My son bought a 154k mile Explorer. Engine light came on the next day. Took it in and they had it repaired at their cost. After the sale service was 100% over the top of what I expected.

I owned the Legacy 3.6r limited edition. I bought it new when the next year was coming out. If you can find one that way you have found a unicorn! They hold their value! Excellent car, I wish I still had it.
I found my Pontiac Montana sv6 online and went to see it they waited on me after hours to get there. They were super nice polite and helpful let me rest drive look at and not pressure me into it. Just gave me car fax without asking and I even came back another day with wife and 2 year old and newborn again after hours to look at again. Randy was super nice and honest about everything about vehicle and told us about everything it needs and helped with all concerns we had. I recommend Efkamp Auto to everyone. Subaru has added latest safety features like Blind Spot Monitor, RAB, Land Departure warning and Excelent Sound System.

I feel comfortable and safe in the car, great visibility. The car handles extremely well in the snow, probably improve even more when I get snow tires. I like the exterior styling and open visibility, all around.
We owned three Subaru's and this purchase makes four. This was our third experience with Matt at Ramsey Auto Center. We shared with Matt what we were looking for in a new vehicle and he quickly found a car in their inventory that matched out wants. The purchase process was reasonably fast and not too painful. We've looked at other cars at other dealerships, but seem to be drawn to the quality and affordability of a Subaru, and Matt has continued to give us excellent service.

Power is not that high, but comfort ease of driving, leg room heated seats, 6 speed, gas mileage 37.8 mpg, great little car but not for 10,000 ft in elevation

We’ve own a 2003 and 2013 Foresters and both of them had extensive wheel bearing problems at around 40-60,000 miles, costing $1500 ea. Came to learn from a Subaru auto mechanic that Subarus have a design problem with bearing seals. We will not ownanother one in the future.

Amazing sedan for the snow! Drives well. Great features. Really the only thing that’s missing for me is the automatic lock once the car is in drive and moving. You have to remember to lock the doors. Otherwise, I love it!
We either didn't see the chip the windshield or it was "filled"in, but nothing about it was disclosed so when I saw the chip the very next day I took it to Safelite to be repaired as we hadn't purchased the extended warranty. When we took it to Safelite they informed us that it had already been repaired once and there was nothing else that could be donebesides replacing the whole windshield. So much for a certified vehicle purchase with car fax.

The car is great for travel. The AWD is a great feature to have in the northeast. It got me through many bad snowstorms. Handles excellently and has great MPG
After a significant service error from another dealership I have been bringing my vehicle to Ramsey for service. I have been very satisfied and everyone has been so friendly. My Outback is very comfortable and convenient, and has all the bells and whistles I need. It is very reliable and goes through all kinds of weather. The drive is quiet and smooth, and my 2 golden retrievers fit in the back.
On Wednesday my 2017 Mazda CX-5 was due for a service and tire rotation. Arrived with no appointment. Used the express service. In and out in a house. Personalable and knowledgeable staff on the intake and the return of the car. Cashiers were efficient if lacking in the bubbly personality area. A very satisfied customer.

6 months after purchasing my Outback, I was involved in a serious accident. It did it’s job protecting me and my 4 legged passenger. It is my tank, and I love the AWD. I work in rural Home Health care and I have yet to get stuck or stranded where others have been. I love the space of the hatchback as I travel for a living.
Car has a leak but no one cared or actually tried to fix it or give me an estimate or told me it might be covered under warranty. Can't select an employee who worked with me because no one worked with me.
I feel secure in my Outback.

This car is superb in snow. I have to drive to a hospital for work and need a reliable vehicle. I have found comfort, ease of driving, and security in this SUV. I highly recommend it.

This is my 4th STI and I have tried to buy other cars for daily driving like m3, m4 ,911, GTI yer none of them have the same feeling as an STI. I think most STI owners understand what I’m referring to. From the community, the drivability, the versatility, the safety all these thing but there is still some unexplainable feeling you get from driving these cars that I just don’t get from other manufacturers. I will always be an STI owner and can’t wait for the new generation to be unveiled!
The check in was quick and the service staff friendly. The service was fast and efficient and I was on my way in 40 minutes. The service technician went over the detail on what was performed and the current status of the car. Much appreciated.

Had limited 2017Crosstrek unfortunately badly rear ended by plumber contractor's van. Survived crash. Eyesight and AWD was great, loved higher clearance and visibility around. It was best choice for the money, tried Honda, Toyota, Mazda counterparts - they are good vehicles but Subaru was better for me.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

THIS CAR HAS DEVELOPED TOO MANY PROBLEMS; TWO ARE RELATED TO THE A/C SYSTEM; OTHERS ARE RELATED TO WHEEL BEARINGS, AND AXLES. THE VEHICLE MAKES "POPPING NOISES" IN THE DASHBOARD. IN ADDITION, THE REAR HATCH DOESN'T GO UP ANYMORE WITHOUT HELP, AND THE EXTERIOR MIRRORS MOVE AROUND INSIDE THEIR FRAMES WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY.
I was shopping for a pick-up, stopped into two dealerships and looked at their F-150, saw a advertisement from Granger Motors a lot less money for their F150. So stop in talked to Bill McAtee about an F-150, he bet the price of the other dealer, so I drove off with a F-150, no pressure to buy, it was great!!

Just what I want in a car. It holds the road on ice and snow and is a pleasure to drive year around. My last Subaru, a 2000 purchased new had no major problems until it died an official death at alnost 300,000 miles.
I traded my current vehicle for a new Ram 1500. This is the third vehicle I have bought here. I have tried other dealers and have walked out more than once after getting frustrated with the games they play. Granger has always given me a great offer the first time and I never felt taken advantage when doing a deal. The whole team was friendly and accommodating. Love the new Ram!

This is the ultimate utility car, lots of space.
Great gas mileage, nice cvt that's unnoticeable.
but poor power, not underpowered just not enough extra power if you need it.
I always enjoy getting my oil changed here. The people are so friendly and they do a wonderful job!

Previously owned a 2007 Acura RL. My Subaru Legacy 3.6R gives me more performance and a smoother ride. Has every feature I wanted. The Eyesight safety feature is awesome. Other cars I test drove did not come close. So impressed we purchased a new Subaru Impreza for our Grandaugher with Eyesight. Previously owned Honda products.
