2023 Buick Envision review
Just had my first major car repair at 44k miles. Some steering sensor that could cause me to lose power steering. Had I not had the extended warranty I would be responsible for the $5k repair bill. We are barely out of the manufacturers warranty! Other than that, I love this car but already expecting to get rid of in the next year due to the unknown.

2022 Hyundai TUCSON review
Bought a brand new 2022 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience in Sept 2021, owned it for 4 years now. With 45,000 miles, Ive had no major problems other than normal wear and tear, like brake pads, oil and tires. Very reliable, comfortable and affordable. If I were going to nitpick, I would prefer non leather steering wheel and gear shift. I keep them covered so they dont get worn out. Love this SUV!

2024 Nissan Rogue review
I've owed the rogue SV for some 9 months and I'm very pleased with the ride, performance and reliability . Prior to me purchased this car I rented a bunch of competitors to narrow down my choice. The Rogue has alot of features that really come in handy. It's a very thought out vehicle. On long highway trips it holds the road very steadily at 90 MPH and my gas consumption was in the low 40's. For the money to me it's the best value out there

2019 Hyundai TUCSON review
I bought my 2019 Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from the Dealership as the second owner. It has not given me any issues. I get it serviced when required. It has never had any issues. I feel the interiors are comfortable. I love the butt warmers. I love the vibrant blue exterior. SUV has so much space. When I put my foot down it it definitely not my old 300CC Hemi Chrysler V6 engine but it eventually goes. It feels sporty and stylish. 26mpg on the freeway.

2022 Ford Escape review
I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

2024 Hyundai TUCSON review
There are some things worth noting. Gas mileage is not great. No where near what it says. Controls are hard to navigate and confusing but I love the phone, GPS, ride, Sirius and other safety features.

10 Stars to Sales Joyce Bitaraes! She was amazing. Detail oriented and very attentive-despite being there on a busy holiday weekend she was always checking in with me! The negotiation process is never pleasant when buying a car but despite that, Joyce was on our side and made sure I was listened to and taken care of. She was an excellent customer advocate! Joyce has been awesome at follow through with things promised to be done on the vehicle and made sure my vehicle was delivered safe and complete! Her continued communication has been comforting. I also want to give a shout-out to Todd Parks in finance. Not only professional but personable. He made sure I understood everything and my questions were answered, even clarified items his upline Frank tried to explain. A thank you to Nic who delivered my vehicle 3hrs from the dealership safe and took the time to go over the vehicle and answer my questions! I gave overall 4 stars because of the dealership's process of negotiating and some impersonal interaction with the leadership team. The first sales manager Erick came across as detached, did not come across as caring and I did not feel heard. I felt uncomfortable talking with him and it felt as if I was an inconvenience to him. After further negotiations a second sales manager Kagan sat with us. I did appreciate Kagan 's attention, and he did a good job keeping the deal to benefit the dealer. I felt the actual price of the used vehicle was over-priced, however he did remove other line items to help make the bottom line better. Despite the hard line in the sand, he sat patiently with me. Finance Frank was all about business, in and out and selling that "extended" warranty. He made some demeaning remarks while reviewing my loan terms. After 7 hours, I have a new to me vehicle. Thank you to those who were patient with me! Especially to Joyce!
2022 Lexus NX 350 review
I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

2015 Subaru Forester review
Bought my 2015 Subaru 2.0XT Touring brand spanking new off the Subaru dealership's lot. Have owned it all this time about 9 years straight. Take care of your car with regular oil changes, servicing at recommended intervals, and your car will take care of you. Performed the required recalls during service periods. Not 1 single regret on owning this car, ever. It rides smooth and true. Had a clicking issue in the ball joints 2 years ago which Subaru fixed free of charge. Other than that, this car has been my dream machine.

2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E review
Exterior interior design of this car is absolutely fantastic! I got the premium edition with the premium interior and performance package, including special front air, dam, and Brembo brakes in the front. I couldn’t be happier with this car and in love with it!!! the front seats are a little stiff. Maybe that’s because it only has 5000 miles on it? I just completed a 300 mile trip and loved every mile.

2023 Nissan Rogue review
So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.
