I had recall work that needed to be done on my vehicle and I was provided transportation to and from my home while repairs were made. Runs great, ride is a little harsh/choppy on rough street surfaces. Good acceleration, and not great mileage on my type of trips (22) mpg of premium fuel. Good handling and hold on curves. If had it to do over again would have purchased a hybrid version.

We were looking to lease a new 2019 Highlander with the black shade option, none of our local dealers were willing to get us one in the color we wanted nor could they get us to the payment we were wanting. We worked with Tyler Sears who was an excellent salesman and he was able to get us exactly what we wanted and a payment we were happy with. It was the easiest and most hassle free purchase we have ever done. We drove 8 hrs one way for this purchase and I wouldn’t hesitate a bit to do it again. Definition of practical while being affordable. All the bad reviews are because the geniuses who purchases them did no research. Auto Off engine kills your battery life, leaving it off is perfect. Packed with safety features, you want your kids in this car 100%. 28 mpg in the city and 35+ in 55 MPH zones. I get 38 mpg highway normally. Sure you can pay $35k+ for a hybrid, but this is well engineered already.

I drive a Honda Pilot Special Edition- It is by far the BEST car I have ever owned. I have no kids but really wanted an SUV. I drove two civics on lease before and went to look at a CRV. The pilot was around the same price to lease as a CRV and boy am I glad I chose this over that! I keep my third row down and the trunk space is incredible. This is a good car to have in your 20’s despite what people have this car for. My lab and yorkie have plenty of space and i absolutely feel like I am driving a sedan still with how smooth and tight and sporty it drives. I still whip like I did in my car!!!! I cant wait for the next generation to come out, I will probably stick with pilots for a while

We had Bought our 2021 Honda H-RV brand new and it has been a Great Vehicle over all, There are a couple few things that I would of liked a little differently, like for instance the power windows it has "auto" for the drivers side only, I personally would of liked it on both drivers and passangers side (But definitely not a big deal) and the compartment space's there Isn't Any other than the small glove box and a small one between the driver and passanger seat's" I personally like extra compartments " (but again not a big deal) And as far as anything that I would say that I do not like as for the car it's self is that when I roll down a window or open the sun roof there is some odd kind of Whistling noise "that drives my in sane" And it has been doing that every sense the day we bought it!!!🤪🤨🤔🥺🤯!! We have had our H-RV of course now for 2 years and the only Issues We have noticed was... In the past week there is two lights that came on in my information panel one say's "Emissions problem" and the other one says "Electric break system problem" and tells me to see my dealer.

Perfect size for 70 year old woman. My only suggestion would be automatic back door hatch. Car drives great. Presently leasing thinking of purchase it when lease is up.

We ended up buying our CX-9 once we finished the end of our lease since we have enjoyed the car so much. Currently, our mileage is around 50K miles & we've only had 2 issues so far: check engine light would not go off (emission's issue) and a GPS issue. Our GPS could never locate our car and would show us miles away. The dealer was able to fix both issues. We love the way how solid the car feels on the road and the inside/outside look of the car. Perfect for a family of 4-5 since the 3rd row is tight.

My New 2023 Nissan Ariya is the best car I have ever owned. I have now driven my Ariya for three weeks, everything works, I did have to spend three days reading the Owners Manual, there are 175 pages of settings, and all the setups I made work as specified. The front and side Visibility is perfect and so is the rear visibility using the rear digital camera, the seats are very comfortable, the ride is great and very quiet. My favorite feature is the Heads Up Display, everything I need to see is projected in big clear graphics onto the windshield. I can't say enough goods things about my new Ariya.

In searching for a car online for about four weeks, I learned that—post-COVID—it has become accepted practice for some dealers to include unpublished or obscured “reconditioning” fees on the order of $1999, titling fees with surcharges of $350, mandatory “Lonejack” installing (with more fees), and high doc/dealer fees (over $799). Not so with Jeff Wyler. $300, that’s it. My experience was exceptional. Jeaneen answered all of my questions patiently and professionally. Danny honored all advertised offers in print. They accommodated several personal requests, picked me up from the airport, expedited the paperwork (with notice), re-touched up some detailing, and followed through with all commitments. I recommend them and would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from them.

Not only is this a gorgeous looking car, but its performance is superb - on the open road, in snow and blizzards - I have never felt safer than when I have driven this F-Pace. Leg room is great, seats are comfortable, handling is impeccable, sound is super. Lots of trunk space. Quiet interior. All in all, a pleasure to drive and experience some real power.

Purchased a 2007 Saturn Outlook, Matt was our salesman. Very friendly, not overbearing, told us of the qualities of the vehicle and let us look at our own pace. Test drove and was very happy but the car was on empty and the gas light was on. Matt said he'd take care of it. He had $20 dollars put in which filled the car halfway(Which is very generous compared to past buying experiences elsewhere......$5.00 or just enough to get you to the gas station up the street) He worked quickly to get the loan started, I didn't like that there was no wiggle room in the price, but honestly we were still getting the car at a reasonable deal so I can't complain, didn't hurt to try though! The whole process from arrival to leaving with the car took no more than an hour and a half tops.....if that. They worked very quickly and we are very happy with the car and the experience. I will be sure to recommend Busam Nissan and Matt to anyone looking for a quality used or new car Jonathan and Tammy Risen - Colerain, Ohio.

I love my outlander I have the 2022 Launch edition. I've had it since May of 2021 drove it from Florida to Ohio without issue.

I have been buying five year old Lexus ES series for 20+ years. Recently I purchased a 2013 ES 350 from Performance Lexus Kings Auto Mall , Cincinnati, Ohio from sales person Geoff Bobst. Geoff was very polite and knowledgeable. I traded in my 2003 Lexus ES 300. He and I arrived at a good price for the 2013 Lexus ES and I purchased it. My goal is always to purchase a five year old Lexus ES for 40% of its original MSRP. My wife and I have two Lexus ES at our home for 80% of the price of one new Lexus ES.

Got it for the ride ,comfort,great gas mileage on trips,can do a 750 mile trip and not be warn out from the ride.Can carry a lot of stuff .All the different options are great
