The Subaru Outback is one of the best cars on the road. This car is definitely worth every penny that it costs. Performance at reliability cannot be underestimated. The company stands behind its warranty in every way. It’s like having a more expensive car without the hassle and expense!

German Deras took very good care of me from the moment I walked in till the moment I was driving away with my car. Personable, knowledgeable, patient, and worked hard to get me a great deal. Of all the Subaru dealerships I looked at, this was by far the best, and German was a very large part of why.

Parkway Honda of BostonReviews
Parkway Honda of Boston review
This review is about services provided by Nicholas Almeida. My daughter has been going to Parkway Honda for all her car needs because they are simply the best—we already knew that. But what happened recently exceeded our wildest expectations. She had an issue that required a substantial payment from the insurance company to fix. Nicholas Almeida (Nick) took charge of the situation, and from the very beginning, he was incredible. He contacted our insurance company, patiently explained the problem, and for THREE WEEKS, he handled everything. He worked with not one but two appraisers, engaged in multiple conversations with the insurance company, filled out the forms they insisted on, emailed documentation and test results, and kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to him our insurance company covered the cost of the repairs. We have never seen such exceptional customer care and professionalism, especially when dealing with a difficult insurance company. We are absolutely blown away by Nick’s dedication to his work and his commitment to his customers. We only wish there were more people as proud and passionate about doing an excellent job as Nick is.

Mastria MazdaReviews
Mastria Mazda review
My 2021 Mazda which was purchased new at Mastria Mazda was recently hit while parked by another vehicle. While awaiting the insurance and appraisal repair process I wanted confirmation that my car was safe to drive. I contacted Mazda to get a safety inspection for peace of mind. Paul, Dennis and Rachel in Service were so great in getting me a timely appointment, as well as noting my list of safety concerns. Sean gave my vehicle a detailed exam and sent a video as he went through the process. I can’t give enough praise to the service team at Mastria, as well as Paul G who’s been my main contact over the years! I always leave satisfied and confident knowing that my car has been in great hands! Thank you Mastria Mazda, and staff for the excellent customer service, care and support and for just being great people with integrity and heart!

Griffith at Metrowest Subaru service was very helpful and friendly. Their service is excellent though a bit expensive.
2024 Subaru Outback review
We currently own the Outback 2024 XT, and it’s a great car to drive. However, its turbo CVT engine does produce a slight lag in acceleration and when slowing down. Just a matter of getting used to. Also had issue with the lift gate button, which broke after only two months in possession. My wife and I are in our 60s, and all our kids have their own families, so thank goodness we don’t have to drive those 8 seater SUVs anymore. This outback has been the best alternative for us.

I came in with my parents to see two cars I had found online. Ibrahim was the salesperson who helped us, which turned out to be lucky. He took his time with us, never pushed, walked me through the car patiently. Over the days of waiting on the registration he kept me in the loop by text with quick replies. Honest, down to earth, he even tried a bit of German with me, which my parents loved. A great experience from start to finish.

friendly and so helpful but you need more staff handling final documents when very busy. I waited about 45 for the paperwork. your staff was on the ball but one person can only handle so many. So if the wait room is mobbed add another staff for paperwork.

I had a very pleasant experience at Mastria Subaru Chris G and the managers made it very easy to get me into my new car.
2024 Subaru Outback review
The acceleration lag that this car has is immediately outweighed by everything else. This car is super smooth and granny sedan comfy, and it has more utility than any equally priced SUV. The roof rails have built-in cross bars that stow, it tows 3500 pounds, and the Harmon-Kardon sound system kicks. It has butt fans, people. Additionally, the aftermarket base is thick, so accessories, customization, and reflashing options abound. The tech is old, the powertrain is old, but you see 300 of them a day for a reason.

Mastria Subaru review
Just brought home my new Forester home and love it, Chris G. worked with me to find the right auto for me and he was very patient with me and all my questions. I would definitely refer Mastria Subaru of Raynham to any of my friends. All the people at Mastria Subaru are great.

I went here looking for a Forrester for my wife that had very low miles and they were really nice guys and I though very accommodating to circumstances and the free ice cream bars are a plus. I would definitely recommend going here to buy a car!

North Reading Subaru review
I have been to many dealerships on the North Shore during the last few years buying and leasing for family. It is an experience I have come to dread. What I hate most is the waiting game they play to keep you in the dealership, whether you buy or not. When my husband needed a new car it started out badly with a dealer whose internet price was 8 thousand lower than the actual price. Again, this took hours . He went back on the net and found a used car at North Reading Subaru with low miles and an excellent price. " A come-on", I said, call before you go so we don't waste time". He called and spoke to Sarah, and we were there that afternoon assured that the car was available, and at the price stated. Sarah was amazing. We sailed through the process, including financing, with incredible ease and picked up the car the same afternoon. This dealership is the only one I would EVER recommend and Sarah was an excellent salesperson. Save time and aggravation with North Reading Subaru!

Imperial Subaru review
My wife and I leased a forester for 3 years and decided to buy a CROSTREK 2025 . WE decided our joints couldn't quite get used to getting in and out so we went back and purchased a 2026 Forester. We had a stress less experience buying a car with Emily Messier who walked us through a great experience. Rmilu is professional and very friendly. I would recommend any interested new car buyer to visit Imperial Subaru in Foxborough and seeing Emily for a great car buying experience. We were so pleased with Emily and I am sure we would go back again. Thank you EMILY.
