I have owned my Mitsubishi Outlander since 2018 and all I’ve done was buy a battery, tires and brakes and she still gets 35 miles per gallon on gas. I’m afraid to touch it under the hood and only lifted it for window washer fluid and oil changes. I totally love this car. I will buy another one but it will be a 2019 and P.S. I can hold 4 35X12.50X 20LT tires when back seats are down. Best SUV sleeper by far without the expensive prices of Toyota and Honda!!! Buy, Buy, Buy!!!

I got into an accident and had to buy another car. Settled on the 2023 RAV 4. Cyril was not pushy. After signing some papers he showed me the Carfax report and I was shocked to see that the used vehicle I bought was involved in a minimal accident. He said everything was repaired like the bumper. I got the vehicle under the premise everything was repaired. I was told I could get my old plate from my wrecked car the next day. It would be ready for me by the time I get there. So, went there the next day, plate still on the car. Had to ask 3 people if they could just unscrew the rusty screws so I could get my plate. No one helped me, so I saw a female employee and she asked Dave from the body shop to help me and he did. He was awesome. Tried all types of tools to unscrew the screw. He got them off with no complaints. Thank you Dave for being very helpful even if it wasn’t your job!

I bought myself a Christmas gift, a new CX5 SignatureTurbo the day after Christmas and I absolutely love it! I don't' know why I didn't get one sooner. I have always been a Toyota, Lexus guy, but I must say this classy vehicle beats the others. Why, let's start with the interior. Mazda makes some of the most beautiful interiors! Exteriors too!! The fit and finish are superb! The CX 5 is extremely quiet and smooth riding, and I can honestly say it is quieter than any Lexus I have had in the past. There is also the fun factor! If you haven't tried a Mazda, you need to. They are a driver's car and fun to drive. The trim level I have has the Bose system and has a beautiful surround sound. Crank up the volume and it's awesome! The safety features are excellent, and everything is conveniently located. There is no need in paying for other Luxury cars when you can get a Mazda and save thousands, and they are the best keep secret out there. Luxury, fun, good looks for much less. I am definitely staying in the Mazda family.

I've been driving for 43 years now and have owned an array of different vehicles, however I've never been financially fortunate to purchase a luxury model - until now! I was looking for a mid size vehicle that would check many boxes for my snowy Michigan commutes, along with distant travel comfort to and from my cabin and some towing capacity. I have only had this for roughly 1500 miles and wow.. My first impression was luxury. So many base options included in a mid sized and mid priced SUV that pleasantly surprised me. Secondly was the ride quality. Both smooth and quiet and handling. I've read other reviews discussing power inadequacy, but not at all. Plenty of passing and get tup to speed power. Next was the snow. I have Michelin defender tires and wow - what have I been missing? The snow 4x4 duaratac features combined with these tires make this a beast in the snow, slush and rain. It definitely gives me a much more safety reassurance while driving in these conditions. I have not tried the towing yet and have not had any "reliable" issues to report, but we are very fortunate with our pick and one very capable snow commuter.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

Love the cooling seats, the wifi, the HUD and even days after our purchase they have reached out to check on how we were and mailed us a small gift that meant so much. This 2021 Nissan Rogue SL is a great car. It is very comfortable and loaded with features. I am very pleased with fuel efficiency. There has been no problems to report since I bought this car.

I am very pleased with my Rogue. It is a 2019 that I purchased with 13K. I think the styling is very good and the interior is roomy. I'm 6' and my brother is 6-2 and we both have plenty of headroom in the front or the back. The turning radius is very good. Only downside (which I don't care about) is the acceleration is only mediocre. Overall, highly recommended.

I have owned over 10 different midsize SUVs from the Mazda, Blazer, Highlander, land cruiser, and others. I have found that the palisade is by far the best I have ever. Now, if I could just figure out all of the electronics available, I would be very very happy.

The truck was as advertised. We purchased it and had a very nice drive north to Michigan. The salesman was professional and gave us space to make our decision.

Driving over a year now, comfortable ride. Many features on the Black Edition. Automatic headlights, wipers, panoramic roof, heated seats, wiper defroster, heat/ AC works very well. Car has standard headlight washer...long hold or after so many windshield washings... just a few. Only drawback! The integrated navigation..used TOMTOM that is very poor feature. Unable to have an update. Map has trouble accurately find places...if local destination..gives location sometimes in other places or even states.

This is my first Jeep I have ever owned. I always liked the looks of the Grand Cherokee. I’m happy with the vehicle. No complaints except it does like to drink gasoline. My previous 4 vehicles were all 8 cylinder full size pickup trucks. The Jeep being a 6 cylinder eats more gas. The Other than that, I’m very happy with my purchase of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Good looks, drives well, comfortable and safe.

I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

Pros- -low to no maintenance cost -Technology is unmatched by any competitor -Quick and agile 0-60 in less the 4 secs -added security features are extremely useful -App is user friendly Con- -not comfortable to drive for long distances -limited rear cargo space for large items -the interior material is subpar -tires wear much quicker -depreciating at much faster pace than others

I will begin by saying that I really enjoyed my experience at the Mercedez of South Florida - Service Center. Viktor was outmost pleasant, patient and courteous throughout my experience at the service center. I was visiting family from New York and my engine light came on as I was driving down to Florida. I drive an IMG Mercedes GLC 63S Coupe. I called up Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center and spoke to Victor and he told me to bring my car in for a check up. When I arrived I got to sit down in Victor's office and explain how and when the car started to show the engine light. He explained that he would like to put the car in the Mercedes Diagnostics to see what codes the car registered when the engine light came on. When I purchased my vehicle I got the extended warranty of 75,000 miles. After a few minutes, he came back and explained that the car had leaks in both the turbos. He continued to assure me that he would take care of the issue with no problem. The service center looked very busy since it was the day before New Years Eve. He kept coming back to me periodically to make sure I was being taken care of. That showed me that he really cared. After the repair was finished he apologized to me for the time I spent there waiting away from my grand-son that I was visiting. They replaced the two turbo clamps so that there is no more leak. I in return thanked him for his support and care that he showed towards me as a customer. My car now runs smooth and is in great shape. Viktor you are a great person and wonderful human being for showing me great patience and respect. Mercedes of South Florida - Service Center will be proud to have you in their staff. I would not be surprised that you someday get promoted to a higher leadership role because of your patience and communication skills you have with your customers and people around you. I have enjoyed my vehicle. It is comfortable and drives very well. I like the color also. It is very roomy, takes off fast and the safety features are very beneficial.

Easy and down to earth people. Love the car. Although they were out of bottles of water and no popcorn even though there was a machine there. It makes it look like they are just props.

This vehicle has has taken my wife and me cross-country, as well as several other long distance trips, with a sum total of only one flat tire and no other mechanical, nor electrical issues at all! Any repairs have been moderate and frankly expected given the high number of miles (150,000 so far) on it. I expect to keep it for another year and a half.
