Randy and the Miller team (John...) provided excellent service in helping me surprise my daughter with her first car. I purchased a Fiesta which doesn???t bring with it a huge commission or profit for the dealership. But Randy took his time with me, helped me find the perfect first car and was flexible with my trade in price. I greatly appreciated the professionalism and helpful nature Randy exhibited. It was in stark contrast to a competitor that I made the misfortune of visiting prior to my stop at Miller. The salesperson had no interest in selling me a Fiesta and literally ran away from me in the lot. Miller was the exact opposite. I will certainly go back and visit Randy and team when I purchase a new car for myself in a couple of years. Thanks Randy and Miller Ford, my daughter is thrilled!
Miller Ford and Randy Taft put us in a new F-150---twice. Randy worked with to get us a beautiful new truck. We took it back for a bed liner and unfortunately it was wrecked by a contractor, who was working on the lot. Called to ask if a Tundra had a bench seat or bucket seats since they had no interior photos. Was told on the phone it didn't have a bench seat (bench seat is a no go for me). I drive all the way there and sure enough it had a bench seat. Looked great on the outside but the inside was a deal killer for me.
I've bought cars from several brands and dealerships, and this was certainly the best all-around experience. James and the rest of the team members were kind, helpful, efficient, and not overly salesy, which I very much appreciated. They model excellent customer service and made the process a really pleasant one. I'd be happy to do a deal there again, and I'd gladly recommend them to anyone.
Scott made the car shopping experience seamless and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, had a disarming personality and was extremely helpful and thoughtful. I was happy with the lease arrangements, which were quick and easy to arrange. The service department is amazing, and the manager and staff were all friendly and excellent!
Went to murray Kia after spending 5 hours at another local Kia. Alex and Roger were absolutely amazing. I called with the current deal I got and alex promised me he would get the price I wanted over the phone which led me to coming out to the dealer. I got to murray and I was already assigned to Roger from an online inquiry I made a few days before so Alex switched me to him which speaks wonders for his integrity as a coworker and as a person to give away a sale. (kudos for that alex) Roger was outstanding. He ensured me that he would get me the price the other dealer wouldnt and made me and my wife feel right at home. We purchased the Kia sorento sx and did not feel the least bit unsure about the purchase. Murray Kia is nothing but professional and courteous and really makes you feel appreciated.
We came to Gateway to check out leasing options after one of our vehicles was stolen. When we discussed our budget and discovered that leasing wasn't a realistic option for us, they offered us a great deal on a lightly used option. Stephanie was awesome and she didn't pressure us or make us feel like we had to make a snap decision we weren't sure about. I love my new Kia Rio!

I purchased a 2010 Astra 2.0 Auto Hatchback from Good Value Cars. On collection, it had been fully serviced, including a new timing belt and new battery. Unfortunately, it developed a diagnostic fault, which required the replacement of all four glow plugs, but Good Value Cars immediately covered the cost of this repair, without quibble or argument.
I totally recommend this company.
Just recently purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee here, It was probably the best buying experience I've had buying a car from a dealership. They are quick, don't make you wait around long hours and the kindest people work here. I had Consatine as my salesmen and he was awesome! He didn't rush me while cleaning out my car and kept us entertained while we were waiting for the response from the banks. The cars here are pristine, I was so happy to come here after seeing horrible cars from other dealers. Consatine was also awesome with helping make sure I got into the car I truly wanted and was patient with me when I kept asking to see other vehicles.
I will definitely be back in the future for my next vehicles
Encouraging and friendly initial sales contact. No pressure during the test drive as the potential buyer is allowed to drive the car without the sales representative. However the sales approach heats up shortly after returning from the test drive and the negotiations are anything but low key. The tag team approach is employed after the first sales estimate was refused. I appreciated the sales representative attempts to lower the monthly payment but not the accompanying pressure to close the deal. As the evening progressed it was also not possible to fully inspect the car before driving it off the lot and there were a few nicks and scratches that were visible in my driveway the next morning. However I realize it is a used car and as such will not be perfect. The staffs approach upon arriving at the show room is out going and friendly but it quickly changed to a shark attack once I showed any interest in the car. They have a very nice facility with lots of excellent and well maintained vehicles to offer the public and competitive prices.

Jordan Clarius was excellent to work with and made the entire process a breeze. He was responsive to my needs, worked out the details of the deal quickly, and knew the product inside out. I have dealt with many care sales men and women, having even sold cars myself, and Jordan is one of the best. Knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. There was no nonsense...no game of haggling (great price to begin with)...no fake interest or attention--I was treated like a real person instead of the next pay check. I will definitely be back to Jordan and Garnet in the future.
