2025 Genesis GV70 review
A confirmed luxury small SUV with fit and finish of a German vehicle. Ergonomics as the driver is spot on. The menu can be just a bit confusing but you acclimate quickly. Steering and nimbleness is very good for an SUV. The 2.5 T was not my first choice but it is actually responsive and perky. If I could only get used to the squeal of a 4 cylinder. Interior is luxurious but advanced package is a must. Opt for the 6 cylinder if you can but it is not a game changer.

2016 Honda CR-V review
On my opinion this is all out great car only thing I've had to have done to the car oil changes rate changes change the oil every 3,000 miles I keep your gas in over a half a tank in my opinion that's Were I keep my gas and that's about all the trouble I had with that car besides changing my battery it's been a great overall car I've been very impressed with the with this car and I hope by the time I change this car I would want to have the same kind of car for the same type of Independence that this car had I will buy another one in a heart beat...

2014 BMW X3 review
This vehicle has has taken my wife and me cross-country, as well as several other long distance trips, with a sum total of only one flat tire and no other mechanical, nor electrical issues at all! Any repairs have been moderate and frankly expected given the high number of miles (150,000 so far) on it. I expect to keep it for another year and a half.

2016 Jeep Cherokee review
Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!

2019 Ford Escape review
I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

2020 Audi SQ5 review
Great! Handy and nimble at the same time. Lots of features, bang and olafson sound system is really nice. Lots of power for the price, well executed interior, except there is very limited driver storage area, (for sunglasses, pens, parking meter change etc.) What little storage there is, allows things to roam all over the place ( especially during spirited driving😉). There is one tiny secret compartment, which I never would have known about had I not watched a review video on YouTube, on the dash to the left of the steeing column. But you can't see inside it unless you are a contortionist and it takes some dexterity to use it while moving, just have to feel around in there in the dark for a while and hope none of the other stuff you have in there falls on the floor, which happpens about 65% of the time. But aside from that and all the lane departure/ hazard gadgets going off all.the time. It's quite a capable machine, looks good too.

2020 Subaru Forester review
This car is so comfortable! The driver sits up high, with great sight lines in all directions. The seats are comfortable. The features are very intuitive. My car has automatic door locks so when I walk up to the car with my key fob, put my hand on the door handle the doors unlock. It has automatic headlight dimmer which works great. It has plenty of power for freeway acceleration. All wheel drives makes it great in snow. I’m very happy with this car.

I had an extraordinary experience at the Honda in Tarrytown. Initially, I received poor service from a Honda dealership in New Rochelle. I inquired on buying out my lease and the previous dealership stopped showing interest in helping me. I felt so defeated and stressed after receiving discouraging emails from the New Rochelle dealership. I took a few days to brainstorm on where to go next. I decided to call the Honda in Tarrytown dealership and expressed my concerns to the finance manager Jose. Jose was empathetic and apologetic about my experience at the previous dealership. He assured me that I would be treated with care. He stood true to his word. I spoke with one of the salesmen Anthony who was very professional and helpful. I made an appointment with him on Sunday to discuss financing options. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, Anthony could not be present for our appointment. I did not mind and completely understand. When I walked in on Sunday, all staff members were so welcoming and friendly. Offered me water, tea, or coffee. I had the opportunity to sit with a kind gentleman, Bobby Zimmer. I was very nervous walking in, and Bobby has to be one of the kindest salesmen I have ever met! He put my mind at ease. He certainly was genuine, addressed my concerns, and was very detailed with me providing me with paperwork so I understood the process fully. Although I did not buy a new car, he made me feel equally as important as someone who was. This means so much to me. I also want to give a shout out to business manager, Carlos who was equally as helpful and kind. I could not stop thanking them. I got approved for financing and officially bought out my car! It felt like a huge weight was lifted from my shoulders! I have to write, if you are someone who wants to deal with an honest dealership who truly cares about providing great customer service then Honda in Tarrytown is the dealership for you! I would recommend them to everyone I know. Go see Bobby in Honda in Tarrytown! Thank you so much to everyone there for making a little customer like me feel important and valued! I will certainly do business with you folks in the future! :)
2024 Honda CR-V review
Can't enjoy music or conversation while driving due to road and outside noise. I'm used to a Ford f150 that is very comfortable and quiet.

2018 Hyundai TUCSON review
Let me add to the engine problems. Overall I really like this vehicle. We have taken many trips and enjoy the feel on the road. Maintenance has not been a major issue until recently. It started using oil on a regular basis. About a quart every two to three weeks. At around 92k miles it is now in the shop waiting to see if Hyundai will honor their warranty. It needs a new engine. It runs ok now, for a sewing machine. Hopefully Hyundai will honor their warranty and I can get another 90k miles out of the vehicle.

I didn’t end up dealing with them but they were quick to respond my inquiries about the vehicle I was interested on. They even let me know to NOT come to my appointment when my car went under a “pending” offer which saved me the trip. Unlike other dealers that I experience during my search that were even posting fake adds to good to be true just to get ones attention and then the old: -sorry we sold it- but not until I was already there wasting precious time. 2023 Acura RDX review
We bought our 2023 Acura RDX Tech model at the end of March 2023 as a Certified Used Car. It had 13,200 miles at the time of purchase. We truly enjoy the car, but there a couple of minor issues that we hope that get resolved when we have it serviced in the near future. The window seal at the driver's door makes a whistling sound above 35 mph. There is a loud clunk that occurs when we first start the car and put it in reverse. We believe that the clunk is coming from the sunroof mechanism, not the transmission since seems coming from above the rear seats. The infotainment/navigation system is difficult and distracting to use. We were aware of the complicated infotainment system before we bought the car, and we decided we could live it. Fortunately we are able to overcome that issue by using Apple CarPlay. The car is very comfortable and handles well. Looks great. We appreciate all of the luxury features.

2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. My husband and I have bought cars in the past, and were always left with a bad taste in our mouth. Biener Audi in Great Neck was the exact opposite experience. They did not try to push us into buying, they were considerate and extremely thorough through the entire process. We went to the dealership to test drive the Audi Q7 and did not intend on buying the same day. We wanted to get as much information as we could before discussing it and making a decision. Our salesperson, Danny, could not be more friendly or accommodating. He answered all of our questions and guided us professionally. When we advised that we would not be buying that day, he was understanding and did not make us feel pressured or act like the typical salesperson. The next day, we went back to the dealership and bought our new truck in a timely manner. Our 2 year old was with us through the entire process and everything still went very smoothly. Furthermore, the facility is extremely well kept. There is ample space for customers to sit and wait. We eventually went and sat in the service area where they offered complimentary drinks and snacks, and a wonderful woman came by to give my son a coloring but and crayons! Our family could not be happier with our first experience buying a luxury car. We know we made the right choice with Biener Audi.

2025 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid review
I would recommend this car for a single individual, maybe as a commuter or a teenage driver. I wouldn’t recommend for growing families. Four adults will not fit comfortably, it’s just too small. I wish I would have got the CX-70 but they’re just too expensive.

2023 Mazda CX-5 review
I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

2024 BMW X3 M review
Nothing like it. Definitely a sleeper. A rocket on steroids. This SUV is race car built for the track but made for the road. It corners wonderfully especially on hard tight corners. It has a sport suspension which makes it ride very harshly on runflats but softens up on Michelins. I didn't buy this suv for gas mileage rather I bought it for fun. Yet it averages 21mpg around 75-80mph. The seats fit like a glove.

2024 Genesis GV60 review
The design was definitely focused on luxury sport. Many new technologies are included on the exterior and interior. Facial recognition for entry without a key has performed perfectly. Fingerprint reader for starting vehicle without key needs updating on a regular basis. …? Interior on standard model is above most and layout is near perfect. Backseat suffers a bit for longer legs. While others have complained about cargo area, I’ve never had an issue. This is, however, a two person household. Speed is more than adequate but advanced models will throw you back into the seats and wish the speed limit was 100. 0-60 - who cares? No one drives 0-60! Well, except reviewers!!! 2 recalls, minor. 1 repair, handle. ABOVE AVERAGE. (And the rotating orb selector predicted to be troublesome… Never had a single glitch.😉)
