We are new parents, with an eight-month-old baby, looking for a reliable car. Our experience at Diamond Auto Sales has been exceptional. Julian Jones showed us around the lot and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. When we came upon on a 2004 Mercedes Benz E320 Wagon, it was in the midst of getting the suspension repaired. We were impressed by the low-mileage and spotless interior. The price was just above blue book, but it was in beautiful condition. We had auto financing set up with our credit union. Julian jumped through all the hoops the bank required and worked patiently with us throughout the process. The truly exceptional part of the experience was when the airmatic suspension system was showing signs of a leak. Diamond Auto Sales replaced the entire suspension system. We also had a list of small repairs that had been recommended by another local repair shop. And while the mechanic at Diamond was fixing the suspension system they also took the time to take care of a few of these small adjustments (just because we had asked) and at no cost to us! We were overjoyed and so grateful. Julian took pride in making sure that we were truly happy with the vehicle. Was making a private sale of our 2015.5 XC60. They allowed me to book a full inspection with very little notice, and did a professional job on the work. They even provided their observations on the prospective buyer.

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Was looking for a new car for my son and he liked the Subaru BRZ. I made an appointment to come in for a test drive, and left that same day with a new car. There was no pressure to buy like at some dealerships and the salesman was very nice . All in all we had a good experience and would recommend this dealership
I brought my car because the oil light came on well within my 6,000 mile service period. The car will be monitored for oil consumption. The vehicle has only 16,000 miles on it, so I am hopeful that the problem can be resolved.

During the appointment the facilities were very nice for awaiting completion.
The facility location is reasonably close to fast food outlets.
The service coordinator came to me (in the lounge area) when the service was completed.
One nice "extra" was having my car washed during the service appointment.
Overall, this was an efficient, pleasant and comfortable environment.
