviews
Ken Ganley Subaru Wickliffe review
Jason and his team did a stellar job on my Ascent. I brought it in for the 60K service and mentioned some potential issues with RPMs and a jolting sensation. Long story short, there was a transmission issue that had to go beyond the local team, to Subaru Technical service. The diagnostic testing was very thorough, as was the communication from Jason on what was happening. I was provided a lovely loaner, so there was zero inconvenience to me. My car was fixed under the warranty, and the final bill was less than expected. The whole experience was professional, kind and thorough. I really appreciate Jason, Adam and everyone else who worked on my car.
2024 Subaru Outback review
We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.
