Finding a new car is so stressful especially when having to do it in a hurry. Mo really helped us through the process. When I wanted to tear my hair out he along with my fiance really calmed me down. I will definitely come back and recommend.
I have purchased over 50 cars in my life, and NEVER did a dealer feedback review . . . Until now with Sewell Mini of Plano! Purchased a 2016 used Clubman last week and was totally impressed with the sales person (Hunter), his boss (Michael), inventory selection, facilities and price/value.
This was the second Mini purchased from this dealer: foolishly traded it (2015 4 door hardtop) and after a year wanted to buy another. Shopped 5 other dealers, and tried 8 Minis. Ended up at Sewell and made the purchase because of my good experience in the past (sales & Service) and they had the best deal! Price was very competitive (but you should not take their initial “list” price too seriously), car was certified (100,000 miles or 7 years), great repair facilities, nice people, and location (next to Costco . . . can shop while service is completed).
One of the easiest car buying experiences I have had. I went in around 230 and walked out that evening with a brand new car. Al was a delight to deal with and very knowledgeable. I even received a phone call days later to check on my car and myself. Cannot recommend them enough!
Dominic was great to work with. I found out about the dealership from a friend who has purchased 4 vehicles from there, and I have told several people that they should check consider it when they decide to purchase their next car truck.
I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta

Great selection of cars at the lot and John was willing to explain everything to you while to purchase the car. We felt very comfortable during the car purchasing experience and did not feel pressured to purchase more than we wanted, which was a huge plus for us. We would purchase another car from John and recommend him completely. Another bonus was that John personally owned the car he was selling, so he could provide a true opinion on the features and overall car. This made us more willing to purchase a car from someone who uses it too.
Tony Hooman referred us to Joey Edwards. Joey spent the afternoon with us and answered all of our questions about the Forester vs. Outback. We eventually decided on the Outback and literally bought it off the showroom floor. Joey was exceptionally thorough and patient and did not pressure us in any way. We were treated like VIPs and I feel like we got a really good deal on a vehicle that is in great demand and we are extremely pleased. We drove a little farther than we had to and we are glad we did. Joey is clearly a Subaru guru and took great care of us. I would recommend Five Star Subaru and Joey and Tony without any hesitation or reservation. These guys are first class professionals.
After a day of car dealerships and not seeing or getting the service I was expecting, I walked into Dodge City of McKinney and was immiedately greeted by Bobby. He could sense the defeat I carried with me but he was persistent on me staying positive, that he has what I was looking for. I initially came looking at the Jeep but switched gears to the Dodge. Bobby worked with me on my credit and my monthly price point. We initially did not agree and C.J. came over to speak with me. After reviewing they were able to get me in an amazing vehicle for an amazing price and interest rate. They stayed positive, bent over backwards and took care of me all the way through. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Best customer service and perfect vehicle for my family!
They had the exact vehicle I was looking for. I felt the saleman Chris Shelton actually fought for me to get the deal done. The sales manager gave me a fair trade in. Overall great experience!!
