So far I have been pleased with the performance of my Rogue. It just turned 20,000 miles. I'm reading some of the negative reviews and wondering if they take proper care of their vehicles. Time will tell if the 3 cylinder turbo is a winner.

We were very pleased with our experience. Don was very quick to return my initial communication. He explained the procedure for us meeting and had the car ready for our examination. All care was taken to insure the cleanliness and contamination free condition of the car. The procedure for purchasing the car was smooth and followed social distancing standards. We could not be any happier with how we were treated.

It's a medium-sized SUV. It's not a Porsche, Audi or MB. It is comfortable, reliable, the size and capacity I sought. In two years I've put on ~24K miles and absolutely no problems. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker. She thought the car was comfortable and we made two round trips from Hartford, CT to Key West. In the last 60 years We've had a Beetle, Passat, and a VW Bus that carried our family of four and 2 Dachshunds aacross the country and back to Connecticut - Twice!

Good all - around vehicle...decent power, roomy and comfortable interior, quiet and smooth ride, good handling and nice steering feel, great gas mileage, good visibility... Freeway passing requires a bit of patience and planning...

Friendly and professional staff. They were very hospitable and made the buying process as smooth as possible. They explained everything to us clearly and didn't try to sneak in any extra charges. Our salesman, Eddie, took especially good care of us and was very patient as we thoroughly looked over the car we were interested in and took our time to make our decision. The car we purchased wasn't a Mercedes and was less luxurious and less expensive than what you would typically expect from a high-end luxury car dealership, but they didn't treat us any differently because of that. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love this car and all it’s features even though it doesn’t open and close trunk via keyphobe. Kids love the car especially the panoramic sunroof.

Nice riding vehicle EXCEPT it has a hesitation issue when you step on the gas from a standstill. Happens most when the "stop/start" is active, less when you turn it off but it still hesitates. Dealer has no answer other than it is normal and we can't find anything. Others have voiced same concern, recall?

This is the best car I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned many luxury cars and by far my Tesla Model Y is better than all of them. I have had the car for 2 years now and I never had any issues with the car. Very reliable, fast, and love the auto pilot. The handling is amazing and very quiet. Love the minimalistic interior. I don’t understand why other car maker put 100s of buttons in the dashboard. Love the screen and it’s user friendly.

I have the 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition. The car is beautiful, sports mode is great for picking up speed on the highway, the app is great and it has all the features I wanted in a great price- sunroof, remote start, leather seats, etc. Drawbacks: Backseat: Car seat does not have as much room in the back (I knew this prior to purchasing, but I didn't think it would be that bad. Unfortunately I do wish it had more leg room especially as my 5 year old continues to grow). Tire pressure is not displayed inside the vehicle. This has already impacted me when I had a blow out on the highway, I had no idea my tire was losing air. Other than these factors, I am happy with my purchase.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Great car, quiet ride mostly for an SUV, glad I bought it, tested Honda CRV, Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Kia Sorrento, Chevrolet Equinox, Terrain, and many others, at that time I could not make a comparison with Toyota since there were none to be tested, the Tiguan stood above the others

I am delighted with my 2023 CX-5 Signature in the hard-to-find Eternal Blue. I've had it about one year now and it's more than adequate for my driving needs. No, I don't need a rattle-prone pano sunroof. The six-speed non-CVT transmission is just fine. Never need or use(less) the paddle shifters. Performance with regular fuel is just fine. As an "early senior", I don't need huge cargo or passenger space. Only complaints are the Apple CarPlay isn't wireless; and miss the power tilt/telescope steering wheel and power memory exit seat that I had on my unbeloved '20 Lexus NX (which I was glad to get rid of!). All told, I'm a Mazda believer and buh-bye Lexus!

My wife and I absolutely Love our RDX. Unfortunately we recently had a mechanical issue and the part is on back order, 3 weeks later and still no part. So our vehicle is great but not sure about corporate??????

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

a/c not cooling, repairs completed and pickup delivered before scheduled. Service advisor kept me up to date on repair process and other services the pickup may need in the future.

Had been looking for a new car after a life changing career change that had me making less than ever before. After driving premium German cars for the past 10+ years it was hard to find something even close on my budget. That all changed when I went to look at a Mazda CX-5! It is sporty, amazing turbo charged engine, upscale inside and out all packaged at an amazing value. It truly reminded me of my previous BMW X3 in so many ways but not the price. The features included in the Turbo Premium AWD model I purchased was endless. Love the rain sensing wipers, heated & cooled seats, heated steering wheel, real leather seats, all the standard safety, Bose stereo, 360 camera, and so much more. Love the way it drives and rides all while feeling like a German car. My experience at the dealership was also more like a high end car marker, while making you feel welcome and valued.

The overall process was a positive experience overall. The presales process of setting up an appointment was great. I was able to test drive the vehicle, negotiate a trade in and settled on final pricing. Finance was quick. All staff were great to work with. That includes sales support staff setting up appointments, the sales staff that supported me withe purchase, and finance staff that closed the deal. I would purchase from McKinney of Toyota again! Bought our 2017 on New Year’s Eve 2016. Choose an SV model with optional premium package. Heated seats,heated steering wheel,remote start, pwr tailgate and upgraded info screen with many cameras and nav. As of November 2024, it has been absolutely bulletproof. We bought the car for our 16-year-old daughter and it has carried her through high school and now college with only one issue. I have had to replace the battery three times only oil changes. A set of brakes and a set of tires and service the CVT transmission. I learned this is highly important for the CVT to get the maximum life out of it, since it is a weak spot. Dealer charges about $200 to do it. Do it every 30k. Ours has performed flawlessly! Negatives- At 6 foot two I find a hard driving position. The power seat does not go back far enough but if I lower the seat all the way to the floor it gives me the room I need but then I feel like I’m sitting in a bathtub, but hey, it’s not my car so I rarely drive it Performance around town is very good! You can find yourself getting a speeding ticket on city Street if you’re not careful. Highway power is just OK I find it if you’re trying to cruise 80 miles an hour with other people in the car the CVT is constantly revving the engine out to get maximum performance and hold the Cruise control. I also find there’s quite a bit of road noise at freeway speeds especially if you’re sitting in the backseat. The cloth upholstery on the zero gravity seats stains way too easily especially if you have a tan colored interior I have to steam clean them at least every six months, my daughter is an athlete and she sometimes gets in the car sweaty with a water bottle between her legs and just the moisture stains the heck out of the seat. Overall, though for about $26,000 it’s hard to beat. It’s been reliable it’s safe and I have felt extremely comfortable putting my child in it and sending her off to college. I imagine she will keep it for many more years after graduation.

I called to ask if David McDavid Lincoln does Ford Bronco recall service and they do. So I setup an appointment for 2 days after and got my car in the shop. The service took a few days to happen because the parts came in 2 separate shipments. I was informed of the process when I dropped off my vehicle, and I got a daily update from the service person. Overall I was happy being informed.

Really like this SUV! Wanted more room than my Encore. Has everything I need! Good feeling when friends tell you how much they like the ride and the looks! Wife now driving the Encore, and she loves it!

I love my Mazda 2016 grand touring CX-5. It has been a very reliable vehicle. Cruise control operates perfectly. Great Bose sound system. I wish it got better gas mileage. Not impressed with the navigation system! I am not happy at all with the exterior paint or interior carpeting!

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..

We built/ordered 2024 GLC300 for my wife in May 2023. Took delivery on 12/1/2023. Darren Shin was our sales advisor. We moved our business from another Mercedes dealer because Darren was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the Mercedes autos, options, process, timeline, etc. He did NOT use any pressure whatsoever. he focused on educating us to ensure the vehicle was EXACTLY what my wife wanted. If I had a sales opening in my firm, he is exactly the high performing sales person who I would hire!! Kudos and well done.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Other than battery replacement , car has been amazing ! 1 exception cup holders are located too far aft and require driver to look down to locate cup without removing eyes from road ! This issue has been partially addressed in later years by offsetting passengers holder slightly forward of drivers, but still awkward position ! both should be more forward nearer to dash !
