I brought this truck in 2019. I kept taking it back to the dealership to get tweaked several times. Once it was figured out, never got any problems ever again. A little weak on the power side, but, other than that, its a magnificent vehicle. A total work horse. Great on gas. It is totally worth it.

Let me first say I am a very pragmatic, simply looking for a commuter car to replace a vehicle destroyed in an accident, and had been searching for a few weeks for a used car, and came across Cornerstone online. After weeks of dealing with sales folks who were the “classic” car salesman, trying to sell me cars at twice my budget, I was directed to Hakeem at Cornerstone. He listened to my needs, was attentive, gracious and patient. He referred me to comparable vehicles to my first choice both in type and price range, wasn’t trying to upsell crazy amounts over my budget, and I’m not only happy to say I purchased a car at Cornerstone Kia in Elk River, I’ll say I will go there for my future needs and you can bet I’m asking for this gentleman again. Great Car! I bought used only 10,000 miles. Lots of room inside, easy to keep clean, and great turning radius - barely use one hand to turn completely around. I see people turning with 2 hands and leaning! Not the Rav - you just guide it. Always starts, low idle, quiet, and everything adjustable. I had another Rav, and I won't change now.

What can I say ? The service was great. Not just the sale but after the sale too. Matt honored his word and, along with Scotty and others, gave Fantastic service. In the "auto world" you hear of a lot of things that can go wrong. Simply put - I trust these guys and I am back to buy again. This is a place, along with staff, you can trust.

It's longer than most SUVs. I've been able to haul both drywall and plywood still closing the rear door. It's been great to travel with, the back seats fold all the way down.

I purchased used '22 Escape SE AWD two years old, low mileage and delighted with my dealer purchase. Upon extensive research, I was aware the loss of market value, which is why I purchased used. This vehicle is produced in volume as 'low-end' entry among 22 field competitors. Yes, there are several vehicles out there higher rated, more expensive, but my research validated highest cargo storage - highest mpg, for the reasonable market price. You can benefit from this depreciation by buying used! Some complain of the transmission, or slow pickup, or passenger door side panels. I have had no issues after 20,000 miles 6/2024 and get 31.3 mpg combined which is stellar!! A great value for the used car price-not new price. I would recommend as a reasonable value, HIGH capacity SUV can accommodate 4 airport passengers full size luggage is my first Ford of 21 cars purchased. Styling is very attractive, good assortment of safety features. Rear seats slide for extended passenger or cargo capacity.

I love my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek! It's great in all weather conditions, which is one of the main reasons I bought it. I live in the Buffalo area and I needed a good car for the snowy winters. It's roomy enough to hold plenty of luggage and even my dog's large crate but easy to maneuver and park. I love all the safety features and special features such as the large media display.

I have bought a car from them for my daughter. The car wouldn't accept gas Bob told me to take it to their mechanics their mechanics found some stuff that was wrong with it and Bob took care of me as I was his own family. Really really really appreciate the honesty and how they took care of me and my kids.

I had a 20/20 Equinox that I was traveling from Illinois to Florida. As I was getting back on 75 South I got rear-ended and throw a hundred feet. The car took the brunt of the hit my cat that was in the cage in the back never got hurt my dog that was tethered in the front seat never got hurt I got a small concussion with a bump on my head but overall I absolutely love the car. When I got reimbursed for my 20/20 I went out and bought another one I was so impressed with the impact it took for that crash.

Needs oil filter conversion so oil doesn't drain back, Google it..good power, goes anywhere , better than the 2 door for smoother ride,, I would buy again

The UX250h is a great car for anyone looking to get a hybrid and still have something a little sporty. I have the 2019 ux250h f sport for about a year now and average mpg ranges from 32 to 37 depending if I drive more in the city or highway. sport mode has enough pick up to merge into traffic or for spirited driving. The seats are sporty and look amazing. The handling on this car is amazing as well as it is very smooth and quiet. I do love all the spec and safety features it comes with, especially the remote services from the phone app. Many competitors will charge an extra 3 to 8 grand for all the additional safety features within this car. The only down side that the car has would be that the trunk is a little small. But other than that the car has amazing handling, great mpg, great apple carplay and enough pick up for a little fun. if the trunk was a bit bigger, it would probably bethe best hybrid suvs out there.

I would highly recommend anyone to go purchase a vehicle here. They will help you with any of your vehicle needs. Good or bad credit they will get you in the car you were looking for.

I've added aftermarket exhaust and a computer chip and the roar pedal also KNN air filter and bigger tires 35 so far it is a lot of fun to drive

I bought a 2011 Equinox w/2Lt, with the 3.0L VVT. 264 HP engine and 18" wheels. This vehicle was T-boned on the passenger side door with air bag deployed and thus declared totalled by an insurance company from a previous owner. This vehicle was rebuilt and salvage title issued with approximately 38,000 miles on the odometer. This vehicle turned out to be a very good experience so far as I have had some repaint done and I replaced my wheel hubs, brake rotors, calipers and brake pads with high performance parts. With this power plant configuration, I can pull my droptail trailer loaded with 2 cruiser motorcycles to Sturgis with absolutely no problems whatsoever. I change oil every 6 months with under 3,000 miles on the oil. The engine does not use oil. I am a conservative driver and use extra caution while trailering. I added a Curt class IV hitch with no trailer brakes. Trailer payload on the scale is 1900-2200lbs depending on what bikes I decide to take. However, I would not have considered ANY Equinox with the xxx I4 Ecotec Engine. Those engines were built with a batch of bad timing chains from Mexico and GM ended up replacing a boat load of those engine. I am a mechanical engineer.

Fabulous buying experience! Really impressed with their values and focus on the community. We had a problem with the vehicle within a month, and they fixed it (at considerable expense to the dealership). This was truly amazing. We absolutely love our Rav 4! In fact, we’re planning on buying another one soon! Best vehicle we’ve ever owned except for the dealership we bought it from. We’re definitely buying from another dealership when we buy a new one. This one was used with pretty low miles but the dealership treated us horribly. The radio and entertainment system broke the first week after we bought it and the brakes started squealing. Also the tires they put on were the cheapest tires on the market so it’s not as good in the snow as it could be if it had good tires on it. Otherwise, it’s a phenomenal vehicle. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy one. We absolutely love it!!!

My husband and I had different thoughts on cab, size box and extras. We shared our thoughts with our salesman, John Harris. He was incredibly helpful and so honest as to what makes most sense for us to order. He apprised us of rebates, etc and best way to go. John was totally invested in us getting what would be best.. He really knows his products and took time for all our questions. When our new truck arrived there was a little scratch in rear bumper. Hayford Ford made sure we were happy with taking care of it. The 7 year 100,00 mile warranty was beyond anything we found at other dealerships we checked out. Their maintenance department quality and efficiency is also beyond expectations! I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.
