Car is perfect for my needs. It is spacious and well designed. 9nly problem is the passenger airbag light activated when passenger seat is empty. Very annoying. You see it every time you look in your rear view mirror. Easy fix a piece of matte black masking tape.

Performance is solid for everyday needs, and the fuel economy has been very good. Had problems w/ battery draining at 17 months 22,000 miles. Then at 19 months 25000 miles, the audio unit needed replaced. While mine was In the shop, my service consultant had the same problem. Tow truck service told me they've had numerous calls on Passpotrs w/ dead batteries being dead more than once on the same vehicle. Hopefully we've got it fixed.

I have been buying Toyota 4-runners since 1998. I really like the dependably of Toyota. This is the first hybrid I have ever bought, so I can’t comment on that part, but I don’t like that is smaller then my 2016 4-runner. I can’t haul as much as I use to, and when you fold the seats down there is a big bump up from the seats being folded up, so no flat surface to haul. It has so many sensors for all the driving help aids that when I was driving in ice and snow none of the sensors worked , because of all the ice and snow. It was so cold you could not clean them off. As I was driving it kept giving me notices that nothing was working and consult the owners manual. Also the foot opener on the back hatch did not work either because of snow and ice. If you lose power for some reason I wouldn’t be able to open the hatch manually. There is a button underneath the y on the name Toyota to open the hatch which was not frozen. I liked my 2016 better, but I travel a lot , and it had a lot of miles, that is the only reason I bought the new 4-runner. Some features I love like the button that automatically dims the headlights when a car approaches. The automatic rear view mirrors are a plus for tight packing spaces so you can hit a button and they fold in. I love my heated and cooled seats. Has a heated steering wheel as well. Middle console is small , and the drink holder is right at my elbow when driving. Smaller then the 2016 4 runner.

Had the car for 4 years. I have 147K miles on the car and as long as you keep up with oil change and other fluids then you can expect reliability. Keep in mind things like belts, plugs, coils and filters. Too many people dont tae proper care of their cars then complain when reliability is horrible. Also skip the dealer once warranty expires. Find good Japanese Auto specialty shop and go there. The 3.5 and 3.7 engines are common and anyone who is familiar can perform maintenance on these easily and any repairs are not difficult. It eats up gas easily during city driving and its PREMIUM only , but if that bothers you then you may not have enough to tend to maintenance and should consider a cheaper vehicle. Overall the looks are great. The interior has enough tech stuff to be functional, but not to the extent to be annoying. I also have a 2019 S550 and too many electronics and it is very annoying particularly at night. The Infiniti has enough for function without overdoing it. Comfortable, luxury sport crossover that really defined the segment. Wish they would revamp the FX/QX70.

Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

traded in my 2016 Mustang GT in for the 2025 Escape and so far I'm loving it, good gas mileage, reliable, such a smooth ride and fun to drive.

I bought this car because of the deal that Hyundai provided. I didn't test drive the car till after I purchased it. It is a very pleasant surprise, as it is better than I expected. I like the appearance and the comfort, plus it's great for grandkids with the third row. The gas mileage is very good as well. Highly recommend this vehicle.

Too early to be sure of reliability, but my previous 4 subarus were great. I came here to say how much I like this new purchase, a used '24. Great cruise features. Good power & performance (2.5L) so I'm happy with the CVT. I just love it. They're still a bit lighter and noisier than the outback/legacy versions.

He added $15 for the test drive out of his pocket so that i try the car. This vehicle has one drawback that I am aware of. The back up camera is very poor. The images are not crystal clear. It is like looking at a television screen from the 50s. I had a Blazer 2019 and my screen was great. I cannot understand why my 2023 vehicle has a poor screen. I have contacted General Motors and have gotten nowhere with them. I find this poor visual screen to be a safety issue. Had I known the back up camera and screen were so poor, I would’ve never bought the car as much as I like everything else about it. The visual on the screen is even worse at night.
