2023 Subaru Solterra review
The car performs great. The only negative is that they don't tell you that the factory-installed navigation is only free for year one; after that, you have to pay $16/ month more per month to continue to use it. Had I known that I would not have purchased the car

I had an excellent experience with Shane Monahan and Samantha Leakas at Mike Shaw Subaru. From providing information about available inventory and pricing, to scheduling a test drive and even transferring my Outback from another dealer, they made the entire process easy and seamless. I couldn’t be happier to be a new Subaru Outback owner, and I highly recommend Mike Shaw Subaru and especially Shane and Samantha!

This review s for James Wells. I had been looking for the car I wanted at three dealers Longmont and Golden and Flatirons and James was the only salesman the came out in the car lot and sold me a car. Jillian Tran provided friendly service and helped keep me informed of getting the used car fixed before buying it. And it passed the pre purchase inspection well. Schompf didn't pressure into buying anything but spent the time to do good.
2023 Subaru Solterra review
I bought the car at Sabaru of Englewood. First the car didn't came with the originals tires. I asked the seller if the car qualified for the $7000. 00 insentive and I thrust them. The car did not qualify for the gov. incentive because it was built outside the US. The sonterra is a very reliable vehicle. We like it a lot.

AutoNation Subaru ArapahoeReviews
AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe review
I would like to start off by saying that my family and I have been long-time customers of Autonation Subaru. Our experience has always been excellent. Monday evening, I upgraded my 2024 Forester Lease to a 2026 Crosstrek Wilderness. Our experience started out as expected. However, it took an unfortunate turn after the transaction was complete. The details are not important because Kwabena, one of your sales managers, did a phenomenal job hearing my concerns and resolving the issues. I wanted to provide a list of all the exceptional things he did to address my concerns. He began our conversation by honoring my request to meet in an office so it could be a professional environment away from other customers. He provided an additional manager to participate in our conversation. I appreciated this from a school administrator perspective because I require the rule of 3 for my school leaders. He was genuinely invested in my concerns; while he assured me that my concerns would be addressed, he maintained professionalism towards the individual at the root of my concerns and did not disparage him in our conversation. When I arrived, it was very busy. One of my challenges was that I left my prescription glasses in the glasses holder on the windshield. While the sales associate I worked with communicated on 2 separate occasions that he was too busy to help me, Kwabena personally went to the secondary lot to retrieve them. He also addressed my other concerns and found solutions immediately. One of the solutions required a return trip to the dealership today. Even though Kwabena was off the day of the service, he ensured that the entire matter was communicated so that the necessary actions could be taken today to resolve the matter. I am sending this email of appreciation and as a leader myself, I know that it is important to hear that you can trust your other leaders. Have full confidence that Kwabena is phenomenal at his job! I am also sending this email because I respect the relationship and time invested over the last 7 years by both the employees of Autonation and my family. As a result of Kwabena's exceptional efforts, I am electing to forego submitting my feedback survey on my purchasing experience. I believe survey feedback should be honest and transparent. I also know that an organization should not receive a disparaging surveys when something goes wrong if a company manages it in the manner that Kwabena did. In closing, please express my deep appreciation to Kwabena for his efforts.

We had a great experience working with Denzel at Schomp. He was well researched on the cars he was selling and was a very attentive listener. I was apprehensive going into the dealership initially because of previous bad experiences with other car salesmen, but I was so pleasantly surprised with my experience with Denzel. If you have the choice, I highly recommend choosing to work with him during your car buying experience. I ultimately ended up purchasing a car at another dealership only because they had the exact car/mileage/price I was looking for, but if that car had been on Schomp’s lot I would have happily purchased it there.

Jillian was very responsive and worked hard to be fair and do her job well. Jillian is great! Our only annoyance was the long wait to pick up the car , which is minor in the scheme of things. Thank you Schomp & Jillian.
