My sales associate, Nermin, was simply outstanding! He was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I came in towards the very end of the day and he encouraged me to take the vehicle home so my wife could also drive it. James Merrill is a great salesman ! He was able to answer every question i could come up with, and actually gave satisfactory answers. There was no wishy - washy bologna you deal with in most dealerships. The management was quick in understanding my time was important, and didn't waste it making me sit around for hours. We owned three Subaru's and this purchase makes four. This was our third experience with Matt at Ramsey Auto Center. We shared with Matt what we were looking for in a new vehicle and he quickly found a car in their inventory that matched out wants. The purchase process was reasonably fast and not too painful. We've looked at other cars at other dealerships, but seem to be drawn to the quality and affordability of a Subaru, and Matt has continued to give us excellent service.
When you reply to a car search request for more photos it behoves you too include the vehicle and the dealership identifiers in your email, before demanding identirying info from buyers. This dealer accomplished that miniimum standard. Sadly, across the board dealers are so bad at this that carmax gets 4 stars.
We either didn't see the chip the windshield or it was "filled"in, but nothing about it was disclosed so when I saw the chip the very next day I took it to Safelite to be repaired as we hadn't purchased the extended warranty. When we took it to Safelite they informed us that it had already been repaired once and there was nothing else that could be donebesides replacing the whole windshield. So much for a certified vehicle purchase with car fax.
After a significant service error from another dealership I have been bringing my vehicle to Ramsey for service. I have been very satisfied and everyone has been so friendly. Dennis Parker is very knowledgeable. I will continue to come back to Ramsey and have referred other family to visit there for service needs. Thanks!
On Wednesday my 2017 Mazda CX-5 was due for a service and tire rotation. Arrived with no appointment. Used the express service. In and out in a house. Personalable and knowledgeable staff on the intake and the return of the car. Cashiers were efficient if lacking in the bubbly personality area. A very satisfied customer.
Great service from all areas , have purchased numerous vehicles and done service there for years. Brent and Brian make sure I'm taken care of and getting a good product and Brady does a great job running the parts area and available for questions/concerns whenever I need them.
From the moment we walked in we had great service. Brad Baker was the awesome guy we dealt with. He worked with us to see what was right for us and get us into the perfect vehicle. We test drove a Highlander and fell in love. Brad explained different features with us so we knew what we were getting for our money.

He did everything he could to get my boyfriend and I into EXACTLY what we were looking for in our price range! He originally told us we could pick up the car Thursday or Friday but when he found out my birthday was Tuesday, he made sure he had our vehicle ready to go for us on Tuesday so we could pick it up for my birthday! That was awesome! He even put a big red bow on the hood of the vehicle and rolled out the red carpet for us! Overall was a GREAT experience and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!
