2023 Jeep Wrangler review
First jeep was a 2 door 1988 , have owned 9 since , every generation has gotten better , after having a lifted Willys and a Mojave gladiator I decided to go for more comfort but still able to do jeep things , 23 sport S 2 door hardtop 6cly , comfortable, quiet and cool . Love the alpine sound system and the smooth quiet comfortable ride ( obviously still a jeep ) I’ve gotten 28mph on a 400 mile road trip and seem to average 25mph which it outstanding imop

Visibility and size are what I need. 4WD, clearance for snow. Rather tight interior, not suitable for more than two. Auto Park is very confusing. Not auto parallel Park. Car will stop while backing out of parking space, won't move if a somewhat complex procedure is not followed.

2025 Lexus NX 350 review
I got the option to test drive a hybrid NX. And after driving it I can honestly say I'm much happier driving my NX350 gas version (I have a 2025 NX 350 Luxury). First I notice the hybrid felt under power, and then I realize that my gas version has a stronger engine with the turbo. Second the sound that the hybrid makes like a droning noise, did not like that. The driving experience on my gas feels great compare to the hybrid version. Now I did not do a road test with the plug in, but from everything I have heard that is the one to get. At this moment don't have a house, so gas is the best option for me. But after we buy our house then i feel like the plug in is the way to go, especially with the bigger horse power. And yes I understand the save in gas of a hybrid but I'm spending big money on NX and I want to enjoy the drive. If i want to save money then I will go for Toyota and save a lot more on gas. (the 350h is for people who want to save money on their gas bill and 200hp is enough as they want luxury from A to B and don't need it to be fun). So that for me is not a factor, for me is the drive and the comfortable of a luxury product. And yes I get it Lexus luxury ain't what it used to be many years ago, but in 2024 it's better then a Toyota luxury. Example RAV 4 limited vs NX luxury, I prefer to spend more money on the NX for the luxury level in todays market of 2024. So Luxury with a good driving experience are it for me...and of course the reliability of Toyota/Lexus makes it all the better then any other brand for me.

2026 Volvo XC60 review
We just leased our third XC60 having previously leased a 2021 and a 2024. We find the 2026 similar with some improvements in the interior material and I believe a bit better performance than our 2024. Being a mild hybrid the mileage is acceptable as is acceleration. Volvo has the most comfortable seats for sure.

2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! I want to specifically mention the excellent service I received at Bill Kay Honda, especially from my salesman, Bert Tvrz. The sales process was smooth and transparent, and Bert went above and beyond to answer all my questions. He even called the previous owner to track down the owner's manual, which was incredibly helpful. Even a year later, I'm still thrilled with my purchase. I felt that they were honest and upfront about the car, and that is very important to me. Tip: If you're looking for a reliable, fuel-efficient, and comfortable SUV, the 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L is a fantastic choice. Regular maintenance will keep it running smoothly for years to come. 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander review
I have owned my Mitsubishi Outlander since 2018 and all I’ve done was buy a battery, tires and brakes and she still gets 35 miles per gallon on gas. I’m afraid to touch it under the hood and only lifted it for window washer fluid and oil changes. I totally love this car. I will buy another one but it will be a 2019 and P.S. I can hold 4 35X12.50X 20LT tires when back seats are down. Best SUV sleeper by far without the expensive prices of Toyota and Honda!!! Buy, Buy, Buy!!!

If it had a turbo charged engine it would e out of this world. As it is, the car does lack power, but unless you drive it like a sports car this isn’t a problem. Front heated and ventilated seats, Rear heated seats, park assist, blind spot cameras. If you need it this car has it.

2017 BMW X3 review
STAR AUTO MALL: Worst car dealer EVER! I bought a 2017 BMW X3. They never checked the car! I had problems immediately! I called, emailed & texted... Star Auto Mall would NOT return my calls, texts or emails! I went to BMW dealer, and they found lots of issues! Wires hanging down, tires rubbing, etc. It cost me $480 to fix it! I billed Star Auto Mall, and it looks like they're just chucking me the finger!! AVOID these incompetent thieves! 2023 Volvo XC60 Recharge Plug-In Hybrid review
We recently purchased a used XC60 plug-in and we love it thus far. It had 35k miles and is in perfect condition inside and out. A month of driving this far and have put in $35 in gas (premium). We are using the 110v charging option which does take over 12 hours for a full recharge. But topping it off every night makes sense. Our utility bill looks like about $12 more with the charging - California. We are retired so our mileage does not contain commuting. The car is quiet especially on e-mode. Very smooth ride and quite peppy with the turbo charged 4 cylinder engine. Creature comforts galore but having to learn the ins and outs of the almost completely touchscreen environment. Map navigation is a breeze with voice command 100% effective. Seats and entry are great. We researched operating costs and Volvo does have high maintenance cost at the dealer. So we got an extended warranty on top of 2 years original remaining warranty. Only issue so far is the “secret” code to plugging and unplugging the charge cord. Need to lock and then unlock the car when inserting/removing the plug. And a warning - there is no spare wheel. Pretty common with e-vehicles as a weight saver. The is a compressor with tire goo as the emergency backup. Pretty sure that needs replacement if used. Look at the tire service plan as an option. The assisted drive mode is growing on me. It keeps the car centered in the lane and uses as array of cameras to gauge conditions. A light hand on the wheel is how I use it. The main test was an erratic driver pulling into our lane and the car reacted quickly and safely to the situation. It will slow down in cruise control to the traffic ahead. This is a luxury vehicle and it drives and feels like one. We are highly impressed.
